        In this paper, we implement a digital holographic security card system that combines digital holographic memory using random phase encoded reference beams with electrical biometrics. Digitally encoded data including a document, a picture of face, and a fingerprint are recorded by multiplexing of holographic memory. A random phase mask encoding reference beams are used as a decoded key to protect illegal counterfeit. As a result, we can achieve a raw BER of 3.6${\times}$10-4 and shift selectivity of 4${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ using the 2D random phase mask. Also, we develop a recording pattern and image processing which are suitable for a low cost reader without a position sensing photo-detector for real time data extraction and remove danger of fraud from unauthorized person by comparing the reconstructed holographic data with the live fingerprint data. 본 논문에서는 랜덤 위상 암호화된 기준빔을 이용한 광 보안 기술과 생체 인식기술을 접목시킨 새로운 디지털 홀로그래픽 보안 시스템을 제안하고 구현하였다. 일반적인 광보안 시스템의 암호화된 아날로그 영상이 아닌 지문 및 얼굴사진, 문서 정보 등을 포함하는 디지털 정보가 홀로그래픽 메모리의 다중화 기술에 의해 저장되었다. 랜덤 위상 마스크는 기준빔을 암호화하여 불법 복제를 방지하는 복호화 키로 사용되었고, 64×64 크기를 갖는 2차원 위상 마스크를 통해 3.6×10-4의 Raw BER과 4㎛의 매우 높은 위치 선택도를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 실시간 정보 추출을 위해 위치 제어 센서가 필요 없는 저가의 판독기 구현에 적합한 기록패턴과 영상 신호처리를 개발하였으며, 홀로그램 지문 정보와 사용자의 지문 정보를 비교 검증함으로서 타인에 의한 불법 도용의 위험성을 제거하였다.

        포토폴리머 홀로그램의 실용적 응용을 위한 그 열적 특성 분석

        본 논문에서는 포토폴리머에 기록된 Bragg 회절 격자의 열적 특성을 측정하였다. 532 nm의 Nd:YAG 레이저를 이용하여 DuPont HRF-l50-38 필름에 홀로그램 격자를 기록하고, 온도 노출 조건에 따라 회절효율을 측정하였다. 열 노출 후 홀로그램 기록에서는 $100^{\circ}C$이하에서 $70\%$이상의 높은 회절 효율을 보인 반면 더 높은 온도에서는 급격히 떨어졌다. 홀로그램 기록 후 열 노출에서는 UV 정착 효과에 따라 $100^{\circ}C$까지는 $10\%$ 정도의 효율 증가를 보여주었지만, $120^{\circ}C$이상에서는 홀로그램이 지워지는 현상이 관찰되었다. This paper presents the thermal characteristics of a Bragg grating recorded in photopolymer. We record hologram gratings using a 532 nm Nd : YAG laser in DuPont HRF 150-38 photopolymer films and analyze the diffraction efficiency versus thermal exposure conditions. For the case of recording after heating, the diffraction efficiency of the hologram is more than $70\%$ at $100^{\circ}C$ but is decreased exponentially at temperatures over $100^{\circ}C$. It is observed in the recording before heating that the diffraction efficiency of the hologram fixed by a UV light is increased to approximately $10\%$ at $100^{\circ}C$, but the holograms are erased at temperatures over $120^{\circ}C$.

        N/A Evaulation of serum bile acids has been used for prediction of abnormal serum liver profile in the world. But recently many reported that bile acids in a random sample of urine (URNBA), corrected for urine flow with creatinine, have high diagnostic value when compared with serum bile acid and routine serum liver tests. We analyzed URNBA as a predictor of liver abnormality in 27 subjects of various liver disease and 8 normal subjects and compared with the results of serum bile acids and routine serum liver profile. In the patients, the rates of abnormal elevation of URNBA and serum bile acid were 85.2% (23/27) and 74.1% (20/27), respectively. URNBA/creatinine in the random sample of urine revelaed the highest reliability that reflects the presence of liver disease. So we think that urine can be used to predict liver diasese with an accurary that equals or exceeds the serum bile acid and the routine liver tests.

      • 호르몬성 고혈당 및 저혈당에 미치는 고려인삼의 영향

        It has been reported that Ginseng inhibites the hyperglycemia by adrenaline, but opposite result has been also reported. In this study, it was studied on the effects of Ginseng on hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia by hormones, according as blood sugar value change. Thyroxin were administered by oral application but adrenaline, insuline and prednisolone were injected to the rabbits. Blood sugar was measured by Somogyi-Nelson me hod. The following results were observed. 1) Hormonic hyperglycemia by thyroxin was inhibited when Ginseng and thyroxin had been administered. 2) Hormonic hyperglycemia by adrenaline was inhibited when Ginseng had been administered before. 3) Hormonic hypoglycemia by insuline was inhibited when Ginseng had been administered before. In this experiment, it was certain that the hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia by hormones was controled normally by Ginseng.

        요양병원 환자분류체계 개발

        Purpose: To develop the patient classification system based on the resource utilization for reimbursement of long-term care hospitals in Korea. Method: Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service (HIRA) conducted a survey in July 2006 that included 2,899 patients from 35 long-term care hospitals. To calculate resource utilization, we measured care time of direct care staff (physicians, nursing personnel, physical and occupational therapists, social workers). The survey of patient characteristics included ADL, cognitive and behavioral status, diseases and treatments. Major category criteria was developed by modified delphi method from 9 experts. Each category was divided into 2-3 groups by ADL using tree regression. Relative resource use was expressed as a case mix index (CMI) calculated as a proportion of mean resource use. Result: This patient classification system composed of 6 major categories (ultra high medical care, high medical care, medium medical care, behavioral problem, impaired cognition and reduced physical function) and 11 subgroups by ADL score. The differences of CMI between groups were statistically significant (p<.0001). Homogeneity of groups was examined by total coefficient of variation (CV) of CMI. The range of CV was 29.68-40.77%. Conclusions: This patient classification system is feasible for reimbursement of long-term care hospitals.
