For mass information transfer, the optical communication using optic fiber has been widely used. Especially, in the field of medical image, the large data is digitalized based on the standard image and it is used for telemedicine with this method. Therefore, to transfer the large amount of data fast and effectively POF (Plastic Optical Fiber) can be used and the development of optic connector for connection between POFs is very important. In this study, for stable optical coupling of POF optic fiber Ferrule and Sleeve were designed and produced by considering the bond stability and the insertion loss according to the physical contact and roughness profile was evaluated. As a result of examining the insertion loss by physical contact method of two optic fibers, it showed the loss was about 1.895dB. According to the results from studying the condition of grinding section for POF mass production, the mass production condition was established as POF profile roughness of 6nm and the loss of 0.2dB or lower by controlling the film size and time step by step.

In this research a ring light was developed so that a partial shadowless shooting for the patient's affected area at the medical treatment room and surgical operation room using high luminance light emitting diode (LED) for which attention is being paid as new lighting parts for medical purpose. LED which was applied to the development used high luminance three color LED for full color for which various color materialization and the adjustment of radiation intensity are possible and we can get white light in order to emphasize the delicate expression for generic tone of shooting object, strong highlight, simple shadow and three dimensional effect at the time of close-up shadowless shooting of the affected area. And at the time of design of ring light, the characteristics of LED and the loss of light at the time of penetrating light diffusion PC were considered so that intensity of illumination for over 150 lx can be obtained. The result of measurement of the intensity of illumination of the ring light that was developed revealed that maximum intensity of illumination of 225.7 lx was obtained, while smoke index was measured to be maximum 78 Ra in the case of Red(50%) Green(100%) and Blue LED(60%). We could confirm that response speed was also very fast as 1.72 ms.

The purpose of this study is to analysis of propagation characteristics for floor impact noise in attendance upon investigating standard of insulation performance, measurement and evaluation, understanding characteristics of a measuring factor for floor impact noise in apartment houses. Four cases which was before occupied apartment in Daegu was selected for experiment. Floor impact noise of measurement and evaluation method which are specified in the Korea Standard 2810-1, 2810-2, 2863-1 and 2863-2 was selected for this study. As the result of this study, 1) Especially, there is not a difference for apartment size, but the apartment of 40py type is lower than 30py's about $1\~2\;dB$ for light-weighted and heavy weighted impact sound. 2) The floor impact sound insulation performance is similar about measurement location of the same floor structure. 3) The floor impact sound insulation performance is not a difference about the slab area.
Localization and Developmental Changes of Dopamine $D_1$ and $D_2$ Receptor mRNAs in the Rat Brain

Dopamine plays diverse roles in the fetal brain development and differentiation. However, the development of the dopaminergic neurons and its receptors has not been fully understood. In our studies, in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical methods were used to investigate the ontogeny of dopaminergic neurons and its receptor subtypes during the fetal development of the rat. In situ hybridization data showed that dopamine $D_1$ and $D_2$ receptor mRNAs were expressed in the ventricular and subventricular zones of ganglionic eminence, thalamus, hypothalamus, and cortical neuroepithelium on gestational day 13. Expression of dopamine $D_1$ and $D_2$ receptors during gestational days 17 and 19 reached the same or similar level of that in the adult brain. Expression of $D_1$ receptor mRNA preceded that of $D_2$ receptor mRNA in the early developmental stage, although this pattern was reversed with the sharp increase of $D_2$ receptor mRNA soon after. $D_2$ receptor mRNA was expressed in substantia nigra of mesencephalon of the fetal rat brain. However, $D_1$ receptor mRNA was not detected in substantia nigra. Our results indicate that dopamine might function in the fetal brain during the early gestational period.

Influence maximization (IM) is the problem of finding a seed set composed of k nodes that maximizes the influence spread in social networks. However, one of the biggest problems of existing solutions for IM is that it takes too much time to select a k-seed set. This performance issue occurs at the micro and macro levels. In this paper, we propose a fast hybrid method that addresses two issues at micro and macro levels. Furthermore, we propose a path-based community detection method that helps to select a good seed set. The results of our experiment with four real-world datasets show that the proposed method resolves the two issues at the micro and macro levels and selects a good k-seed set.

The High-rise Residential Buildings are recently consuming a lot of energy because of the vertical height rise in case of supplying cold and hot water. It is required to a appropriate solution in occurring discomfortable use and unexpected conditions of High-rise Residential Buildings on account of the difference of water supply pressure on top and bottom floor, faucet outlet pressure rise. Thus, the purpose of this study is to research on practical use status of Cold and Hot Water Supply System through Question Survey in High-rise Residential Buildings and to analyze problems.
