        대성리 국민 관광지의 운영 실태와 관리 방안

        The purpose of this study is to examine the facts, problems and to recommend a new strategic direction for the management at Dae-Sung Ri public tourism resort. To perform this research, I discuss the theoretical investigation of public tourism resort. and do statistical analysis. The data was collected from university students and local residents through a questionnaire. The statistical analysis of data was made using the factor analysis and the multiple regression. The results of factor analysis was the followings: 1) the institution kindness intention, 2) the activity intention. 3) the rest intention, 4) the knowledge intention, 5) the price intention, 6) the sensitivity intention. The multiple regression analysis was performed in this study based on the six factors. The end result of the analysis proved that the top three factors that had the most significant impact on tourist's satisfaction are in the following order: 1) the activity intention, 2) the sensitivity intention and 3) the institution kindness intention. This study suggests that, in order to provide high quality service to the tourist and promote the customer satisfaction, the management at Dae-Sung Ri public tourism resort should realign its strategy to put more emphasis and resources on those factors.

        건강보험과 의료급여 환자간의 정신요법 진료량 차이 비교 - 정신병원 입원환자를 대상으로 -

        Objectives : To assess the difference in the volume of psychiatric treatments provided to health insurance inpatients, compared with those on medical assistance(the medical aid program) Korean psychiatric hospitals, and to determine factors which affect the volume of the services. Methods : 21 psychiatrists, from 3 Korean psychiatric hospitals recorded the frequencies psychiatric treatments provided to inpatients in one week (February 18-24, 2002). The records of 329 patients were analyzed through t-tests, and random effectmixed model analyses to define the difference between the two groups, and to find other factors affecting the volume of service. Results : A significant difference in the volume of psychiatric treatments provided was observed between the health insurance and medical assistance groups. The variation in the volume of service between hospitals was prominent, and other factors (gender, agegroup, length of stay and mental disorder)were also found to be significant. The patients on medical assistance received only 70% of the psychiatric treatments of those on health insurance. Conclusions : More effort is required to improve the methods of payment to increase the level of fee scheduling for medical assistance. Further studies on the mechanisms causing these differences in the volume of service are required.

        다목적함수를 이용한 지능형 브레이커의 타격성능 최적화

        This paper discusses the design parameter sensitivity analysis and multi-objective function optimization for improving the impact performance of an auto-sensing breaker based on the analytical model of the same, which secured reliability in a previous research. The study aims to improve both impact power and stability by complementing the existing research that only improved the impact power. The study sequence is as follows: first, the analysis scenarios for the accurate sensitivity analysis and optimization are set up. Second, the sensitivity of the design parameter of the auto-sensing breaker is analyzed, and the variables with high sensitivity are extracted. Third, the extracted variables are used to optimize the multi-objective functions, and the optimized performance is compared with the initial performance to see how the impact performance on the existing auto-sensing breaker has improved. This study is based on domestic technology, and will allow the development of products with a better blowing performance than their existing overseas counterparts. 본 논문에서는 선행연구에서 신뢰성을 확보한 지능형 브레이커의 해석모델을 바탕으로 지능형 브레이커의 타격성능 개선을 위한 설계변수 민감도 분석 및 다목적함수 최적화를 다룬다. 본 연구에서는 타격출력만을 향상시키는 기존의 연구를 보완하여 타격출력과 안정성 모두를 개선시키는 것을 목표로 한다. 연구를 진행하는 순서는 다음과 같다. 먼저 정확한 민감도 분석 및 최적화를 진행하기 위하여 해석 시나리오를 설정한다. 그 후 지능형 브레이커의 설계변수 민감도를 분석하고, 상위 민감도를 가지는 변수를 추출한다. 마지막으로 추출한 변수를 사용하여 다목적함수 최적화를 진행하고, 초기 성능과 최적화된 성능의 비교를 통해 기존 지능형브레이커에서 타격성능이 얼마나 향상되었는지 파악한다. 이러한 연구를 통해 국내 기술력으로 기존 해외 선진사의 제품보다 타격성능이 향상된 제품을 개발할 수 있는 가능성을 확보할 수 있다.

