축산제품에 응용하기 위한 콩제품 추출물의 항산화 능력에 관한 연구

본 연구는 콩 제품 추출물의 항산화 활성을 DPPH 수소 공여 능으로 실험하고, 기존의 항산화제와의 상승효과 및 TBA radical scavenging activity를 실험하였고 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 콩 제품 추출물은 DPPH와 반응하여 시간이 경과함에 따라 감소하고, 시판 항산화제인 ascorbic acid는 반응 초기에 완료되는 결과를 보이는 반면 BHT와 BHA는 지속적으로 감소되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 콩 발효식품인 된장과 청국장 추출물이 비 발효식품인 두유 추출물에 비하여 감소폭이 다소 크게 차이가 나타났다. 콩제품 추출물과 시판 항산 화제의 상승효과를 조사한 결과 모든 시험 구에서 반응시간이 경과함에 따라 감소폭이 증가하여 상승효과가 나타났으며 발효 식품인 된장과 청국장이 비 발효 식품인 두유에 비하여 시판 항산화제와의 상승효과를 더욱 강하게 나타내었다. 콩 제품 추출물의 TBA 측정을 조사한 결과, 청국장 추출물의 억제율은 45.8%, 된장추출물의 억제율은 45.2%로 나타났고, 두유 추출물의 억제율은 이보다 약 12% 낮은 33.6%로 나타났다. 따라서 이들 추출물 중 두유 추출물은 기존의 이 소플라본이 생체에 미치는 긍정적인 효과와 함께 이들 항산화제 기능을 축산식품에 응용 가능한 것으로 사료된다. This study was performed to investigate the antioxidative activity of soybean products extracts using 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and thiobarbituric acid (TBA) method for application of animal products. All three extracts (natto, soybean paste, soybean milk extract) were found to have an ability to donate hydrogen to DPPH. Especially, natto and soybean paste extract were more effective than that of soybean milk on the antioxidative activities. Natto and soybean paste extract were stronger than butylhydroxy toluene (BHT), butyl hydroxyl anisole (BHA) (5${\times}$10$^{-4}$ M) and ascorbic acid (5.7${\times}$10$^{-3}$ M) previously well known as antioxidants. These extracts also showed a synergistic effect. TBA values of natto (45.8%) and soybean paste extract (45.2%) were stronger than that of soybean milk extract (33.6%). These results suggest that soybean product extracts have antioxidative activities and synergistic effects.
경추 및 요추의 통증에 사용되는 견인요법에 대한 문헌 고찰

Objectives : This study aims to evaluate domestic/foreign clinical studies related to the traction therapy and analyse points to consider about cervical/lumbar traction therapy. Methods : Seven databases were searched for related articles about cervical/lumbar traction therapy from 1950 to 2014. Fourteen clinical studies and several systemic reviews were included among 144 studies searched. Out of fourteen clinical studies, four were case series and ten were controlled trials. Results : Most of included studies reported favorable effects of traction group compared to baseline of controlled group. The various mechanical factors most relevant to traction are 1) angle of pull and direction, 2) traction force, 3) duration of traction and frequency of treatment. Conclusions : We found various mistake in the applications of statistical methodologies of traction therapy targeting patients of cervical, lumbar vertebral disease. It is necessary for more randomized controlled trials to evaluate effect of cervical/lumbar traction therapy targeting patients of cervical, lumbar vertebral disease.
추적 파라미터를 고려한 주파수 도약신호 추적 잡음 재밍의 성능 분석

In this paper, we analyze the performance of Follower Noise Jamming(FNJ) considering three practical tracking parameters such as tracking bandwidth, tracking time and tracking success probability. The performance of FNJ is compared with that of Partial-Band Noise Jamming(PBNJ) in terms of Symbol Error Rate(SER) at the communication receiver under the assumed typical operation model. It is observed that the performance of FNJ is non-linearly dependent on the tracking bandwidth, the tracking time and the tracking success probability. As we can easily expect, it is also observed that the performance of FNJ is better than that of the PBNJ. Finally, it is shown that, for a fixed tracking bandwidth, the combinations of the required tracking time and the tracking success probability which satisfy a certain required SER.
고추씨유, 캡사이신 및 토코페롤의 첨가가 돈지와 대두유의 산화안정성에 미치는 영향

