We report a combined diagnostic fluorescence for bioimaging and therapeutic fluorescence for photothermal therapy (PTT) within an integrate hybrid nanoparticles can simultaneously and accurately diagnosis and ablates the tumor. This new class triggered photothermal therapeutic agents for pH responsive cancer cells target bio-imaging constructed using near-infrared dye (NIR) IR825, polymer conjugated anchored reduced graphene oxide (rGO) hybrid nanoparticles. Using hybrid nanoparticles administered PTT agents, the time-dependent in vivo tumor accumulated hybrid nanoparticles generated require photothermal heat, which caused dominant suppression of tumor growth. The ability to maximize tumor therapy and to monitor treatment condition in target area explores an appealing interest for the successful application of photothermal therapy. This was supported by Korea National University of Transportation in 2015.
국가기록원 재교육프로그램 현황 및 개선방안에 관한 연구

As archivists are professional who is responsible for professional works related in archives, they are required to perform expanded roles including traditional roles in changed environment surrounding archives. To solve those requirements, reeducation program can be essential for improving archivists expertise. However, as compared with education quality and programs for professional improvement required to archivists, reeducation program currently offered in National Archives of Korea is inadequate to deal with performing the extended roles required to archivists. This study analyzed the current situation and problem of reeducation program currently offered in National Archives of Korea, as compared to domestic and foreign reeducation programs, and surveyed archivists’ opinion about requirements to perform their extended roles in practice. Based on the results, this study improved a reeducation program in National Archives in Korea. 기록전문직은 소속된 기록관의 모든 기록물 관련 업무를 담당하는 전문직으로서, 기록관리 환경의 변화에 따라 기존의 기록물을 보존․관리하는 전통적인 역할을 포함하여 그보다 더 확장된 역할 수행을 요구받게 되었다. 이러한 사회적 요구사항을 해결하기 위하여 재교육프로그램 과정은 기록전문직의 전문성 향상을 위한 필수적 프로그램이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 현재 국가기록원에서 제공되고 있는 재교육프로그램의 경우 분야별로 개략적인 이론교육 위주로 구성되어있으며, 기록전문직의 전문성 향상을 위해서는 좀 더 다양한 유형과 내용으로 구성된 프로그램 제공이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국가기록원과 국내․외 재교육프로그램의 현황과 문제점을 분석하고, 현직 공공기관의 기록전문직을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 그들이 실무에서 필요로 하는 요구사항과 변화하는 기록관리 업무 환경을 반영하여 국가기록원의 재교육프로그램을 개선하고자 한다.

We report mitochondria-targeted photothermal nanoparticles with the blocker 3-bromopyruvate (BP), delocalized lipophilic triphenylphosphonium (TPP) cations to target them to the mitochondrial membrane, and folic acid (FA) to target cancer cells. The carbonized polyethylene glycol grafted poly (dimethyl aminoethyl methacrylate)-q-catechol (F-PEG-g-PDMA-CCDP) was crosslinked with boronic acid-grafted polyethylene glycol-g-poly (dimethyl aminoethyl methacrylate) conjugated with IR825 as a near-infrared (NIR) responsive fluorescent agent, FA, TPP, BP (PEG-g-PDMA-FA/IR/TPP/BP). The F-PEG-g- PDMA-CCDP@PEG-g-PDMA-FA/IR/TPP/BP (F-FNP) showed in vitro anticancer activity to normal and cancer cell under NIR light treatments. The blocking of metabolic activity in mitochondria with a photothermal system might represent a new pathway for cancer therapy.

Fluorescent carbon nanoparticles based target drug delivery with bio-imaging systems offer tremendousscope for future. We described Pluronic mimickingfluorescent nanoparticles (Plu-FNPs) surfacedecorated doxorubicin (DOX) via acid-cleavable hydrazone linkages with tumor target folic acid (FA)[Plu-FNPs-FA-DOX]. The acid labile of hydrazine linkage to DOX can easily break off by controlled pHinducing release of conjugated DOX at site of over-expressed folate receptors (FR). This nanoparticlesystem can deliver DOX to the target FR and trace the delivery pathway of cancer cells. The approachingplatform demonstrates the selectivity and sensitivity of molecular targets, thereby able to maximize thetherapeutic efficiency.

We report that combining diagnostic bioimaging fluorescence and photothermal therapeutic (PTT)within a single nano-platform can be used to simultaneously and accurately diagnose and ablate tumors. The integrated pH with thermo-responsive poly(dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate-co-N-isopropyla-cylamide) sulfobetaine (PDNS) backbone carrier retained optical bioimaging from boron dipyrro-methane (BODIPY) and sufficient photothermal generation is ensured by integrating IR825 within thissame theranostic system. BODIPY (fluorescence dye) with IR825 (NIR dye) quaternized zwitterionicPDNS (IR825/BOD-PDNS) showed pH and temperature-dependent fluorescence emissions and NIRirradiated in vitro photothermal toxicity to cancer cells. This fluorescence platform maximizes theantitumor response, monitors treatment condition, and successfully ablates tumors with thermalenergy.
