        영아반 그림책 읽기 활동, 교사의 언어적,비언어적 행동 및 영아의 어휘력 간의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of toddlers` vocabulary ability with reading activities and teachers` verbal and nonverbal behaviors during book reading. The subjects were 52 teachers and 104 toddlers at age 2. Lee and Kim (2004)`s categories of the Teachers` Verbal Behaviors, the categories of the Nonverbal Behavioral Analysis(Kim. 2005), and the Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test-Revised (Kim, et al.1995) were used. The data was analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, and Correlations. The results indicated that there were significant correlations in the subcategories of reading activities in classrooms, teachers` picture book reading behaviors, and toddler`s vocabulary ability. The toddler`s vocabulary ability increased as the ``interacting time both before and after book reading`` became longer. The toddler`s vocabulary ability increased as ``connecting with previous experience``, ``asking questions for confirmation``, ``acknowledging,`` and ``expanding`` of verbal behavior, as well as the nonverbal behavior, such as ``requesting behavior``, ``emotional contact,`` and ``empathetic behavior.`` In conclusion, teachers` reading behaviors and activities were related to toddlers` vocabulary ability.

      • 키토산 처리가 숙주의 생육 특성에 미치는 영향

        The effects of chitosan on the germination and growth of mungbean sprouts were investigated on a laboratory scale. Mungbean was separately imbibed in 500 and 1,000 ppm chitosan solutions for 7 hrs followed by sprinkling with distilled water, and the other mungbean was also soaked in 500 ppm chitosan solution followed by sprinkling with 500 ppm chitosan solution, and then kept at 25±1℃ for 5 days. The growth characteristics such as whole length, hypocotyl length and thickness, root length and hair, and sprout yield were maintained and increased in the chitosan-imbibed mungbean. As mungbean grew, the proximate components such as carbohydrate were almost catabolized in the chitosan-imbibed mungbean sprouts during germination. The growth rate of sprouts expressed as whole length per day was comparatively higher in the chitosan-imbibed mungbean. One of the important enzyme during germination, α-amylase, increased its activity until the 4th day and thereafter slowly decreased except 500 ppm chitosan-sprinkled mungbean sprouts showing the lower response in its activity. Consequenctly, when mungbean imbibed in chitosan solution was cultivated, the chemical composition of the resultant sprouts did not change but their growing characteristics and sporut yield were enhanced as compared with others. Therefore, chitosan treatment during the imbibition of mungbean is potential to activate the growth of mungbean but decrease it when sprinkled with chitosan solution.

      • 국내 부산물 다염화비폐닐(PCBs) 배출량 예비 평가

        The main objectives of this study were to identify from literature review the potential sources and to provide a preliminary national emission inventory for the unintentionally produced polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) (i.e., by-product PCBs). In Korea, fuel combustion, waste combustion, thermal industrial processes, and transportation were identified as potential sources of by-product PCBs. According to the availability of the emission factors and/or activity data, emission inventory could be assessed only for fuel combustion, waste combustion, steel industry, non-ferrous industry, and non-metallurgical industry. The total national emission of by-product PCBs was estimated to be 1087kg for the year 2000. The preliminary estimation further indicated that the steel manufacturing was the single dominant emission category, contributing 93% to the total emission. Of the steel manufacturing processes, the contribution of the electric are furnace was about 80% of the total emission. Due to high uncertainty associated with both the emission factors and activity statistics, the emission estimates in this study are likely to contain significant errors. However, the results of the present work could serve the first step toward future efforts to establish national source and emission inventories of by-product PCBs.

