        This study analyzes the changes in companies in response to the business innovation environment in the digital transformation era and explores policy tasks that can effectively support them. In an era when quantitative growth is no longer possible, the study takes a deep dive into how businesses respond and change to be sustainable based on a theoretical framework, and proposes new policy directions. The study analyzes the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and examines the activities of companies in the digital transformation era, including general companies that pursue economic value as well as those that pursue social value, in terms of corporate value orientation. This study consists of five chapters. Chapter 2 looks at environmental changes, business responses, and related policies that can affect the activities and sustainability of companies in the digital transformation era, and reviews theories explaining business responses to environmental changes, especially dynamic capabilities. Chapter 3 introduces the cases of business digital transformation with the focus of research on the digital transformation of general companies that pursue economic value and derives policy demands with a survey on the status of companies responding to the digital transformation era. Chapter 4 introduces the activities of social value-oriented businesses that leverage digital technology to improve social sustainability and derives policy demands for increasing the social value of digital transformation and related business activities. Chapters 3 and 4 both take an in-depth look into how companies perceive the environment, seize opportunities, and implement internal and external activities from the perspective of dynamic capabilities. Considering that social value-driven companies focus on changing the social system as an agent of sustainable social transformation, this study analyzes the process and activities that transform the environment and social system surrounding a company and what role digital transformation plays. It examines what difficulties and policy demands exist in the overall process of such changes, and analyzes the characteristics of the companies that undergo changes. Finally, Chapter 5 summarizes the results of the study and suggests policy directions to improve the economic and social values of digital transformation. The results of a survey on innovative SMEs showed that Korean SMEs, especially manufacturing companies, have low interest in digital transformation, their implementation level is also not mature and digital transformation has not yet yielded economic outcomes. It also found that the type and purpose of digital transformation and the industrial sector can affect the stage of digital transformation, and that dynamic capabilities have a significant impact on the implementation and advancement of digital transformation. In the case of social value-driven companies, they recognize addressing social problems as their main corporate mission and combine social value and economic value in their businesses. Here, digital transformation and digital technology appear to play an important role in gaining competitive advantages. In conclusion, this study proposes the following policy tasks. First, to improve the economic performance of digital transformation, the study suggests policy development from the demand perspective considering the stage of digital transformation, devising measures to induce digital transformation in the manufacturing sector, and improvement of SME innovation policies in the digital transformation era. To maximize the social benefits of digital transformation, it also proposes to expand the digital social innovation R&D program, strengthen the social value orientation of new industries, and promote the innovation ecosystem of social value-driven companies.         참여형태를 통해서 본 시민사회의 한일비교 - 정치적 참여로서의 시민운동과 사회적 참여로서의 시민활동 -

        본 연구는 현재 한일 시민사회에서 나타나는 참여형태의 상이라는 문제의식에 기초하여 시민의 참여형태를 ``시민운동``과 ``시민활동``으로 대별하고, 한일 시민사회를 각각 시민운동이 활발한 한국 시민사회와 시민활동이 활발한 일본 시민사회로 대비시켜 비교를 시도한다. 특히 한일 시민사회의 특징을 서구의 신사회운동에 비추어 그 보편성과 특수성을 고찰함으로써 일본의 시민사회가 신사회운동적 특징을 나타내는 반면, 한국의 시민사회는 여전히 신ㆍ구사회운동이 병존하는 특징을 나타내는 사실에 주목하여, 시민활동, 사회적 참여와 같은 일본 시민사회의 특징은 구사회운동으로부터 신사회운동으로의 전환이 이루어진 데서 나타나는 특징으로서, 한국 또한 그러한 변화의 경로를 밟아가고 있다는 것을 밝히고 있다. 이를 밝히기 위해 본고는 한일 양국의 사회운동의 변화를 시기적으로 조명하고, 시민사회의 참여형태 및 시민단체의 현황을 구체적으로 검토하고 있다. This paper aims to compare the civil societies of Korea and Japan through the concepts of political participation and social participation. These concepts can be equated to social movement and civil activity. The most important thing in civil activity is its relationship with society. Most volunteers act for self-realization. On the other hand, social movement pursues a solution of social problems. Therefore, the shift from social movement to civil activity as in the case of Japanese civil society means the weakening of political factors. Above all, I try to compare both the Korean social movement and Japanese civil activity with the new social movement in Western developed countries. As a consequence of this research, though many Korean social activists often say that Japanese civil society is weak, it has been found that Japanese civil society isn`t weak, but it has been shifted from the old social movement based on class and ideology to a new social movement which pursues amenity. In contrast, the old and new social movements coexist in Korean civil society. Because social movements are a mirror of social structure, this means that social development in Korea is still progressing and changing.

