        국소 진행 직장암에서 림프절 전이 정도와 환상 절제연에 의한 예후 분석

        Purpose: Efforts must be made to clarify the contribution of lymph node metastasis (NM) to adjuvant (chemo) radiotherapy following a curative resection for rectal cancer as the circumferential resection margin (CRM) has increasingly become a more reliable prognosticator for rectal cancer. This study examined the prognostic impact of NM on local recurrence, diseasefree survival. and overall survival rates in curatively resected patients with locally advanced rectal cancer. Methods: Two hundred two patients with locally advanced rectal cancer curatively resected in Pusan Paik Hospital from January 1995 to December 2003 were enrolled. These patients were divided into three groups according to lymph node (N)disease (N0: node negative, n=79; N1: 1-3 nodes positive, n=70; N2: ≥4 nodes positive, n=53). The potential prognostic factors, for example, T and N stage, preoperative carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), postoperative (chemo) radiotherapy,operative methods, and several pathologic variables, were assessed among the three groups. The potential clinicopathologic factors were analyzed by using the Kaplan-Meier method, and the prognostic factors were compared in a Cox regression model. Also, we compared the oncologic results of 26 patients with a positive CRM (CMI) with those of the N1 and the N2subgroups. Results: N2 patients had an impaired 5-yr local control rate (19.1%) compared with N0 (6.8%) and N1 (11.6%, P=0.029)patients after a median follow up of 60 months (range, 6 to 156 mo). Differences in disease-free and overall survival were also significantly different statistically among the three groups (84.0% and 85.2% for N0; 54.9% and 65.1% for N1; 37.3%and 49.8% for N2; P<0.001 both). The impact of NM on the local recurrence, disease-free survival and overall survival was confirmed in the regression model for the curatively resected patients. There were no significant differences in the recurrence and the survival rates between CMI and N2 stage. Conclusion: NM has an independent prognostic impact on local failure and on disease-free survival and overall survival. Based on these findings, NM should be considered as an indicatior for adjuvant therapy. Although the prognostic impact of CMI is similar to that of N2, a larger prospective study is needed to clarify the prognostic association of CMI and N2.

        Innovative developments in wearable and artificial intelligence technologies are accelerating the emergence of a soft suit that can autonomously augment a body's own strength and protect the human body. In this paper, we define the concept of "Exoskin," a new concept specifically derived from the "Road to an Intelligent Information Society" (Technology Development Map 2035) as predicted by the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute. In addition, we analyze the development status of each element of this technology and forecast its future development.

        전기전도성 섬유사를 이용한 신축 상호연결 기술

        본 논문에서는 웨어러블 컴퓨터의 핵심요소인 신축회로보드 구현에 있어서 인장률 및 내구성을 획기적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 새로운 신축 상호연결(stretchable interconnect)기술을 제안한다. 기존 방법은 신축특성이 없는 금속전극물질로 된 회로패턴을 구불구불한 형상의 기하학적 구조로 설계하여 신축구조를 구현하지만, 낮은 신축 내구성때문에 상용화에 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 전기전도성 섬유사를 이용하여 비교적 제작이 간단하면서 높은 반복 인장 내구성능을 가지는 신축 상호연결 기술을 제안한다. 제작된 시편을대상으로 반복 인장에 따른 피로 실험을 한 결과, 본래 길이의 2.3배에 해당하는 130% 인장을 2만회이상 반복 수행해도 단선이 없는 우수한 내구성과 전기전도도의 안정성을 가지는 것을 확인하였다. In this paper, we propose a new stretchable interconnect method that can be improved dramatically the tensile rate and durability of the circuit board for wearable computer. Previously reported method is to implement the stretchable structure, by designing the twisted geometry shape which is using metallic electrode materials without the stretch property, but it is not easily commercialized because of the low tensile durability. To solve this problem, we propose a relatively simple method for rapid fabrication of stretchable interconnect technology with highly repetition tensile durability using conductive yarns. As the result of experiments was conducted in order to evaluate the repetition tensile durability, We verify that the proposed method has excellent the stability of the electrical conductivity and robustness, which is in capable of withstanding repeated stretch-and-release cycles of over 20,000 at 130% strain, which is 2.3 times of its original length.

        최근 기존 전통산업의 성장 잠재력의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 산업간 융합을 통한 새로운 산업 및 기술을 발굴하려는 다양한 노력들이 산업전반에서 전개되고 있는 실정이다. 특히 의복형태의 컴퓨터로 대표되는 웨어러블 컴퓨터는 섬유 및 의류 기술과 IT 기술과의 산업적 융합의 대표적인 분야라고 할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 새로운 성장 아이템으로 주목 받고 있는 웨어러블 컴퓨터 기술에 관하여 간략히 소개하고, 현재 웨어러블 컴퓨터 산업을 주도하고 있는 기술 접근방법별로 개발 현황 및 기술 동향에 대해 살펴 본 뒤, 웨어러블 컴퓨터 기술의 발전방향에 대하여 전망해 보고자 한다.