      • 실리콘 웨이퍼 형상 분류 시스템 개발

        실리콘 웨이퍼 생산의 여러 단계의 공정 중 평탄도를 측정하고 제어하는 polishing 공정은 평탄한 정도에 의하여 제품의 합격 여부가 결정되는 측면에서 매우 중요한 과정이다. 주식회사 포스코 휼스에서는 이 공정에서 담당 기술자가 웨이퍼 측정장비(ADW 9500)를 이용하여 웨이퍼의 평탄도와 관련이 있는 데이터와 이미지의 형상을 모니터에서 관찰하고 판단하여 평탄도를 높이기 위한 제어 파라메타들을 조정하고 있다. 이 연구에서 polishing 공정의 자동화를 모색해 보기 위해 지름이 20cm인 웨이퍼의 9위치에대한 두께 데이터를 바탕으로 웨이처 전역의 트께를 추정하고 그 형상을 분류하는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 웨이퍼 전역의 두께를 계산하기 위해 X-Y 좌표와 극 좌표를 설정하여 Lagrange 보간법을 변형적으로 응용하였다. 계산한 두께 데이터를 이용하여 웨이퍼의 형상을 파악하고 그 모양에 따라 9개의 카테고리로 분류하고, 각 카테고리를 세종류의 통계치로 세부 분류한다. 이 알고리즘을 구형하여 웨이퍼의 형상을 추정하고 분류하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 웨이퍼 전역의 두께를 계산하여 평균 두께, 최소 두께, 최대 두께의 값 등의 통계치를 계산하고, 특정 단면들의 단면도와 삼차원 이미지를 그리며, 최종적으로 그 형상을 분류하는 통합 시스템이다. 개발한 알고리즘을 검증하기 위해 여러 웨이퍼를 대상으로 위하여 통계치와 실제 측정을 통해 계산한 통계치를 비교해 본 결과 그 오차들이 매우 작았다. 그리고 개발한 시스템이 그린 단면과 삼차원 이미지들도 실제의 그것들과 매우 유사함을 관찰할 수 있었다. 그러나 굴곡이 많은 웨이퍼의 경우에 이들의 변화를 다 재현하지 못하여 전체적인 모양은 유사하나 지역적인 미세한 부분은 다소 상이함을 발견할 수 있었다. 이 연구를 통하여 polishing 공정의 자동화를 좀 더 구체적으로 모색할 수 있는 발판이될 것을 기대한다.

        A 11-year-old castrated mongrel dog with the hypoadrenocorticism was referred to the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Chungnam National University. Hypoadrenocorticism was diagnosed by the clinical signs, the physical examination, laboratory examinations(complete blood count, serum chemistry), ACTH stimulation test and radiography. Clinical signs were improved after fludrocortisone treatment on the basis of ACTH stiluation test.

        만 5세 유아를 위한 지역사회 참여 활동의 효과적인 운영에 관한 실행연구

        The purposes of this study were to explore and implement activities for five-year-olds' effective participation in the community and investigate the responses of the children and teachers to the operation of the activities. This study was conducted with a class of twenty-eight, five-year-old children in a private kindergarten in Seoul, Korea. This study was conducted from April until October in 2013, and the community participation activities were analyzed. The conclusions of this study are as follows. Based on a problem analysis of those activities that had been performed previously, the researchers planned and executed the first implementation. In the first implementation, the researchers devised and executed a plan for cultivating a rooftop garden so that the children could utilize the diverse resources of the community. In addition, as a place for education, the study used the community an out-of-classroom venue. Using the assessment results of the first implementation, the second implementation was conducted in a way that involved the public institutions in the community. As a result, the children were helped to understand the necessity for public institutions and organizations which helped the children to solve problems. Also, the Children under study participated in these activities to achieve a common goal, the renaissance of a tree-lined road, and worked together as main agents with community members, such as children, parents and residents. This study suggests a need for five-year-olds to be involved in the community and provides suggestions for the means to achieve this involvement. In addition, it suggests that future studies examine a variety of ways to encourage participation in the Community by using specific human and material resources of the community. 본 연구는 사회과 교육의 한 방법으로 만 5세 유아를 위한 지역사회 참여 활동을 효과적으로 운영하기 위한 방안을 모색하여 실행하고, 실행 과정을 통해 유아와 교사의 반응을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울특별시에 소재한 사립유치원 만 5세 28명을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 2013년 4월부터 10월까지 활동을 실행하고 수집된 자료를 토대로 그 결과를 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 만 5세 유아를 위한 지역사회 참여활동의 효과적 운영을 위해 지난 2년간 실행한 지역사회 참여활동을 분석하여 문제점을 파악 하고, 1차 실행을 계획 및 실시하였다. 1차 실행에서는 유아의 관심과 흥미를 반영한 옥상텃밭가꾸기 활동이 이루어졌으며 이를 통해 지역사회의 다양한 인적·물적 자원을 활용할 수 있었다. 또한 교실이라는 제한된 공간에서 벗어나 지역사회를 유아의 교육 공간으로 활용함으로서 지역사회 주민들과 적극적으로 상호작용이 이루어졌다. 2차 실행에서는 1차실행 평가를 토대로 공공기관 및 단체와 연계한 지역사회 참여활동을 실시하였다. 유아들은 일반사회의 중요한 내용인 공공기관 및 단체의 필요성을 이해할 수 있었다. 또한 지역사회 환경을 위해 유아들이 기여할 수 있는 활동을 실시하여, 유아들이 지역사회의 주체자로서 활동에 참여하는 기회를 가졌다. 이를 통해 지역사회를 구성하는 유아, 부모를 포함한 지역사회 주민들이 가로수길 살리기라는 공동의 목표를 가지고 함께 참여할 수 있었다. 이상의 연구 결과는 유아를 위한 사회교과 교육의 방법으로 지역사회 참여 활동의 필요성을 제기하였으며, 각 유아교육 현장에서는 지역사회의 특수성이 반영된 인적·물적 자원을 활용하여 다양한 형태의 지역사회 참여 활동을 제시하는 추후 연구가 이루어질 필요가 있음을 시사했다.