        무선 센서 네트워크에서 에너지 효율 향상을 위한 링크 비용 기반 라우팅 프로토콜

        기존의 에너지 효율적인 라우팅 프로토콜은 라우팅 메트릭 중 에너지에 높은 가중치를 적용하여 에너지 효율이 높은 경로에 노드가 집중되고 해당 경로의 에너지가 빠르게 고갈되는 문제가 발생한다. 이러한 무선 센서 네트워크의 불균형적인 에너지 소모는 네트워크의 분할 및 기능 상실을 야기하여 네트워크 수명을 감소시킨다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 무선 센서 네트워크의 불균형적인 에너지 소모를 해결하기 위해 링크 비용 기반 라우팅 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안하는 라우팅 프로토콜은 네트워크 문제 상황에 따라 라우팅 메트릭의 가중치를 차등 적용하여 링크 비용을 산출하고 가장 낮은 값을 갖는 경로를 선정한다. 성능 분석 결과, 제안하는 라우팅 프로토콜이 기존 AODV 프로토콜 보다 네트워크 수명이 22%, 에너지 소모 표준편차가 2%, 데이터 수신율이 2% 향상되었음을 확인하였다. Conventional energy efficient routing protocols apply high weight to energy among routing metrics, causing nodes to concentrate on energy efficient paths and quickly exhaust energy on those paths. The unbalanced energy consumption of these wireless sensor networks causes network division and malfunction, and reduces network lifetime. Therefore, in this paper, it proposes a link cost based routing protocol to solve the unbalanced energy consumption of wireless sensor networks. The proposed routing protocol calculates the link cost by applying the weight of the routing metric differently according to the network problem situation and selects the path with the lowest value. As a result of the performance analysis, it confirmed that the proposed routing protocol has 22% longer network life, 2% energy consumption standard deviation and 2% higher data reception rate than the existing AODV protocol.

        The studying and teaching of behavioral neurology remain in their infancy. As the arena for studying how the brain subserves cognition, emotion and consciousness, behavioral neurology straddles the boundaries of numerous, more established disciplines-extending from the most fundamental explorations of molecular biology to the broadest questions of philosophy. In behavioral neurology, the area of neural dysfunction as well as the pathogenesis must be determined. There are cases in which a more thorough mental status examination must be performed. These are practically the cases with known or suspected brain lesions and acute psychiatric disorders.

        요부안정화 운동이 정상인의 요부 신전력 증진에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to find the effects of the lumbar stabilizing exercise on the isometric lumbar extension strength and the range of motion of lumbar extension. 16 healthy subjects were recruited (9 males, 7 females, mean age 25${\pm}$3.2). They performed 5 types of exercises 5 times per week for 4 weeks. We evaluated isometric trunk extension strength (0, 12, 24, 36, 48, 60, $72^{\circ}$) by MedX(Ocala, FL) and measured range of motion of lumbar extension. All measurements were measured at pre-exercise and 4 weeks post-exercise. The results of this study were summarized as follows; After 4 weeks of exercise, isometric lumbar extension strength was generally increased but there were only significant differences at $12^{\circ},\;24^{\circ},\;48^{\circ}$. The range of motion of lumbar extension was increased (p<.05). The isometric lumbar extension strength correlated with the range of motion of lumbar extension. In conclusion, our results have shown that lumbar stabilizing exercise influenced both lumbar extension strength and range of motion of lumbar extension.

