Bao를 첨가한 perovskite 구조 LaSc $O_3$의 생성상과 proton 전도에 대해 연구하였다. La자리에 $Ba^{2+}$를 40 at% 첨가한 조성에서는 입방정 단일상이 생성된 반면, $Ba^{2+}$를 30 at% 이하로 첨가한 조성은 입방정과 사방정이 생성되었다. $N_2$분위기에서 $650^{\circ}C$ 이상의 온도에서는 주로 산소이온에 의한 전도를 나타내었고, 그 이하의 온도에서는 wet 분위기에서 proton 전도가 관찰되었다. 모든 조성의 물질은 30$0^{\circ}C$ 이하에서는 순수한 proton 전도체의 거동을 보였으며, proton에 의한 bulk(grain)의 전도도는 L $a_{0.6}$B $a_{0.4}$Sc $O_{2.8}$의 경우에 가장 높았다.높았다.다. Phase formation and proton conduction in BaO doped LaSc $O_3$with perovskite structure were studied. L $a_{0.6}$B $a_{0.4}$Sc $O_{2.8}$, viz. 40at% $Ba^{2+}$ ion doped composition, showed a single cubic phase, while the other compositions doped less than 30 at% $Ba^{2+}$ ion showed the cubic phase and the orthorhombic one. Above $650^{\circ}C$ oxygen ion conduction was dominant in $N_2$atmosphere and below this temperature proton conduction was observed in wet atmosphere. All compositions were found to be the pure proton conductors below 30$0^{\circ}C$. The proton conductivity (bulk) of L $a_{0.6}$B $a_{0.4}$Sc $O_{2.8}$ was higher than those of any other composition.osition.ion.

Ba가 첨가된 LaBaGa $O_4$ 층상 perovskite의 생성상과 전도거동에 대해 고찰하였다. LaBaGa $O_4$의 La-site에 20at% 이하의 $Ba^{2+}$ 이온을 첨가한 조성은 $K_2$Ni $F_4$구조 사방정 단일상을 형성하였다. 건조분위기에서 L $a_{0.8}$B $a_{1.2}$G $a_{3.9}$는 높은 산소분압영역에서 산소이온전도와 hole(p-type)전도의 혼합전도를 나타내었다. 수증기분위기에서는 수증기가 산소빈자리로 유입되어 proton전도가 발생되었으며, 온도가 낮아질수록 총전도에 대한 proton 전도도의 기여가 증가하여 35$0^{\circ}C$ 이하의 온도에서는 proton 전도가 지배적인 전도를 나타내었다. Proton 전도에 대한 활성화 에너지는 0.72 eV였다. Phase formation and electrical conduction behavior of Ba-doped LaBaGa $O_4$ layered perovskite were studied. Orthorhombic single phase of $K_2$Ni $F_4$-type structure was observed for the composition range of 0$\leq$x$\leq$0.2 in the La$\_$1+x/Ba$\_$1+x/Ga $O_4$$\_$4-$\delta$/ system by X-ray analysis. In the dry atmosphere, La$\_$0.8/Ba$\_$1.2/Ga$\_$3.9/ exhibited mixed conduction of oxygen ion and hole (p-type) at high p( $O_2$). However, in water vapor containing atmosphere, it showed proton conduction due to the incorporation of water into oxygen vacancies. As the temperature decreased, the contribution of proton conductivity to the total conduction increased and proton conduction was dominant below 350$^{\circ}C$. The activation energy for proton conduction was calculated as 0.72 eV.

Thermoelectric (TE) technology is becoming increasingly important in applications of solid-state cooling and renewable energy sources. $Bi_2Te_3$-based TE materials are widely used in small-scale cooling and temperature control applications; however, higher levels of TE performance are required for new applications such as large-scale cooling (e.g., domestic refrigerators or air conditioners) and for highly efficient power generation system. Recently, the TE performance of $Bi_2Te_3$-based materials has been remarkably enhanced by the introduction of nanostructuring technologies which can be used to prepare TE raw materials. Because it takes into account the theoretical and experimental characteristics, nanostructuring has been shown to be one of the most promising ways to realize the simultaneous control of the electronic and thermal transport properties. In this review, emphasis is placed on bulk-type nanostructured $Bi_2Te_3$-based TE materials. Nanostructuring technologies for enhanced TE performance are summarized, and a few important strategies are presented.
Enhancement of the Thermoelectric Figure of Merit in n-type Cu0.008Bi2Te2.7Se0.3 by Using Nb Doping

Doping with foreign atom has been shown to be an effective way to enhance the dimensionless figure of merit ZT of Bi2Te3-based thermoelectric raw materials. Herein, we report that doping with Nb is effective in enhancing the Seebeck coefficient of n-type Cu0.008Bi2Te2.7Se0.3 polycrystalline bulks. Considering compensation of the Seebeck coefficient due to decrease of the electrical conductivity in Nb-doped compositions, the absolute value of Seebeck coefficient rather increased benefiting from an enhancement of the density of states (DOS) effective mass m from 1.09m0 (Cu0.008Bi2Te2.7Se0.3) to 1.21m0 − 1.27m0 (Cu0.008Bi2−xNbxTe2.7Se0.3) due to a DOS engineering effect. The values of ZT were 0.84 at 300 K and 0.86 at 320 K for Cu0.008Bi1.99Nb0.01Te2.7Se0.3. This compositional tuning approach highlights the possibility of further enhancement of ZT for n-type Bi2Te3-based compounds by using a combination of nanostructuring technologies to reduce the thermal conductivity.

기존연구에서는 인간 추적을 위해 딥러닝 API인 Detectron2기반의 Faster R-CNN 모델을 활용한 방법이 제안되었다. 하지만, Detectron2기반 방법의 정확도는 우수하지만 실시간 적용에 어려움이 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 인간 탐지를 위해 YOLOv3 모델을 이용하여 인간 추적 속도를 개선하고자 하였다. 실험을 통해 기존연구에 비해 제안한 방법의 추적속도가 크게 향상됨을 보였다.

Generalized edema and hypoalbuminemia are relatively common presenting manifestations in many clinical situations. The differential diagnosis of hypoalbuminemia include: Kwashiorkor, synthetic dysfunction of the liver, and excessive protein loss as in nephrotic syndrome. In systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), hypoalbuminemia and generalized edema are most commonly due to protein loss associated with lupus nephritis; gastrointestinal involvement is uncommon, and therefore protein loss through the gastrointestinal tract is quite rare. We report a case of a protein losing enteropathy (PLE) associated with SLE. The patient was referred to our hospital for generalized edema, arthralgia and facial rash. After clinical evaluation, the patient met the criteria for the SLE diagnosis; hypoalbuminemia with general edema was consistent with a protein losing enteropathy. After two weeks of therapy with parenteral high dose glucocorticoid, the patients was improved in laboratory findings as well as clinical symptoms.
