Pancreatic cystadenoma is very rare, slow growing tumor and generally preoperative differential diagnosis may be difficult. A 43-year-old female was admitted to our hospital with the complaint of abdominal discomfort in the epigastrium for about preceeding 5 years. Ultrasonography and Computed tomography were performed. When endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatogram was performed, displacement of distal pancreatic duct by huge mass was noted and injected dye was drained irregulary into the cavity of mass. Distal pancreatectomy was performed with splenectomy. The mass size of distal pancreas was 7X4cm, and the cyst contained with yellowish thick mucoid fluid. Diagnosis was confirmed the mutinous cystadenoma of the pancreas on histologic examination.
Purge & Trap-GC를 이용한 의약품 필름코팅 정제 중 잔류용제에 관한 연구

의약품은 약물을 생체에 적풋하기 위하여 유효성분의 효과가 언제나 일정하게 확보되고 사응에 편리하도록 만들어지는 것이므로 유효썽분 이외에 약효에 영향을 주지 않는 성분이 첨가되는 경운가 많다. 이 때 사용되는 용매들은 제피의 광택 및 건쪼시간의 단축 등을 위하여 휘발점이 낮을 용매들이 주로 사용되어진다. 본 연구는 의약품 필름코팅정제 중 잔류용매 4종(chlorofonr benzen, trichloro ethylen, 1,4-dioxane)에 대한 변형된 pirge & trap-GC 장치를 이용한 동시분석방법을 개발하였으며, 각 표준품의 RSD 값은 chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69% and 1,4-dioxane 3.41%였다. 또한 시중 유통중인 의약품 50종에 대하여 잔류웅매 양을 측정하였으며, 검출되는 잔류용매는 한 건도 없었다. This study nras carried out to develope the analytical method for the mixture of chlorefonn, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane simultaneously and determine the remainingorgauic solvents in coating tablets by Purge & Trap-GC. The results were as follouFs ; 1. Chloroform, benzen, trio:tloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane separated by tenax #5 trap by HP-624GC column by terrlperature programming. The peaks were separated completely at retentiontime of 6.88min for chloroform, 8.21min for benzen, 10.38miu for trichloroethylen and 11.95minfor 1,4-dioxane. 2. Standard RSD were individually chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69%and 1,4-diorane 3.41%. 3. 60 samples were not detrcted chloroform, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane.
Efficient Cryopreservative Conditions for Cultivated Limbal and Conjunctival Epithelial Cells

PURPOSE:: To examine the effects of cryopreservation on the viability of cultivated corneal limbal and conjunctival epithelial cells and to evaluate the optimal conditions for cryopreservation. METHODS:: The cultivated human limbal epithelial cells (HLECs) were stored in media including 20%, 50%, and 90% fetal bovine serum (FBS) and 10% dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) at −196°C for 1 week. The cultivated rabbit conjunctival epithelial cells were stored in 10%, 20%, and 50% FBS with 10% glycerol or DMSO as a cryoprotectant at −196°C for 1 week. After thawing, cell viability was assessed using the trypan blue vital staining and 3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-dephenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. Immunofluorescent staining was performed with cytokeratin 3/12 antibody. Colony-forming efficiency (CFE) was evaluated 2 weeks after culture. RESULTS:: HLECs cryopreserved with 50% FBS showed the highest cell viability, whereas those with 20% FBS revealed the lowest survival rate (87.1% ± 0.8% and 79.8% ± 4.01%, respectively; P = 0.030). CFE of HLECs was 2.13 ± 1.35%, 2.31 ± 2.23%, and 1.94 ± 0.72% in cells with 20%, 50%, and 90% FBS, respectively (P > 0.05). For conjunctival epithelial cells, the cell viability was the highest with 50% FBS and 10% glycerol (95.0% ± 4.27%), and the lowest survival rate was observed in the condition of 10% FBS and 10% DMSO (80.0% ± 5.49%). CFE of cryopreserved conjunctival epithelial cells was 14.1% ± 1.9% in cells with 20% FBS and glycerol and 13.5% ± 2.0% in those with 20% FBS and DMSO (P > 0.05). HLECs expressed CK3/12 after cryopreservation in all conditions examined. CONCLUSIONS:: The best results were yielded by 50% FBS for cell viability in HLECs. Glycerol seems to be superior to DMSO in cell viability of the rabbit conjunctival epithelium after cryopreservation.
Analysis of Vibration Load Contribution of Agricultural Tractor using Transfer Path Analysis