This study was designed to compare the thermal oxidative stability of lard, soy bean oil, and hot pepper seed oil for 0-3 d at $100^{\circ}C$, and to evaluate the effect of capsaicin on thermal oxidative stability in lard and soy bean oil. As result, thermal oxidation stability was shown in the order hot pepper seed oil>soy bean oil>lard for 0-3 d at $100^{\circ}C$. In blended oils, hot pepper seed oil effectively inhibited lipid oxidation when mixed with lard than soy bean oil by showing the ratio of 30% pepper seed oil plus 70% lard and 60% pepper seed oil plus 40% soy bean oil inhibited lipid oxidation during storage periods. And to investigate the antioxidative effect of antioxidants such as capsaicin and alpha-tocopherol in hot pepper seed oil, 1,200 and 2,400 ppm capsaicin, or 0.3% alpha-tocopherol were added in soy bean oil and lard and stroed for 0-3 d at $100^{\circ}C$. Capsaicin inhibited lipid oxidation in lard but not in soy bean oil, however alpha-tocopherol exhibited a prooxidaton effect in soybean oil. Therefore, it suggests that the application of hot pepper seed oil or capsaicin in lard may be better for thermal oxidative stability.

최근 들어 비행 시뮬레이션 기술의 정확도 향상과 기술의 발전으로 실제 비행시험 횟수를 줄이고 시뮬레이션으로 비행 안전과 인증을 확인하는 가상 인증이 확대되는 추세에 있다. 고신뢰도의 비행 시뮬레이션을 위해서는 고정밀도의 공력 데이터를 다양한 받음각과 마하수, 옆 미끄럼각 범위에서 구성해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 정밀한 공력 데이터베이스의 구축을 위해 최적 설계에 주로 사용되는 다양한 데이터 융합 기법의 하나인 Gaussian Process(GP) 기반의 변형 정밀도 모델링(VFM, Variable Fidelity Modeling) 기법과 Adaptive Sampling 기법을 결합하여 개선 변형 정밀도(Improved VFM) 기법을 제안하였다. Case study로 F-16 전투기를 선정하고 고정밀도 데이터의 종류에 따라 4개의 Case를 분류하여 각각의 오차와 정확도를 확인하였다. 여기에 본 연구에서 제안하는 개선 VFM 데이터 융합 기법을 적용하여 고정밀 공력 데이터 사용 횟수를 최소화함으로써 그 유용함을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, Gliding, Short Term Pitch Response, Roll Mode 기동에 대한 실제 실험 데이터 대비 항공안전 인증 요구 만족 여부를 확인하였다. 이를 통해 개선 변형 정밀도 모델링을 사용한 고정밀도 시뮬레이션의 가상 인증 적용 가능성을 확인하였다. Recent progress in analysis and flight simulation methods enables wider use of a virtual certification and reduces number of certification flight tests. Aerodynamic database (AeroDB) is one of the most important components for the flight simulation. It is composed of aerodynamic coefficients at a range of flight conditions and control deflections. This paper proposes and efficient method for construction of AeroDB that combines Gaussian Process based Variable Fidelity Modeling with adaptive sampling algorithm. A case study of virtual certification of a F-16 fighter is presented. Four AeroDB were constructed using different number and distribution of high-fidelity data points. The constructed database is then used to simulate gliding, short pitch, and roll response. Compliance with certification regulations is then checked. The case study demonstrates that the proposed method can significantly reduce number of high-fidelity data points while maintaining high accuracy of the simulation.
좌골신경 손상에 대한 한약물 치료효과에 대한 실험논문 분석 - 국내외 한의계 연구를 중심으로 -

Objectives This study is to review the effect of herbal medicine on treatment of sciatic nerve injury induced animal models reported in domestic & foreign journals. Methods 5 electronic databases (Pubmed, CAJ, RISS, Oasis, Koreantk) were searched with term as sciatic nerve injury, and animal study reports on sciatic nerve impairment with herbal medicine treatment were extracted. Results 31 articles were reviewd. All studies used SD rat. 26 studies used crush injury at the sciatic nerve using haemostatic forcep and 5 studies used sciatic nerve transection. 15 studies used single herb extract and 16 studies used complex herb medicine. Angelica gigantis radix was the most frequently used herb. Each study showed significant changes of improvement indicators from sciatic nerve impairment. Conclusions Various herb medicine are expected to have positive effects on sciatic nerve impairment. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2016;26(4):9-21)
