여자대학생 성희롱 척도의 타당화 연구

The objective of this research is to firstly introduce a sexual harassment scale for use in relation to female university students (Yeungeun Lee & Yeunghee Kim, 2008), and secondly, to prove its validity. In order to accomplish this latter goal, the researcher analyzes the scale according to criterion-related validity, convergent validity, and finally cross validity. These three measures of validity, indicate that this measurement tool is indeed a reliable one for the measurement of sexual harassment. In addition, this research confirms both the usability and the potential for generalizing the use of this tool in future work. 최근 이영은과 김영희(2008)에 의해 여자대학생 성희롱 척도가 개발되었다. 그러나 충분한 측정학적 검토가 이루어지지 않은 채 사용되는 것은 무리가 있으며, 신뢰도분석 뿐 아니라 다양한 타당화 연구가 진행되는 것이 바람직하다. 이에 본 연구는 여자대학생 성희롱 척도의 타당성 여부를 검증할 목적으로 실시되었으며, 이를 위해 준거관련타당도(criterion-related validity), 수렴타당도(convergent validity), 구성타당도(construct validity)를 분석하였다. 준거관련타당도는 외적준거로 성희롱 경험 유무(24번 문항)와 성적불쾌감정도를 통해 살펴 본 결과 준거관련타당도가 일관성 있게 지지됨을 나타내었고, 수렴타당도는 성희롱 척도와 부정적 정서 및 성희롱 허용태도와의 관련성 여부를 살펴보았는데 그 결과 두 척도 모두 유의한 상관을 나타내었다. 그러나 상관계수가 높지 않은 편으로 수렴타당도 검증에 다소 제한점이 있음을 나타내었다. 구성타당도(construct validity)는 확인적 요인분석을 통해 검증을 시도하였으며, 결과적으로 전반적 부합지수가 적절한 수준의 값을 보여 구성타당도가 지지되었음을 시사하였다. 이와 같은 타당화 검증을 통해 여자대학생 성희롱 척도가 타당한 도구임을 입증하였으며, 그 유용성과 일반화 가능성에 대해 확인하였다.

Facing the defiance of the times- IOS(Information Oriented Society), this study is carried out to consider anew the recognition of Church Teacher Training and furnish data for Web Based Church Teacher Training Program, by researching the understandings and the needs of Web Based Church Teacher Training Program from Teachers. This study is about the understandings and the needs of Web Based Church Teacher Training Program by the means of Man to Man research and E-mail research and the targets of this research are 246 people-Pastors, Directors, vice-Directors and teachers in Charge of Nursling and Elementary Department at Presbyterian Church 23 places located, in Seoul. The applied material for this study is the questionnaire about the understandings and the needs of Web Based Church Teacher Training Program which researcher made out on the basis of preceding study Web-Based Education. As for Data Analysis, Anova, t-test, high frequency and percentage is conducted using SPSS 10.0 statistical program. Conclusion derived from this study is as below. 1) Regarding the Recognition of Web Based Church Teacher Training Program, teachers have different attitude toward the recognition of interaction and effect developed from Web Based Education, Computer intermediate communication, according to teachers sex distinction, age and educational background. 2) The Church Teachers who show their willingness to participate in Web Based Teacher Training in the research want training program term-2 hours at one class, once a week for 3 months at the cost below 100, 000 Korean Won. Also they need management of various organization and synthetic judgment. 3) The course which teachers want to be trained is mainly the field of Child Delvelopment.

The purpose of this paper is to examine, analyze and explore the psychological landscapes that affect The Catcher in the Rye’s adolescent protagonist, Holden Caulfield who is in the throes of an existential crisis. Through the eyes of the protagonist, the novel vividly captures the cultural phenomena of the 1950’s "Beat” generation that include: alienation of the conventional, rejection of materialism, and explicit portrayals of the human condition. In this paper, major psychological theories such as Peter Pan syndrome, Oedipus complex, Freudian psychology are analyzed to explore how J.D. Salinger deals with the complex issues of identity, belongingness, adolescent alienation and loss of innocence. The research paper also seeks to explore the reasons why the novel continues to be a modern American literature classic for more than half a century.