      • 뇌실외 배액술 관리에 대한 이해 및 업무수행 실태

        The objective of this study was to investigate the managing realities of EVD and provide a descriptive survey with the attempt to obtain basic data needed for the standardization of EVD management. For that purpose, 220 questionnaire copies were distributed to those nurses who were working with intensive care units at university hospitals, general hospitals, semi-general hospitals in Seoul, Kyongki-de and local areas. Of 158 returned questionnaire copies, 139 were used for analysis. Data were collected during the term of academic seminars of Neurosurgery Nursing Committee and KICA (Korea Intensive Care Association), ranging from Oct. 26 through 27. 2000. The tools utilized a structured questionnaire form consisting of 21 questions on general characteristics, the level of understanding, the level of work performance, standard management guidelines, etc. The data collected were analysed with frequency, percentage, mean vague, chi -square test using the SPSS 10.0 program Findings were revealed, as follows: For managing the prevention of EVD infection, aseptic technique was found to be of the most importance (48.9%),'the technique should be carried out at an operation room'(92.8%), but it was actually performed at intensive care units (over 51.5%). 'The term of antibiotics use should be less than 7 days' (81.8%), while it was actually executed for less than 7 days (49.5%). 'The proper time of quittance from it should be within less than 7 days'(74.1%) but actual quittance was executed only by 51.1%. 'Set exchange is needed' by 54.0% but actual exchange was implemented merely by 28.1%. 'The subject of management should be nurses' was reflected by 40% but actually 52.0% were carried out. As a result of hating analysed the understanding of the management of EVD by general characteristics, a significant difference was found in the necessity for set exchange by hospitals, in the time of quittance of a catheter, and in ablution items by work experience. The result of hating analysed the work performance levels of EVD management by general characteristics revealed that a significant difference in administration facilities of medicine by the classification of hospitals, especially the use of antibiotics and the quitting time of a catheter by the classification of intensive care units, and in the use of antibiotics and ablution items by the standard management guidelines.

      • 발아현미가루를 첨가한 머핀 제조조건의 최적화

        In order to develop the functional muffin prepared with different levels of sprouted brown rice flour (SBRF), the mixing conditions of SBRF, butter and water were optimized by response surface methodology(RSM), using central composite design with 3 variables and 5 levels. The result of three-dimensional plot was showed that decrease of SBRF content increased the volume, maximum length, crumb grain, moistness and overall quality of muffin. The overall quality of the functional muffin was maximized under the preparing condition of 31.49 g SBRF(15% of flour used), 85.36 g butter, and 123.86 g water. Moreover, the optimum conditions for preparing muffin were as follow : 29.95 g, 81,24 g, 120.45 g for volume ; 23.67 g, 88.18 g, 118.24 g for maximum length ; 38.44 g, 63.38 g, 117.26 g for flavor ; 29.86 g, 93.04 g, 126.42 g for taste ; and 55.43 g, 94.40 g, 133.61 g for moistness. The range of optimum preparing conditions for the functional muffin in consideration of the physical and sensory characteristics were shown to the 30~40 g as SBRF, 80~90 g as butter, and 120~130 g as water.
