CubeSat is a satellite platform that is widely used not only for earth observation but also for space exploration. CubeSat is also used in magnetic field investigation missions to observe space physics phenomena with various shape configurations of magnetometer instrument unit. In case of magnetic field measurement, the magnetometer instrument should be far away from the satellite body to minimize the magnetic disturbances from satellites. But the accommodation setting of the magnetometer instrument is limited due to the volume constraint of small satellites like a CubeSat. In this paper, we investigated that the magnetic field interference generated by the cube satellite was analyzed how much it can affect the reliability of magnetic field measurement. For this analysis, we used a reaction wheel and Torque rods which have relatively high-power consumption as major noise sources. The magnetic dipole moment of these parts was derived by the data sheet of the manufacturer. We have been confirmed that the effect of the residual moment of the magnetic torque located in the middle of the 3U cube satellite can reach 36,000 nT from the outermost end of the body of the CubeSat in a space without an external magnetic field. In the case of accurate magnetic field measurements of less than 1 nT, we found that the magnetometer should be at least 0.6 m away from the CubeSat body. We expect that this analysis method will be an important role of a magnetic cleanliness analysis when designing a CubeSat to carry out a magnetic field measurement.

우리나라 IT기술발전은 세계적인 수준으로 정보통신을 기반으로 한 컴퓨터의 활용은 국민의 일상생활에 중요한 부분으로 자리 잡고 있다. 그러나 이러한 변화 속에 세대간, 소득별, 직종 등 정보취약계층이 발생 있으며, 특히, 노인층에서의 정보화 소외현상은 그 격차가 매우 심하여 고령화 사회에서 큰 사회문제를 유발 할 수 있어 고령층 정보화 격차 해소는 필수적인 사회과제가 되고 있다. 이에 노인의 신체적 특징을 고려한 시스템을 설계, 개발하여 고령층의 컴퓨터 활용에 편의를 제공할 수 있도록 하며, 고령층 컴퓨터 사용 시 가장 장애 요인이 될 수 있는 시각 장애의 해소를 위한 확대 프로그램을 개발한다.

건설교통부는 2005년에 “대중교통의 육성 및 이용촉진에 관한 법률”을 공포하였고, 경기도는 이 법에 근거하여 2005년을 시작으로 매년 시내버스업체에 대한 경영 및 서비스평가를 시행하여, 이 결과를 업체별 재정지원 및 인센티브지원의 기준으로 하고 있다. 시내버스업체에 대한 경영 및 서비스평가에는 많은 인력과 재원이 투입되는 만큼 도입효과분석이 필요하다. 본 연구는 버스업체의 경영 및 서비스평가 방법을 검토하고 경기도 시내버스업체에 대한 경영 및 서비스평가제도의 도입에 따른 효과분석 및 개선방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다.

The expectations on the medical service are growing, with the increase in the scale of medical market and the life expectancy. The importance of customer satisfaction and service is also growing. Studies on the customers’ satisfaction and factors for the satisfaction have been conducted. However, only the fragmentary studies on verifying the relation between the satisfaction factors and the service quality, and the satisfaction had been conducted. Therefore, this paper will provide a comprehensive model on the medical service factor, value, and satisfaction. It turned out that among the medical service factors, administrative staff service had the most positive influence on the satisfaction, followed by the medical staff service. Based on the result of the study, the customers’ service would be improved and the direction for securing a hospital’s competitiveness would be obtained.
신평·장림 산단 인근 주민의 PAHs 및 VOCs 노출

Objectives: This study aims to investigate the atmospheric concentration of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and the urinary concentration of biomarkers in residents near the Shinpyeong·Jangrim Industrial Complex to compare them with those of residents in a control area. Methods: Hazardous air pollutants (PAHs and VOCs) were measured in an exposure area (two sites) and a control area (one site). Urine samples were collected from residents near the industrial complex (184 persons) and residents in the control area (181 persons). Multiple linear regression analysis was used to identify which factors affected the concentration of PAHs and VOCs metabolites. Results: The average atmospheric concentration of PAHs in Shinpyeong-dong and Jangrim-dong was 0.45 and 0.59 ppb for pyrene, 0.15 and 0.16 ppb for benzo[a]pyrene, and 0.29 and 0.35 ppb for dibenz[a,h]anthracene. The average atmospheric concentration of VOCs was 1.10 and 0.99 ppb for benzene, 8.22 and 11.30 ppb for toluene, and 1.91 and 3.05 ppb for ethylbenzene, respectively. The concentrations of PAHs and VOCs in residents near the Shinpyeong·Jangrim Industrial Complex were higher than those of residents in the control area. Geometric means of urinary 2-hydroxyfluorene, 1-hydroxypyrene, methylhippuric acid, and mandelic acid concentrations were 0.45, 0.22, 391.51, and 201.36 μg/g creatinine, respectively. Those levels were all significantly higher than those in the control area (p<0.05). In addition, as a result of multiple regression analysis, even after adjusting for potential confounding factors such as gender and smoking, the concentration of metabolites in urine was high in residents near the Shinpyeong·Jangrim Industrial Complex. Conclusion: The results of this study show the possibility of human exposure to VOCs in residents near the Shinpyeong·Jangrim Industrial Complex. Therefore, continuous monitoring of the local community is required for the management of environmental pollutant emissions.
