As the Hispanic population continues to grow in the United States (U.S.), so does the academic interest in Spanish in the U.S. This paper examines sociolinguistic research trends, methodologies, and changes in approaches to the study of Los Angeles Vernacular Spanish (LAVS), considered one of the varieties of Spanish, classified as a ‘koine’, an integration of several Mexican rural dialects together with Salvadoran Spanish. This paper also examines the research cases that address dialect contact between Mexican and Salvadoran speakers, differences in language use between first and second generation immigrants, and dialectal leveling. After analyzing the previous research trends that have characterized research on Spanish in Southern California, we suggest to conduct sociolinguistic research in Korea as well, considering the following groups: Spanish heritage speakers in Korea and Spanish-Korean bilinguals from Spanishspeaking countries.

메타평가를 활용한 지방공기업 경영평가제도 개선방안에 관한 연구 : 평가기관과 평가위원의 인식을 중심으로

본 연구는 지방공기업 및 평가위원을 대상으로 경영평가제도 운영현황 등에 대한 인식을 측정하고, 이를 바탕으 로 지방공기업 경영평가제도의 개선방안을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 분석결과, 첫째, 경영평가제도 운영 현황과 관 련하여, 정보공개의 투명성은 매우 긍정적이나 평가절차상의 공정성과 책임성은 개선될 필요가 있다. 둘째, 경영평 가제도 운영절차 및 체계의 경우, 평가위원과 지방공기업 모두 공정한 평가를 위한 사전평가의 중요성에 대해 동의 하나, 사전질문과 관련된 체크리스트는 보완이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지방공기업이 의무적으로 이행해야 하는 평가지표의 경우, 평가내용 및 평가수준에 대한 재검토가 필요하다. 넷째, 사회적 가치 실현을 강화하는 수단 으로서 경영평가제도가 매우 긍정적인 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났으나, 경제적 수익과 사회적 가치를 함께 공유하 는 공유가치창출 맥락에서의 제도개선이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to measure awareness of the operation status of the performance evaluation system for local public corporations and committee members and to present measures to improve the performance evaluation system of local public corporations. As a result of the analysis, first, the transparency of information disclosure is very positive, but fairness and accountability in the evaluation process need to be improved. Second, both committee members and local public corporations agree on the importance of pre-evaluation for fair evaluation, but the checklist related to pre-questioning needs to be supplemented. Third, evaluation indicators that are mandatory to be implemented, needs a review of contents and the level of assessment. Fourth, it has been shown to play a very positive role as a means of strengthening the realization of social values, but it is necessary to improve the system in the context of creating shared value that shares economic profits and social values together.

최근 다양한 분야에서 데이터 분석의 중요성이 부각되고 있으며 이와 함께 데이터마이닝 기법 개발 및 적용사례에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이중 의사결정나무 알고리즘은 우수한 성능과 해석의 용이함으로 가장 널리 쓰이고 있는 데이터마이닝 알고리즘 중 하나이다. 의사결정나무 모델을 통해 생성된 룰은 예측이나 분류문제에 사용되고 있다. 특히 분류문제에서는 같은 범주를 분류하는 룰이 다수 생성되기 때문에 각각의 룰에 대한 중요도를 결정하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 의사결정나무 모델을 통해 생성 된 각 룰이 포함하고 있는 관측치의 개수와 예측력 그리고 유효성 등을 고려하여 중요도를 판단할 수 있는 기법을 제안하였으며, 실제 데이터에 적용한 사례를 통해 성능의 효용성과 우수성을 입증하였다.

