A 67-year-old man developed swelling of the right leg with inguinal and abdominal pain over a period of 5 days. Excisional biopsy of the left supraclavicular lymph nodes revealed the diffuse, large B cell type of malignant lymphoma. After chemotherapy, he complained of a tingling sensation and weakness in the left upper extremity, and then this progressed to quadriplegia. Electrodiagnostic testing demonstrated the characteristic findings of demyelination, which was consistent with Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS). Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL) leading to GBS, as was observed in the present case, suggests that physicians should be aware of GBS and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma as the full spectrum of these diseaseshas not been fully defined. Design of Nanoring Resonators Made of Metal-insulator-metal Nanostrip Waveguides

We report on the design of nanoring resonators made of metal-insulator-metal (MIM) nanostrip waveguides. The characteristics of the lightwave propagation through the silver-based MIM plasmonic waveguides with an air superstrate are examined. The effective refractive indices, the propagation losses, the bending losses, and the beat lengths are analyzed by using 2D and 3D finite element methods (FEMs). For the optimization of the nanoring resonators, we examined the resonant mode power and the Q factor with respect to the width of the MIM nanostrip and the separation between the ring resonator and the straight waveguide. We obtained an optimized nanoring resonator that had submicron diameters (R = 399 nm) and 3rd-order resonances at a 1550-nm wavelength. These nanoring resonators will play an important role as the basic building blocks for the realization of nanoscale photonic integrated circuits.

부사관 후보생 체력단련프로그램운영을 통한 국가안보에 적합한 인력양성

부사관으로서 요구되는 여러 가지 중 가장 중요하며 기본이 되는 것이 체력이라고 판단하여, 최근 부사관 선발시험 결과를 바탕으로 연구를 진행하고자 한다. 부사관 선발과정은 1차 필기, 2차 체력 및 면접을 통해 최종합격자를 발표하는 과정으로 이루어진다. 최근 지원자들의 두드러진 변화는 체력검정부분에 대한 준비가 많이 부족하며 기초체력 자체가 많이 부족한 학생들이 증가하는 추세이다. 초급간부의 기본이라고 할 수 있는 기초체력 그 중에서 오래달리기에 준비가 많이 필요해 보인 다. 따라서 부사관 준비생들의 기초자료분석 및 효과적인 수업적용을 통해 우리 군이 요구하는 정신적, 신체적 소양을 갖춘 우수한 인재 양성 모형을 제시하고자 한다. 부사관 선발체계 개선을 통한 우수자원 선발에 관한연구

NCO is an important military organizational system that is the backbone of our military battles. Of course, the role of the mother can not be ignored even if the noble's job is assuming things such as supplies and troop management. The right personality and stamina are important for the job of the nCO, but basic mathematical ability is also required. The military has been conducting various types of tests to evaluate applicants 'basic academic ability in the primary handwriting evaluation according to this demand. However, whether the evaluation of students' basic academic ability through the evaluation tool is possible, There is a question about the level of the problem being addressed between the second questionnaire and the second interview and the physical examination and whether the students who have not performed the novice work can make accurate situation judgment on the given problem. It is very important to select the necromancers who must play an important role in the field between soldiers and commanders. The purpose of this study is to help the selection of the best resources that can demonstrate the ability of the novice as a novice. 부사관은 우리군 전투의 중추를 맡고 있는 중요한 군 조직체계이다. 물론 부사관의 업무가 물자 보급 및 병력 관리 등 가정으로 말하면 어머니의 역활을 수행하는 부분도 무시 할수없다. 부사관의 업무수행을 위해 올바른 인성과 체력도 중요 하지만 기본적인 수학능력도 요구된다. 군은 이런 요구에 따라 1차 필기 평가에서 지원자들의 기초학력을 평가하기위한 여러 유형의 시험을 실시하고 있으나 평가 도구를 통한 학생들의 기초학력 평가가 가능한지 ,이 시험이 부사관 업무 수행과 관련이 있는지에 대한 문제 와 2차 면접 및 체력시험 간 출제되는 문제의 수준 과 부사관업무를 수행해 보지 못한 학생들이 주어진 문제에 대한 정확한 상황판단을 할 수 있을까에 대한 의문이 생긴다 . 현장에서 병사들과 지휘관 사이에서 중요한 역할을 수행해야 하는 부사관들의 선발은 정말 중요하다. 이에 본 연구는 부사관 선발 간 나타나는 문제점들을 보완 하여 부사관으로서 현장에서 본인의 능력을 발휘할수 있는 우수자원 선발에 도움이 되고자 한다.

