4차 통계량을 이용한 Matrix Pencil Method

Array 신호처리에서 복소 지수함수의 합으로 구성된 신호의 파라미터를 추정하는데 고차 통계를 이용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 MPM(matrix pencil method)보다 효과적으로 DOA를 판별하기 위해 MPM에 4차 cumulant와 moment 통계량을 적용하였다. 4차 cumulant 통계량은 선형 배열안테나에 입사하는 신호에 포함된 Gaussian 잡음을 효과적으로 감소시킬 수 있다. Gaussian 잡음이 존재하는 환경에서 기존의 방법과 4차 통계량을 이용한 방법을 시뮬레이션 함으로써 SNR과 DOA 분해능에 대하여 성능을 분석하였다. 결과로써 4차 통계량을 이용한 MPM이 기존의 MPM보다 우수함을 보였으며, 또한 4차 moment보다는 4차 cumulant 적용이 더 우수함을 증명하였다. In array signal processing, high order statistics can be used to estimate parameters from signal of sums of complex exponential. In this paper, we derive two types of direction finding algorithms which use the fourth-order cumulant and moment of the received array data. Since the fourth order cumulant can suppress the Gaussian noise, the response of MPM has better noise immunity than the conventional approaches. The performance of each method in regard to the probability of resolution and SNR in the presence of the Gaussian noise is investigated. As a result, the proposed method applied to the fourth-order statistic can find DOA more correctly in the presence of the Gaussian noise.

오늘날에 있어 주민참여는 정책결정뿐만 아니라, 행정의 서비스가 전달되는 집행과정에서도 이루어져야 하고, 나아가서는 산출의 평가와 환류단계에서도 마땅히 이루어져야 하는 행정의 전략적 목표임과 동시에 공공행정의 대응성 향상을 위해 주요한 정보를 제공하는 시책이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 관점에서 지적행정서비스의 참여관리에 관한 필요성을 인지하고, 지적행정서비스에의 참여를 제도적 주민참여와 네티즌참여 등 2개부분으로 구분하여 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과 지적행정서비스 부문에서는 제도적인 주민참여가 주를 이루고 있으나, 사회전반적인 추세를 고려해본다면 특히, 네티즌참여를 통한 지적행정서비스의 공공대웅성 증대를 통한 고객지향성 향상에 많은 노력을 기울어야 할 것으로 판단된다. Citizens' participation should be done not only in the decision-making process but also in the execution process of administrative service. Furthermore, it is the strategic goal of administration that should be done in the process of arithmetic estimation and feedback stage and at the same time it is said to be the policy that supplies the main information to improve the response to the public administration. In this point of view, the need for the management of citizens' participation in the cadastral administrative service was recognized and the research proceeded by dividing the citizens' participation into two parts - the systematic citizens' and the netizens' participation. As a result of the research, the systematic citizens' participation took the lead in the part of cadastral administrative service, but considering the social tendency, especially much efforts should be made to improve the customer-oriented quality through the increase of public response of the cadastral administrative service by the netizens' participation.

본 연구에서는 도시정책 패러다임인 도시재생사업의 성공적인 수행을 통해 지역의 내발적 발전을 유도할 수 있는 핵심적 주체로서 사회적기업의 가능성에 대해 논의하였다. 즉, 지역사회 개발과 관련된 도시재생사업의 성공을 위한 파트너로서 지역사회의 수요를 가장 효율적으로 반영하여 실천할 수 있는 주체로 평가받고 있는 사회적 기업의 도시재생사업에서의 역할 가능성을 논의해보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적에 따라 국토해양부 도시재생사업단에서 제시하고 있는 도시재생 연계사업에 대하여 전문가들을 대상으로 AHP 분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 AHP 분석 결과를 통해 도출된 중요 연계사업, 중요 연계사업으로 도출된 각 사업들의 특성과 국내 사회적 기업의 현황을 대비하여 도시재생사업에 적극적 참여 주체로서 사회적 기업의 가능성에 대해 논의하였다. 또한 영국의 도시재생사업에서의 사회적 기업 참여 활동 사례를 참고하여 시사점을 도출하고 추가 논의하였다. This study aims to discuss the possibility of social enterprise as a core participant who can induce endogenous development in the region through successful implementation of urban renaissance projects, that is, urban policy paradigm. In other words, it is to discuss the role possibility in urban renaissance projects of social enterprise, which is regarded as a subject in reflecting the community's demands most efficiently, as a partner for success in urban renaissance projects related to the community development. According to such research purpose, AHP analysis on experts was carried out with respect to urban renaissance business links presented in urban renaissance business agency of the Ministry of Land. And compared to critical business links derived from the results of AHP analysis, important characteristics of each project derived from important business links, and the status of domestic social enterprises, this study discussed the possibility of social enterprise as an active participant in urban renaissance plan. In addition, with reference to the cases which UK social enterprises had participated in the urban renaissance projects, implications were drawn and discussed further.

본 연구는 정보기술을 통한 공공대응성 향상방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 즉, 이러한 목적 하에 지적정보센터 웹사이트를 대상으로 중요도-성취도 분석을 실시하고 향후 관리방향을 제시해보고자 하였다. 그리고 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 공공대응성에 관한 선행연구와 이론을 검토해보았고, 관련한 설문지를 작성, 배포하여 광주/전남지역 및 대구/경북지역에서 총 339개의 표본을 획득, 실증 분석에 활용하였다. 중요도-성취도 분석 결과, ‘지적정보 다양성’, ‘지적정보 최신성’, ‘지적정보 이해용이성’, ‘지적정보 정확성’, ‘지적정보 유용성’, ‘지적정보 보호성’ 등은 중요도와 만족도 모두 높게 인식되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에, ‘지적정보 검색/탐색기능’, ‘지적정보센터와 유연한 커뮤니케이션’, ‘지적정보센터의 신속한 응답’, ‘원하는 정보의 신속한 탐색’, ‘자주 요청되는 질문에 대한 답변성’, ‘의견 및 건의사항의 게시판에 잘 제공’ 등은 중요도는 높으나 만족도는 낮은 요인들로 확인되었다. 따라서 이상과 같은 지적정보센터 웹-사이트 분석 결과는(중요도-성취도) 향후, 지적행정부서의 공공대응성 향상을 위한 기초적인 준거로서 정보를 제공할 수 있다는 점에 그 의의가 높다고 할 것이다. This study aims at enhancing the responsiveness in public administration under information technology. And to propose the developmental management methods, through importance-performance analysis(IPA) of the web-site of land information center. For the purpose, the previous studies and theories concerning the responsiveness were reviewed. and the questionnaires were given 339 citizen's in Gwang-Ju/Jeon-nam, Dae-gu/Gyeung-buk. Results on the IPA implies that citizen's give higher significance in terms of importance and satisfaction on the factors such as 'variety of information', newest of information', 'easily understand information' 'accuracy of information' , 'usefulness of information', 'protection of personality information'. On the other hand, the satisfaction level of the factors such as 'easily searching', communication of between netizen's and land information center', 'a response of quickly', 'search on short time', 'reply on the question', 'appropriateness management of a notice board' were low despite the high recognition level on the importance. The empirical findings suggest that strategic framework using IPA gives guide lines the improve responsiveness in public administration of Land Information Center.