        표면조도를 가지는 오목한 면에 충돌하는 원형제트에 의한 열전달 측정

        The local Nusselt numbers have been measured for a round turbulent jet impinging on the concave surface with and without rib. Liquid crystal/transient method was used to determine the Nusselt number distributions along the surface. The temperature on the surface was measured using liquid crystal and a digital color image processing system. The experiments were made for the jet Reynolds number (Re) 23,000, the dimensionless nozzle-to-surface distance (L/d) from 4 to 10, the dimensionless surface curvature (d/D) 0.056, and the rib type (height ($d_1$) 0.2 cm, pitch (p) from 1.2 to 3.2 cm). It was founded that only when $L/d{\geq}6$, the average Nusselt numbers on the concave surface with rib are higher than those without rib, mainly due to an increase in the turbulent intensity caused by the effect of rib attached to the wall surface. It was realized that the rib attached to the concave surface may no longer enhance the heat transfer rate or even lowers it depending on the rib type and flow conditions. In addition, the results by the steady-state method using the gold-film Intrex were in good agreement with those by the transient shroud method.

        뇌졸중 환자의 건측 상지 제한 치료에 대한 고찰

        Constraint-induce therapy(CIT) has been documented to improve motor function in the upper extremity of people with hemiparesis. The exercise program uses the training technique 'shaping'. Shaping involves repetitive exercise that are progressed in small steps, where only positive feedback is given to the patients. It involves 14 days of using a restraint on the unaffected arm after stroke for 90% of waking hours. In conjunction with this, ten days of intensive exercise with the affected arm are undertaken for around six hour daily. CIT produces great improvement of motor function with a period of 2 weeks, that the treatment effect remains stable for many months after the end of therapy, and that it transfers into the everyday lives of patients. The purpose of this study is to introduce about the principles of CIT charactieristic, techniques, therapeutic effects-throughout reference books.

        비가우시안 노이즈가 존재하는 수중 환경에서 MBK 시스템의 위치 추정

        This paper study the position estimation of MBK system according to the non-linear filter for non-Gaussian noise in underwater sensor networks. In the filter to estimate location, recently, the extended Kalman filter (EKF) and particle filter are getting attention. EKF is widely used due to the best algorithm in the Gaussian noise environment, but has many restrictions on the usage in non-Gaussian noise environment such as in underwater. In this paper, we propose the improved One-Dimension Particle Filter (ODPF) using the distribution re-interpretation techniques based on the maximum likelihood. Through the simulation, we compared and analyzed the proposed particle filter with the EKF in non-Gaussian underwater sensor networks. In the case of both the sufficient statistical sample and the sufficient calculation capacity, we confirm that the ODPF's result shows more accurate localization than EKF's result. 본 논문은 노이즈가 비 정규 분포를 따르는 수중 환경에서 비 선형 필터 기법에 따른 Mass-Damper-Spring (MBK) 시스템 위치추정에 관한 연구 내용이다. 최근 위치 추정에 사용되는 필터는 확장 칼만 필터 (EKF: Extended Kalman Filter) 와 파티클 필터(Particle Filter)가 주목 받고 있다. EKF는 가우시안 잡음 (Gaussian Noise) 이 존재하는 비선형 시스템에서 정확도가 높은 알고리즘으로 널리 사용되고 있지만, 수중 환경과 같이 비 가우시안 잡음이 존재하는 경우 사용에 많은 제약이 따른다. 이에 본 논문에서는 상태예측을 기반으로 둔 EKF와 비교하여, 통계적 발생 가능성 인자 (Maximum Likelihood) 에 기반한 분포 재해석 기법을 이용한 개선된 ODPF (One-Dimension Particle Filter)를 제안한다. 모의 실험을 통하여 non-Gaussian noise가 존재하는 수중 환경에서 EKF와 제안한 Particle filter를 사용한 위치 추정 결과를 비교 분석하였으며, 계산 용량 및 통계 샘플이 충분한 경우 ODPF가 EKF 대비 정확한 위치 추정 결과를 제공하는 것을 확인하였다.

        Polarimetry is a non-destructive technique that measures the degree of rotation of polarized light passing through an optically active material. Optical activity is determined by various factors, including intrinsic optical properties and residual stress. Thus, polarimetry can be used in various fields. In this study, polarimetry was used to evaluate the two-dimensional spatial uniformity of optical birefringence in an Ajinomoto build-up film. This analysis can predict the optimal cure condtitions of the film, which creates a uniform phase retardation distribution.