S-41 : 위벽 비후와 위정맥류가 합병된 만성 췌장염 환자에서 악성으로 오인된 양성 위궤양 1예

서론: 급성 췌장염, 만성 췌장염 및 췌장암을 비롯한 다양한 췌장 질환들은 췌장 주위 혈관 이상과 비정맥 폐색을 일으킬 수 있고 그로 인해 문맥압 항진증을 유발하여 위정맥류가 발생한다. 췌장 가성낭종인 경우 증가된 복압이 비정맥 폐색을 일으키기도 한다. 또한 급성 및 만성췌장염에서 간혹 위체부와 유문부에 위벽 비후를 동반할 수 있고, 특히 만성 췌장염으로 인해 위 주위에 협착이 발생하면 신축성이 떨어지는 경화된 주름으로 인해 복부전산화단층촬영에서 증식성 위벽염이 위암으로 오인되기도 한다. 저자들은 위벽 비후와 위정맥류가 합병된 만성췌장염 환자에서 악성으로 오인된 양성 위궤양 증례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. 증례: 78세 남자환자가 2주일 전부터 지속된 구토와 상복부 통증으로 개인 병원을 방문하여 시행한 상부 위장관내시경과 복부전산화단층촬영에서 악성 위궤양과 만성 췌장염이 의심되어 정밀검사 및 치료를 위해 전원되었다. 내원당시 혈압과 맥박, 호흡, 체온 등 생체활력징후는 양호했으며, 신체 검사상 간과 비장은 촉지되지 않았다. 환자는 40년 동안 매일 소주 1병씩 마신 음주력이 있었다. 복부전산화단층촬영에서 췌장미부에 작은 크기의 다발성 가성 낭종과 석회화를 동반한 만성 췌장염 소견과 유문부와 위체부의 위벽 비후 소견이 관찰되었다. 상부위장관내시경에서 분문부의 위정맥류와 함께 유문부전부에서부터 위체하부의 소만과 후벽에 점막비후를 동반한 백태가 덮힌 불규칙한 변연의 악성 위궤양을 의심할 수 있는 소견이 관찰되었다. 조직 생검에서 장상피화생을 동반한 양성 위궤양으로 진단되어 프로톤 펌프 억제제 및 경구 췌장 효소 제제를 투여하였다. 1개월 후 시행한 상부위장관내시경에서 궤양 반흔 소견과 함께 위벽 비후가 호전된 양상을 보여 현재 외래 추적 관찰 중이다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between job autonomy, job expertise, job significance, and creative work involvement. Also, the role of ethical leadership as a moderator in these relationships, focuses on the workers in the Chung-buk. For the Purpose of this study, 438 pairs of data from 130 supervisors and 438 employees were used for the final analysis. The result of the study, it was found that job autonomy, job expertise, and job significance have a positive effect on creative work involvement. And the ethical leadership plays a moderating role in each positive direction in their influence relationship. According to the results, the implications are as follows. First, the concept of creative job commitment, which is very lacking in domestic and overseas studies, was introduced. Second, a convergence perspective was presented on the emerging ethics and creativity. Third, the necessity of a new perspective approach of job involvement and creativity was suggested. Fourth, the necessity of more precise job design was highlighted. Fifth, an efficient management plan for organizational members was presented. Last, practical training plans for supervisors and employees were presented.

A gastric intramural hematoma is very rare and commonly associated with trauma, anticoagulation therapy, coagulopathy, pancreatic disease, aneurysm and peptic ulcer disease. This is a case of gastric intramural hematoma which occurred in a patient taking aspirin after hypertonic saline-epinephrine injection for bleeding from a biopsy site. We describe a case of gastric intramural hematoma that was successfully managed with conservative therapy.

국가안보에 적합한 인력양성을 위한 부사관 후보생의 의사표현 능력 향상 방안 연구

이 연구에서는 현재 부사관 후보생으로 재학 중인 학생들을 대상으로 부사관 전형에 필요한 언어논리력의 향상을 위한 자기주도적 학습(self directed learning)의 과정을 소개하며, 부사관의 군 조직내 중요성을 바탕으로 후보생들의 의사소통의 문제점을 진단하고 이를 향상시키기 위한 몇 가지 수업 모형을 제시하였다. 말하기와 내용 구성에 관련된 면접, 프레젠테이션, 토론의 3가지 커리큘럼을 제안하여 학생들 스스로 자기주도 학습이 가능하도록 하였다. 이 과정에서 흔히 학습자가 자기주도 학습에서 겪는 어려움을 해결할 수 있는 방안 중 하나로 스캐폴딩(scaffolding)방식을 사용하였으며, 3가지 수업모형의 적용 결과 의사표현 능력의 향상을 이끌어낼 수 있음을 보였다. In this study, diagnosis of the problem of self-directed learning for the improvement of the language, reasoning n eeded for NCOs typical for students currently enrolled as a cadet NCOs and suggested some lessons to improve this model. Proposed presentation, the three curriculum of presentation and discussion related to the configuration intervie w, self-directed learning was to be his students. In one of the ways to solve the problems experienced in a self-pac ed learning learner was used in this process is often the scaffolding system, is shown that can lead to improved abil ity to apply the result of expression of the three class model.