      • 국내 승용차의 CO₂ 배출영향인자 연구

        As the concerns regarding global worming were increased, the pressure of greenhouse gas(GHG) emission reduction on mobile source was also increased. Carbon Dioxides contribute over 90% of total GHG emission and the mobile source occupies about 20% of this CO₂ emission. Therefore automotive exhaust is suspected to be one of the major reasons of the rapid increase in greenhouse effect gases in ambient air. In this study, in order to investigate CO₂ emission factor characteristics from passenger cars(PC), which is the most dominant vehicle type in Korea, 103 vehicles were tested on the chassis dynamometer. CO₂ emissions and fuel efficiency were measured. The emission factor characteristics by displacement, gross vehicle weight, vehicle speed and CVS-75/vehicle speed mode were discussed. Test modes were vehicle speed modes and CVS-75 mode that have been used to develop emission factors and to regulate for light-duty vehicle in Korea. It was found thai CO₂ emissions showed higher large displacement, heavy gross vehicle weight, low vehicle speed and CVS-75 mode than small displacement, light gross vehicle weight, high vehicle speed and vehicle speed mode, respectively. From these results, correlation between CO₂ emission and fuel efficiency was also determined. The results of this study will contribute to domestic greenhouse gas emissions calculation and making the national policy for climate change.

        학원스포츠 정상화를 위한 제도적 개선 바로서기 : Y시 축구특성화 기관을 대상으로

        This study is focused on making a genuine institutional improvement from the one-sided change of the system which was implemented to guarantee student’s right to learn, and is purposed on re-align the teeth that the Article 1 of Promotion Act of School Sports(purpose) and main agents of academic sports. To accomplish this goal, the results of the study conducted on the soccer team of the middle school in ‘Y soccer specialization agency’are as follows. First, the system for guaranteeing the right to study was represented by‘unfit clothes’. Second, student athletes needed a rest. Third, main agents of school sports were worried about downgrading. Alternatives to improve this are as follows. First, we suggested rearrange of the tournament period, supplementation of e-school learning, and strict implementation of the minimum academic achievement policy system. Second, we suggested the necessity of consideration for student-athletes. Third, we suggested competitive weekend-league. Fourth, we proposed values that institutional aspects and main agents of academic sports should have.

        학생선수의 긍정적 재사회화 인식을 위한 해체주의적 접근

        이 연구는 학생선수의 긍정적 재사회화 인식을 도출시키기 위한 철학적 재조명으로서 자크 데리다(Jacques Derrida)의 해체주의를 중점으로 접근하였다. 자크 데리다는 서구 형이상학의 기반인 음성중심주의를 해체하고 이를 통하여 ‘중심의 부재’를 이끌어 내고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구는 자크 데리다의 해체주의를 다음과 같이 적용시켜 보았다. 첫째, 학생선수의 의무라는 기표를 억압하는 감독 및 코치들의 음성을 해체하고 ‘학생선수의 진로 = 학생의 자유를 통한 학생의 선택’라는 새로운 구조를 도출하였다. 둘째, 학생선수가 지니고 있는 진로 및 은퇴에 대한 이분법적 사고구조를 해체하고 ‘학생선수 / ∞’라는 새로운 사고구조를 도출하였다. 셋째, ‘차연(差延)’이라는 자크 데리다의 신조어를 통하여 현존하는 은퇴의 부정적 의미로부터 벗어나 은퇴에 대한 개개인의 진정한 차이를 만들어 내며 이러한 ‘차이’는 완료형이 아닌 현재진행형임을 강조하였다. 넷째, 선수출신, 선수로서의 명예, 사회의 부정적 시선이라는 재사회화 속 현존하는 부정적 중심을 벗어 던지고 새로운 중심을 받아들일 수 있도록 권고하였다. This study made a philosophical reillumination to elicit student athletes' perception of positive resocialization and approached it with a focus on Jacques Derrida's de-constructionism. Jacques Derrida deconstructed phono-centrism, the foundation of western metaphysics, and attempted to elicit the 'absence of center' through this. Therefore, this study attempted to apply Jacques Derrida's deconstructionism as follows: First, it deconstructed the voice of directors and coaches who suppressed the signifier of the student athlete and presented a new thinking structure of ‘student's choice through student's career path = student's freedom’. Second, it deconstructed the dichotomous thinking structure of the career path and retirement that the student athlete had and presented a new thinking structure of ‘student athlete / ∞’. Third, it broke away from a negative meaning of extant retirement through Jacques Derrida's neologism of ‘Differance’, created an authentic difference of retirement between individuals and presented that this ‘difference’ was not the perfect tense but the present progressive tense. Fourth, it presented the scheme for the student athlete to take off the extant negative center in resocialization of having been the athlete, honor as the athlete and society's negative vision and accept a new center.
