Recently a lot of social attention to the safety of the car is being poured. The government secure the safety of the car through the car safety standards and NCAP (car safety rating system), and has been an effort to inform its performance. However, the current Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and the evaluation system have been made only by the front-seat. So, attention to the safety of rear-seat is relatively much inferior. The purpose of this paper was undertaken to confirm the status of the rear seat safety in frontal crash. In this paper, we selected two sedan and two SUV. And we also use the following dummies. [5% -ile female , 50% -ile male , 5% -ile pregnant female(MAMA) , 6 year-old child (Q6)]. According to standard of NCAP frontal crash safety test, we performed full frontal sled test twice. Test pulse used the average deceleration of the test pulse that used in the NCAP frontal crash safety test for a total of 30 vehicles. According to the test results, we found that the Injury criteria of rear-seat passenger is higher than that of frontal-seat passenger. Injury criteria difference between male and female were not large. But, Injury criteria of Q6(was seated in CRS) was lower than any other dummies.

This study analyzes the production process through community participation, focusing on contemporary local public construction project. In particular, existing studies mainly focused on institutional and methodical discussions for participation, and lacked an integrated and practical analysis. This study targets the Yeonhui-dong Community Center in Seoul, analyzes the beginning and change of community participation in all stages from planning to outcome, and looks closely at how it affects the production process of public places. In the space improvement project of the Yeonhui-dong Community Center, which started with the planning of Seoul City and Seoul Design Foundation, community participation began with the search for an unspecified community of residents of Yeonhui-dong. In other words, it was not to create a new participatory community, such as a committee, or to select an existing organization. At first, the government provides information about the project, collects opinions from residents, and then creates a participatory group based on the workshop. Then, based on these existing participants, the participants for consultation were reorganized, and seven organizations related to the operation of the facility were formed. On the other hand, when interpreting the result of community participation in terms of the publicness of the place, this paper confirmed the publicness as merely the presence and absence of participation and the continuous community acceptance of the place. In conclusion, in the production of Yeonhui-dong Community Center, through the process of reconstructing the unspecified community of ordinary residents, continuous community participation appeared in the places created later.

Urokinase plasminogen activator (uPA) and urokinase plasminogen activator receptor (uPAR) play a major role in the infiltrative growth of glioblastoma. Downregulatoion of the uPA and uPAR has been reported to inhibit the growth glioblastoma. Here, we demonstrate that tristetraprolin (TTP) inhibits the growth of U87MG human glioma cells through downregulation of uPA and uPAR. Our results show that expression level of TTP is inversely correlated with those of uPA and uPAR in human glioma cells and tissues. TTP binds to the AU-rich elements within the 3’ untranslated regions of uPA and uPAR and overexpression of TTP decreased the expression of uPA and uPAR through enhancing the degradation of their mRNAs. In addition, overexpression of TTP inhibited the growth and invasion of U87MG cells. Our findings implicate that TTP can be used as a promising therapeutic target to treat human glioma.

The Korean Society for Electrolyte and Blood Pressure Research, in collaboration with the Korean Society of Nephrology, has published a clinical practice guideline (CPG) document for hyponatremia treatment. The document is based on an extensive evidence-based review of the diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment of hyponatremia with the multidisciplinary participation of representative experts in hyponatremia with methodologist support for guideline development. This CPG consists of 12 recommendations (two for diagnosis, eight for treatment, and two for special situations) based on eight detailed topics and nine key questions. Each recommendation begins with statements graded by the strength of the recommendations and the quality of the evidence. Each statement is followed by rationale supporting the recommendations. The committee issued conditional recommendations in favor of rapid intermittent bolus administration of hypertonic saline in severe hyponatremia, the use of vasopressin receptor antagonists in heart failure with hypervolemic hyponatremia, and syndrome of inappropriate antidiuresis with moderate to severe hyponatremia, the individualization of desmopressin use, and strong recommendation on the administration of isotonic fluids as maintenance fluid therapy in hospitalized pediatric patients. We hope that this CPG will provide useful recommendations in practice, with the aim of providing clinical support for shared decision-making to improve patient outcomes.

Development in vehicle industry could increase interest in children's safety recently. However the research of children safety is not being conducted as many as that of adult's. Especially the basic study for the vehicle crash on-board children was not much. This study focused on the effect of seatbelt anchorage points to evaluate children's safety in frontal crash. The current regulation of the seatbelt anchorage points is suitable for ranged from female 5% to male 95%. The assessment of children's safety at buckle up of no used CRS(child restraint system) was performed using frontal sled tests. The frontal crash pulse in sled tests was designed to the average of about 30 KNCAP frontal crash pulses. To reduce number of experiments, DOE is used. The Q6 child dummy and standard seat in UN R 129 were used. According to the analysis of test results, children's safety has been influenced by the points of seatbelt anchorage.