공공부문 ESG 경영 성과요인에 관한 연구 : 지방공기업을 중심으로

최근 기업의 사회적 책임 및 지속가능성과 관련된 성과를 중요시하는 ESG 경영이 공공부문으로 확대되고 있다. 본 연구는 ESG와 관련한 경영요인이 공공기관의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 규명하고 ESG 경영전략의 성공적인 착근을 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. ESG 요소 중 기업가치 제고 성과에 미치는 요인은 사회(S)에 해당하는 재난안전관리, 윤리경영으로 나타났다. 그러나 환경(E)에 해당하는 친환경 경영전략과 온실가스 감축 등 친환경 활동요인은 기관의 경영성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나 향후 이에 대한 보완이 필요하다는 점을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 거버넌스(G)에 해당하는 활동은 기관의 ESG 경영을 위해 필요한 요소임에도 불구하고, 현재 이사회 구성이나 운영, 기관과 자치단체 간 거버넌스 체계 등과 관련한 내용이 다소 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 분석결과를 토대로 향후 공공부문의 ESG 경영 전략수립 및 제도화를 위한 시사점을 제안하였다. Recent developments in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management, emphasizing corporate social responsibility and sustainability, have extended into the public sector. This study aims to empirically examine the influence of ESG-centric management variables on the operational performance of public institutions, seeking to infer practical insights for the efficacious adoption of ESG management strategies. Within the spectrum of ESG elements, the research identifies disaster safety management and ethical practices, corresponding to the Social (S) dimension, as key determinants enhancing corporate value. Conversely, it was observed that environmentally-focused initiatives, such as eco-friendly management strategies and greenhouse gas reduction, classified under the Environmental (E) domain, did not significantly impact the managerial efficiency of the institutions, highlighting a need for future enhancement. Furthermore, although Governance (G) related activities are fundamental for ESG management within institutions, the current structure and functionality of the board of directors, as well as the governance interplay between the institutions and local governments, were deemed somewhat deficient. Building upon these findings, the study offers strategic recommendations for the establishment and institutionalization of future ESG management approaches in the public sector.

영상 분석 프로그램을 이용한 자유보행 패턴 분석의 분석자간 일치성 연구

규범 사전과 규범 정보 - 『표준국어대사전』 ‘한 걸음 더’를 중심으로-

『표준국어대사전』 ‘한 걸음 더’의 내용과 특징을 분석하고 이를 확장하는 방안을 논의하였다. ‘한 걸음 더’는 1,549개의 표제어 항목에 제시되어 있는데(2023년 10월 16일 기준) 현재는 기존 규범 정보의 확장형으로 대체로 어문 규정에 제시된 단어와 해당하는 어문 규정의 조항을 바탕으로 내용이 기술되어 있다. 구체적으로 ‘한글 맞춤법’은 제30항, 제19항, 제54항, 제22항, 제11항과 ‘표준어 사정 원칙’은 제26항, 제25항, 제17항, 제7항, 제9항이 가장 많이 제시되었다. 이 외에도 형태소 결합 정보, 관련어 정보, 문법 정보, 언어 예절에 대한 정보가 제시된 것을 분석하였다. 현재의 ‘한 걸음 더’에 제시할 확장된 정보로 ‘별도의 해석이 필요한 항목의 정보 명세화, 복수 표준어 이력 정보 보충, 규범 문법 내용 보충, 정보 제시 위치 수정’ 등을 설정하고 관련 문제를 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the contents and characteristics of the Standard Korean Dictionary ‘Han Georeom Deo’ and suggest improvement plan. For this purpose, as of October 16, 2023, I analyzed ‘Han Georeom Deo’ provided in 1,549 headword items. Currently, ‘Han Georeom Deo’ is an extension of existing normative information, and the contents were generally described based on the vocabulary of the word regulation search list and the provisions of the regulation that explain the vocabulary. Specifically, paragraphs 30, 19, 54, 22, and 11 were most frequently presented in terms of 'Korean Orthography', paragraphs 26, 25, 17, 7, and 9 in terms of 'Standard Language assessment principles'. And it was analyzed that information on morpheme combination information, related words information, grammar information, and language etiquette was presented. In addition, based on the previously suggested content, the improvement plan for ‘Han Georeom Deo’ was proposed as the alternative was described by dividing the types into supplementation of the specifying information for items that require separate interpretation, supplementation of multiple standard language history information, supplementation of normative grammar content, and revision of the presentation position of ‘Han Georeom Deo’.

This study compared cardiovascular function of middle aged women by Aerobicdance`s period to provide leaders of programers useful data in spot that guide sound Aerobicdance. First, there are no big difference among three groups when they are checked HRrest and HRmax when they are Bruce test. Second, in VO_(2max) tests, there are difference among groups by exercise period. In ANOVA shows there are also difference VO_(2max) among groups. However independent t-test shows VO_(2max) in longer period exercise groups are higher that the shorter period exercise group. but difference is slight, On the other hands, there are serious difference among individuals in its VO_(2max) that divide into weight and body size both Bruce test and independent t-test. Third, V_(Emax) values among groups by exercise period when they are Bruce test show serious difference, but also in its independent t-test shows difference is slight between short and long exercise period group. On the other hand, there are serious difference among individuals in its V_(Emax) that divide into weight and body size both Bruce test and independent t-test. Fourth, there are difference among groups according to exercise period when they are Bruce test in its exercise endurance time.
