초등학교 고학년의 장애수용태도 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그램 개발 = Development of A Group Counseling Program for the Improvement of the Receptive Attitude toward the Disabled of Elementary School Upper Graders

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 고학년의 장애수용태도 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그 램을 구안하여 적용하고 그 효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 프로그램의 구안과정은 박인우(1995)의 상담 프로그램 개발 모형의 과정을 거쳤 으며, 이론전문가와 현장전문가의 자문을 바탕으로 수정?보완하여 총 12회기로 구 성된 최종프로그램을 구안하였다. 구안한 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위한 연구대 상은 S시의 Y초등학교 고학년 학생들 중 장애수용태도 사전검사 결과 ?1표준편차 이하로 점수가 낮게 나온 학생들 중 프로그램 참여를 희망하는 학생 30명을 선정하 여 15명을 실험집단, 나머지 15명을 통제집단으로 구성하였다. 검사도구로는 정상우(2013)가 사용한 장애수용태도 검사를 재구성하여 사용하였 고 자료처리는 혼합변량분석(Mixed ANOVA)으로 통계적 분석과 집단원들의 회기 별 경험보고서와 활동지, 상담자의 관찰 내용을 분석하였다. 연구결과 집단상담 프 로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 장애수용태도가 통제집단보다 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났으며, 내용분석에서도 실험집단 참가자들이 긍정적인 반응을 보인 것으로 나 타나 본 프로그램은 초등학교 고학년의 장애수용태도를 향상시키는데 긍정적인 효 과가 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to develop a group counseling program geared toward improving the receptive attitude of elementary school upper graders toward the disabled and to examine its actual impact on the receptive attitude of upper graders to the disabled. A group counseling program was developed according to Park In-woo (1995) s Counseling Program Development Model to improve receptive attitude toward the disabled in 12 sessions. The subjects in this study were 30 students who were selected from among the fifth and sixth graders in an elementary school in an urban community. After a pretest was conducted to measure their receptive attitude to the disabled, the students whose standard deviation was -1 or less were selected. Out of them, 15 students who hoped to participate in a program were selected as an experimental group, and the other 15 students were selected as a control group. As for data analysis, a statistical package SPSS WIN 12.0 was employed, and mixed ANOVA was utilized to make a statistical analysis. The reports of the group members about their own experience and the observation data of the counselor were both analyzed to make up for the reliability of the quantitative analysis. The findings of the study were as follows: The experimental group that participated in the group counseling program developed to improve receptive attitude to the disabled underwent more significant changes than the control group that didn t. As a result of analyzing the reports of the group members on their experience and the observation data of the counselor, the program was found to have had positive effects on the improvement of the receptive attitude of the upper graders toward the disabled as well.
