동적계획법을 활용한 무장데이터링크 환경 하 최적 표적할당모형

Weapon data link (WDL) refers to various remote control-related functions and technologies that provide network functionality for weapons. The WDL is expected to play a more important role in increasing the effective operation and operational efficiency of network-enabled weapons (NEWs) in future battlefields. Weapons on the WDL can perform several functions such as bomb damage indicator and target reallocation which may lead to the effective suppression of high-value targets (HVTs). In this paper, we deal with a weapon target assignment problem under the WDL environment. Among the WTA models under various existing assumptions, a model that can be effectively applied under the weapon data link environment. In addition, we demonstrate the efficiency of the algorithm by presenting a dynamic programming-based al- gorithm that derives the optimal solutions of the model in a short time to ensure immediate decision-making and target re-allocation in a real operational environment.

유비쿼터스 시대가 도래하면서 많은 기업들이 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)의 도입에 대한 관심을 보이고 있다. 그러나 RFID의 도입 비용이 높고, 도입 후 효과에 대한 예측이 어렵기 때문에 기업은 도입을 미루고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 시스템 다이나믹스 방법론을 활용하여, 소매업이 RFID 시스템 도입을 할 때, 기업의 수익 및 업무 효율성, 고객 만족도에 미치는 효과를 분석하는 모텔을 구축하고 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 이러한 분석과정을 통해, RFID의 활용은 매장 및 창고관리자동화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 자동화에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 자동화 수준임을 밝혔으며, 자동화 수준이 높아지게 되면, 수익과 업무효율 및 고객 만족도가 증가됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

비정형데이터 기반 공공 건설사업 갈등 이슈 분석 - 제주해군기지 사례를 중심으로

Conflict that requires enormous economic cost and time to solve are one of the important management factors in modern construction management. This study derives conflict components from public construction projects based on unstructured data. The authors collected 21,788 online news articles reported by the media through web-crawling techniques. Based on this, 12 conflict related issues were extracted through natural language processing and clustering process, and the following results were obtained. First, each cluster showed the structure of conflict (conflict summary, conflict issues, conflict expression, conflict management) in project life cycle. Second, the extracted words were classified according to the issues raised during the project execution. The quantitative methodology used in this study is expected to overcome limitations of existing qualitative research in future conflict analysis and enable researchers to generalize through multiple cases analysis. 해결에 막대한 사회적·경제적 비용과 시간을 필요로 하는 갈등은 현대 건설관리에서 중요한 관리 요소 중 하나이다. 본 연구는 공공 건설사업에서 발생하는 갈등 구성요소를 비정형데이터를 기반으로 도출하였다. 연구대상으로 제주해군기지 갈등 사례를 선정하고, 웹 크롤링 기법으로 언론에 보도된 21,788건의 온라인 뉴스 기사를 수집하였다. 이를 바탕으로 자연어 처리 과정 및 군집화 과정을 통해 12개의 갈등 관련 이슈를 도출하고 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 각 군집은 사업 과정에서 발생한 갈등의 구조(갈등 개요, 갈등 쟁점, 갈등 표출, 갈등 관리)를 나타냈다. 둘째, 도출된 단어는 사업 과정에서 제기된 이슈별로 분류되었다. 본 연구에서 사용된 정량적 방법론은 추후 갈등 분석에서 기존 정성적 연구가 지닌 한계를 극복하고 다수의 사례 분석을 통한 일반화를 가능하게 할 것으로 기대된다.

중학생이 지각한 학교풍토 및 학교훈육체계와 안녕감의 관계: 학교참여의 매개효과 검증

This study tested the structural relationship between school climate, school discipline practice, school engagement, and well-being perceived by middle school students. A full mediation model in which school climate and school discipline practice affect well-being via school engagement was set as a research model. Data were collected by conducting a self-report survey with 706 adolescent boys and girls from five schools in Yeongnam region, and the validity of this model was examined by applying structural equation modeling and bootstrapping procedures. Results indicated that there were significant positive correlations among all the research variables, and that the research model best fits the empirical data compared to other alternative models. That is, school engagement was found to fully mediate the relationship between school climate and well-being perceived by middle school students, and in the relationship between school discipline practice and well-being. This finding implies that the more positive middle school students perceive school contexts such as school climate and school discipline practice, the higher the sense of well-being, but the effects of such contextual variables become evident through the mediating process of school engagement. The results of this study are significant in that they identify school-level contextual variables directly related to improving students' well-being, and demonstrate a key role of school engagement in this relationship. 이 연구는 중학생이 지각한 학교풍토 및 학교훈육체계, 학교참여, 안녕감 간의 구조적 관계를 검증하였다. 학교풍토 및 학교훈육체계가 학교참여를 통하여 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 완전매개모형을 연구모형으로 설정하였으며, 영남권 한 광역시 소재 5개교에 재학 중인 남녀 중학생 706명을 대상으로 자기보고형 질문지를 실시하여 자료를 수집하고 이러한 모형의 타당성을 구조방정식 모형 분석과 부트스트래핑 절차를 적용하여 검증하였다. 분석결과, 모든 연구 변인 간에 유의한 정적 상관이 있었으며, 연구모형이 다른 대안모형들에 비해서 수집된 자료에 가장 잘 부합하는 것으로 확인되었다. 즉 학교참여는 중학생이 지각한 학교풍토와 안녕감 간의 관계에서, 그리고 학교훈육체계와 안녕감 간의 관계에서 모두 완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 중학생들이 학교풍토와 학교훈육체계와 같은 학교맥락을 긍정적으로 지각할수록 안녕감이 높지만, 이러한 영향은 직접적이기보다는 학교참여를 높이는 과정을 통해서 나타남을 의미한다. 이 연구의 결과는 학생들의 안녕감 증진과 직결되는 학교차원 맥락변인을 확인하고 이러한 관계에서 학교참여의 핵심적 역할을 제안한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

코로나19 팬데믹 상황의 건강 및 운동 인식에 대한 빅데이터 분석

In this paper uses big data to find keywords related to the keywords “health” and “exercise” in 2020 that were dominated by coronavirus 19, the purpose is to analyze how people perceive it and to identify changed perceptions and trends. It conducted word frequency analysis, TF-IDF analysis, N-gram analysis, network analysis, and emotional analysis using Textom, a solution for big data analysis. Analysis results, First, Health and exercise had the highest frequency of simultaneous appearance with “health insurance, the National Health Insurance Corporation, and health checkups.” Second, health is often seen alongside “diet, help, specialized products,” and exercise is often seen alongside “acute, diet, and participation.” Third, as a result of the network analysis, four clusters were formed: the Exercise Effects Group, the Health Care Group, the Health Insurance Group, and the Health Care Group. Fourth, people's perceptions of health and exercise were more positive than negative ones, and most neutral documents such as advertising, introduction and methods were found. These findings are meaningful in suggesting the direction of physical education during the post-corona era and using them as basic data.

한국에서의 안사관리는 그 앞길이 평탄치 못하다. 그 뿐더러 생산적인 면에서 후진성을 면치 못하고 있고 행정적인 면에서 관료주의적인 관습에서 탈피치 못하고 있다. 그럴수록 현대화한 인사관리를 남의 것을 빌린 것이 아니라 제것으로 하여서 실시해야 한다는 전제를 두고서 받어들여야만 하니 불난집에 기름 끼언지는 효과를 피해야 할 것이다.