        Innovation requires space, and spatial strategies must change as the aspects of innovation change. In order to present spatial strategies for Korea’s science and technology innovation in the era of digital transformation, this study examined the direction of change for science and technology innovation spaces in terms of R&D, industrial, and social change, and also diagnosed and analyzed the current state of domestic policies and innovation spaces in this direction. In addition, this study presented an effective innovation space approach by investigating leading spatial approach cases for science and technology innovation according to the direction of change in the era of digital transformation. In Chapter 2, we examined the economic and social changes in the era of digital transformation and the impacts on innovation spaces. In terms of R&D, industrial, and social changes according to digital transformation, geographical concentration, especially urban concentration, has appeared as an overall change. In Chapter 3, we summarized the development process and status of policies related to innovation spaces and analyzed its implications and limitations from the perspective of innovation spaces. In Chapter 4, we organized the address and spatial information data of innovative companies and analyzed the locational characteristics. In Chapter 5, we classified and summarized the spatial strategy cases of spatial strategy in science and technology innovation into categories of large cities and small- and medium-sized cities. Based on the above, this study proposed the policy directions as a spatial strategy for science and technology innovation in the era of digital transformation in chapter 6.

        포스트 코로나 시대의 지역 양극화 구조에 대한 시스템 사고

        This paper deals with structural approaches to regional/local polarization in Korean society and systems thinking, especially the impact of the post-COVID19 era. Toward this purpose, this paper intends to contribute to the practical policy direction by deriving CLDs (Causal Loops Diagrams) on regional/local polarization through reviews of various literature on related topics, reflecting the effects of the post-COVID19 era in this system structure. Based on the simple and basic structure of the population emigration to the SMR (Seoul Metropolitan Area), focusing on regional/local jobs and settlement conditions, structural inference is conducted on the dynamic structure and policy response effects of the post-COVID19 era through the distinction between existing and new industries. In conclusion, this paper emphasizes that the influence of the era causes accelerating effects through a series of reinforcing causal loops in the existing regional/local polarization structure and needs appropriate policy responses to stabilize them.

        우리나라 성인들의 치아우식증 인지실태

        국내 3대 만성질환 가운데 하나인 치아우식증 인지실태를 조사하고 인지실태 향상 방안을 제시하여 구강질환 예방에 필요한 기초자료를 제공한다. 치과병원에 치과진료를 위하여 내원한 20대 이상의 성인 남녀 390명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 응답이 누락된 설문지를 제외한 총 336부를 분석에 사용하였다. 치아우식증에 대하여 들어본 적이 없는 사람이 많았고, 대부분이 인지를 못하고 있었다. 치아우식증 정보경로는 치과이었고, 치과에서 정보를 얻은 사람이 다른 경로를 통하여 얻은 사람과 비교하여 정확히 인지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다(p=0.008). 치아우식증 인지에 영향을 미치는 요인분석을 위한 단변량로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 20대는 40대 이상보다, 전문직은 기타보다, 구강상태 매우 건강은 매우 나쁨보다 치아우식증을 정확히 인지할 가능성[OR(95%CI)]이 각각 2.06(1.16-3.66)(p=0.000), 5.49(2.52-11.93)(p=0.000), 6.40(1.57-26.03)(p=0.002)으로 나타났다. 치아우식증 예방을 위해 20대 이상, 전문직 이외 직종, 직장보험 이외 의료보장 가입자, 구강상태가 나쁜 사람을 대상으로 치과 전문가를 통한 교육이 필요하다. This study aims at examining the actual condition of recognition of dental caries(ACRDC), presenting a scheme to improve the recognition, and providing basic data necessary to prevent oral diseases, Dental caries(DC) which one of the three most important chronic diseases in Korea. A survey was conducted on ACRDC for about 390 people twenty and over who visited dental clinics for dental treatment 336 questionnaires with exception of omitted answer were used for statistical analysis. Many of them had never heard of DC and most of them failed to recognize it. People who experienced DC had a dental clinic as a main information channel and they were significant differences in those obtaining information through other channels(p=0.008). Univariate logistic regression analysis for effects on ACRDC demonstrated that possibility of subjects in their twenties recognizing DC more accurately than those in their forties Odds ratio(95% confidence Interval) was 2.06(1.16-3.66)(p=0.000), with the possibility of professionals recognizing the disease more accurately than those with other kinds of occupation 5.49(2.52-11.93)(p=0.000), showing statistically significant relevance. As for medical security, possibility of work insurance being related to more accurate recognition of dental caries than others was 1.95 (1.03-3.71)(p=0.003), with the possibility of subjects whose dental state was very good recognizing dental caries more accurately than those whose dental state was very bad 6.40(1.57-26.03) (p=0.002), showing statistically significant relevance. For prevention of DC, an education through experts working at a dental clinic are necessary for those in their twenties and over, who were other than professionals, who were insured for medical security via other than work insurance, and whose dental state was bad.