According to the developments of agricultural tractor, the technology to enhance noise, vibration and harshness(NVH) performance has been studying in a point of view of ride comfort and quietness. Especially, as the tractor becomes bigger, the cabin suspension can be installed, and a lot of research are being conducted on the development of the cabin suspension. However, there are not many research that accurately analyze the characteristics of the tractor and the cabin, identify the vibration characteristics of each work, and reflect the results as suspension parameters. The purpose of this study is to quantify the contribution of vibration to the four points where the cabin is mounted. Vibration characteristics of tractor were analyzed by using transfer path analysis. First, the FRF test for the tractor cabin was performed to evaluate the major vibration sources. Second, Vibration test was carried out for each operation and driving condition. Based on this process, we could calculate the load applied to four points in each work, and we could confirm the contribution to load.
Flow Analysis for Evaluation of Thermal Comfort Inside Tractor Cabin

In the agricultural tractor, the indoor thermal environment is an important variable of the worker's work efficiency, so research for improving the indoor thermal comfort of the tractor cabin is becoming an important issue. In the development of HVAC systems for tractors, the evaluation of the thermal environment is based on the target temperature and the arrival time, which is a simple evaluation method of air conditioning system that does not consider the influence of the passenger's heating value, radiation temperature. More specific and objective evaluation methods are required to control a more comfortable thermal environment. In this study, the basic governing equations and the turbulence model of the three - dimensional heat flow analysis are introduced for the comfort evaluation of the tractor cabin using numerical analysis. For the evaluation of thermal comfort, the predicted mean vote (PMV) evaluation method was considered and the required parameters were defined. Simulation of the flow analysis was carried out for the three cases in which the air conditioner vent of the tractor cabin was placed on the upper ceiling part, the front dashboard part and the side column part of the cabin, and the thermal comfort was evaluated through PMV evaluation for each case. As a result, it was found that the most uniform PMV distribution was obtained when the vent was placed on the front dashboard part, which provided the most comfortable thermal environment.

농업용 트랙터 실내 온열 환경은 탑승객의 온열 쾌적성 측면에서 매우 중요한 문제로 부각되고 있다. 그러나 트랙터는 캐빈의 구조적 제한성과 사용 환경의 다양성으로 인하여 인체가 느끼는 쾌적한 온열 환경에 대한 정의가 쉽지 않다. 현재 트랙터용 HVAC 시스템의 개발 과정에서 온열 환경 평가는 경험을 바탕으로 만들어진 조건(특정 부위에 목표 시간동안 목표 도달 온도)에 의존하여 이루어지고 있는데 이는 탑승객의 발열량, 복사 온도, 의복량 등의 영향을 고려하지 않은 단순 냉난방 평가 방법으로 보다 쾌적한 온열 환경을 제어하기 위해서는 보다 구체적인 평가 방법이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 수치 해석을 이용하여 트랙터 실내의 쾌적성 평가를 위해 3차원 열유동 해석의 기본 지배 방정식과 난류 모델을 소개하였다. 또한, 온열 쾌적성 평가를 위해 PMV (predicted mean vote) 평가 방법을 고찰하고, 필요한 변수(인체 대사량, 의복착의량, 복사온도 등)에 대해서 정의하였다. 이를 통해 대상트랙터의 HVAC 풍구를 트랙터 캐빈의 상단, 전면부와 측면부에 위치시킨 세 가지 케이스로 설정하고 시뮬레이션을 진행하였다. 각 케이스 별 PMV 평가 등을 통해 온열 쾌적성을 평가하였을 때 세 가지 케이스 중 풍구 위치가 데시보드에 있을 때 사람에게 가장 쾌적한 열 환경을 제공해 주는 것으로 나타났다.

농용 트랙터 운전자는 작업 특성상 반복적이고 높은 수준의 진동에 장기간 노출되기 때문에 피로 누적, 요추 통증, 목 부위 통증 등의 근골격계 질환에 걸릴 위험이 높다. 따라서 운전자에게 노출되는 진동의 수준을 저감할 수 있는 트랙터의 개발이 필요하다. 트랙터 승차 진동 저감을 위한 가장 높은 기술이라고 판단되는 캐빈 서스펜션은 아직 국내 기술로 개발되지 않았으며, 장착된 트랙터 역시 전무하다. 그에 반해 해외의 트랙터에는 100마력 이상의 고급 트랙터에는 이미 적용되어 판매되고 있다. 이에 캐빈 서스펜션이 장착된 트랙터가 고무 마운팅이 장착된 트랙터에 비해갖는 성능적 우위를 시험을 통해 검증하였다. 시험은 전라북도 김제에 있는 생산기술연구원 시험장에서 이루어졌으며, 아스팔트 도로에서 각 트랙터별로 3 ~ 30 km/h 의 속도로 주행시 발생하는 승차 진동을 측정하였다. 각각의 트랙터의 종류가 다르기 때문에 승차 진동의 크기를 비교하는것이 아니라 진동의 Input Value에 비해 승차 진동의 비율을 계산함으로서, 캐빈 서스펜션과 고무마운팅의 성능을 평가하였다. 마지막으로 트랙터의 주행 속도별 승차 진동의 수준을 측정하여 주행속도가 트랙터 진동에 미치는 영향을 실험적으로 분석하였다.
