콩도르세의 민주주의 정치사상 -미국 헌법에 대한 견해와 지롱드 헌법안을 중심으로-
이기라 동국대학교 동서사상연구소 2023 철학·사상·문화 Vol.- No.42
We believe that democracy is at the heart of the political order pursued by modern societies. However, most of the theorists and revolutionaries of the 18th century political revolution were far from pursuing democracy, which means direct political participation of the people. The purpose of this article is to reintroduce Marquis de Condorcet as a pioneer of modern democracy, who advocated in the clearest and most systematic terms for a democracy (close to its etymological meaning) rather than an aristocratic republic. One of the rare figures of the late eighteenth-century revolutionary period who was both a thinker and a revolutionary, Condorcet distinguished himself not only in the abstract formulation of the principles of the new state but also in the political struggle to put them into practice; in particular, he proposed one of the most democratic constitution in French history. This paper will focus primarily on Condorcet's views on the US Constitution and the ideas contained in the Gironde Constitution to show how he was a political thinker who consistently and meticulously devised a democratic constitutional system.
급성허혈성뇌졸중환자에서정맥내r-tPA 사용후뇌출혈발생에영향을미치는인자
이기라 대한뇌졸중학회 2004 Journal of stroke Vol.6 No.1
Background: Recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (r-tPA) is an established treatment for acute ischemicstroke. But hemorrhagic transformation (HT) is critical complication of r-tPA treatment. In this study, the authorsattempted to identify the possible predictive factors of HT after r-tPA treatment. Methods: We analyzed retrospec-tively the data of 42 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were treated with intravenous r-tPA within 3 hours ofsymptom onset at Chonnam National University Hospital from May 1999 to April 2003. We divided 42 patientsaccording to the presence of hemorrhage, and analyzed predictive factors of HT.Results: Among the 42 patients,12 (28%) had HT (symptomatic ICH in 4). Patients with middle cerebral artery (MCA) territory stroke tended tohave a relatively frequent HT as compared to those with non-MCA territory stroke(p=0.06). There were no signif-icant differences between the two groups in age, sex, past history of stroke, baseline NIHSS score, early ischemicchange on CT, systolic and diastolic blood pressure before r-tPA treatment. Conclusions: There are no critical pre-dictive factors for HT after r-tPA treatment except possibly for the MCA (vs. non-MCA) territory stroke. It maybe necessary to give careful attention in subjects with MCA territory while r-tPA treatment is attempted.대한뇌졸중학회지제6권제1호2004년5월
Colloidal Mesoporous Silica Nanoparticles as Strong Adhesives for Hydrogels and Biological Tissues
이기라 한국공업화학회 2019 한국공업화학회 연구논문 초록집 Vol.2019 No.1
Colloidal mesoporous silica (CMS) nanoparticles are evaluated as an adhesive for hydrogels or biological tissues. Because the adhesion energy is proportional to the surface area of the nanoparticles, the CMS nanoparticles could provide a stronger adhesion between two hydrogels than the nonporous silica nanoparticles. In the case of 50-nm CMS nanoparticles with a pore diameter of 6.45 nm, the maximum adhesion energy was approximately 35.0 J/㎡ at 3.0 wt %, whereas the 10 wt % nonporous silica nanoparticle solution showed only 7.0 J/㎡. Moreover, the CMS nanoparticle solution had an adhesion energy of 22.0 J/㎡ at 0.3 wt %, which was 11 times higher than that of the nonporous nanoparticles at the same concentration. Moreover, these CMS nanoparticles are demonstrated for adhering incised skin tissues of mouse, resulting in rapid healing even at a lower nanoparticle concentration.