연극연출가 사주(四柱)의 명리학적 특성 - 연극연출가를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 연극연출가들의 사주(四柱)를 명리학(命理學)적 이론을 바탕으로 분석하여 연출가의 직업적 특성과 명리학적 상관관계를 밝혀서 관련종사자 및 이직업을 희망하는 사람들의 진로 선택에 도움이 되는 것에 주된 목적이 있다. 연구방법으로는 오행(五行), 십성(十星), 십이운성(十二運星) 등의 주요 명리학적 요소들과 연극연출가의 직업적 특성과의 상관관계를 연구한 후, 현재 연극계에 뚜렷한 성과를 남긴 연출가 열 명을 선정하여 ‘사례분석(case analysis)’의방법을 통하여 종합적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 오행(五行)으로는 금(金)과 수(水)가 발달하였고 십성(十星)으로는재성(財星), 특히 편재(偏財)가 발달하였다. 신살(神殺)로는 지살(地殺)과 역마(驛馬) 가 발달하였고 연출가로 활동을 시작하거나 두각을 나타낼 무렵의 대운이 식상운(食傷運)이나 용신운(用神運)으로 흘렀음을 알 수 있었다. 이는 작업환경의 이동이 잦고, 가상의 세계와 물리적 공간을 동시에 다루는 연극연출가들의 직업적특성을 잘 드러내주는 결과라 하겠다.

JAK2 V617F-Positive Acute Myeloid Leukemia: Clinicopathological Features of Two Cases

Although the JAK2 V617F mutation is a common genetic basis for the BCR-ABL1-negative myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN), it is very rarely observed in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) without antecedent MPN. While JAK2 V617F has a well-defined role as a driver mutation in MPNs, its role in de novo AML remains elusive. Here, we retrospectively identified two patients with JAK2 V617F-positive AML by next-generation sequencing. These patients were diagnosed with AML without a history of an antecedent MPN. The presence of dysmegakaryopoiesis and a non-complex karyotype were consistent with the features reported in previous cases. Concurrent mutations in JAK2 and MPL were identified in one of the patients. Presence of the JAK2 V617F mutation in AML does not imply a blast phase of an occult MPN and suggests a separate clinical entity.

간호학생의 심신건강에 관한 연구 (Ⅱ)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the phenomena of the physical and mental health complaints of nursing student, to analyze the relation the physical and mental health complaints with their general characteristics and satisfaction on their several situation to identify the variables which significantly have relation to the physical and mental health complaints of nursing students, to identify correlation between the physical health complaints and the mental health complaints, and to confirm the fact that Cornell Medical Index is useful in preliminary screening mental disturbances of a mass scale. The data were collected from Sept. 12 to 15, 1990 by quertionairres with 98 nursing students at K Medical College in Pusan. The instrument used for this study was Cornell Medical Index Questionairre included 195 items related to physical and mental health complaints. The statistical analyses emplyed were t-test, x^(2)-test and on way analysis of varience. The contusions obtained from this study are summarized as follows ; 1. The mean score of physical complaints was 26.59 (S.D.=8.72), the mean score of mental complaints was 13.76 (S.D.=8.72), and the mean score of total complaints was 40.35 (S.D.=19.58) . This result was higher than that of Study (I) (p<0.05, p<0.01, p<0.005). 2. The rate of health-risk groups was 29.6%. This result was also higer than that of Study (I) ( p<0.01). 3. The variables that significantly related to physical and mental health complaints were class level, aliving or not parent, number of brothers and sisters, religion, main place of growth, economic satisfaction, satisfaction on major subject at school admission, satisfaction with school-life. 4. The score of physical complaints was found to significantly right correlation with the score of mental complaints ( p< 0.05, p<0.01, p<0.005). So, it was support the fact that CMI is useful in preliminary screening mental disturbance on a mass scale. 5. The mean score of satisfaction on major subject at present was significantly higher than that of satisfaction on major subject at admission ( p<0.00) . On the basis of the present study, several suggestions were made ; 1. A program of guidance for the physical and mental health-risk group 2. A study to identify variables related to satisfactions on situations of nursing student.

가열 조리시 쌀 전분 입자들의 형태학적 변화와 리올로지 특성과의 관계

Morphological changes of starch granules from 12 different varieties of rice were examined by scanning electron microscopy during heating at 2.5% (w/v) concentration. Rice starch granules proceeded through a similar pattern of progressive morphological changes daring heating, regardless of variety. Rice starch granules began to swell radially in the initial stage of gelatinization and then undergo radial contraction and random tangential expansion to form complex structures in the latter stage of gelatinization temperature range. At higher temperatures, starch granules softened and melted into thin flat discs, and then stretched into thin filaments to form three-dimensional networks. These progressive morphological changes were reflected in the changes of swelling power, solubility and amylograph viscosity of starch. During the transition of melting or softening, swelling power, solubility and amylograph viscosity increased rapidly. The time of loss of granular structure of starch depended on gelatinization temperature range. The ratio of amylose to amylopectin was largely responsible fur the rate of melting or softening and the fineness of a three-dimensional filamentous network above the gelatinization temperature range. Therefore, both the gelatinization temperature range and amylose content of starch affect the rate of cooking, and amylose content of starch affects the final texture of cooked starch paste(Received December 12, 1991, .accepted December 30, 1991).
