교과교육과 연계한 통합적 장애이해교육 프로그램이 일반아동의 장애인식 및 수용태도에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of a Integrated Disability Understanding Educational Program, which is linked to the School Curriculum, on General Children's Attitude of Accepting and Awareness about Disability

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 교과교육 내적 방법과 외적 방법을 결합시켜 구성한 교과교육과 연계한 통합적 장애이해교육 프로그램을 적용하여 장애아동에 대한 일반아동의 장애인식 및 수용 태도의 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다.
인천광역시 소재 통합교육을 실시하고 있는 J초등학교 4학년을 대상으로, 사전검사에서 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않는 2개의 통합학급(총 60명)을 선정하였다. 임의로 선정한 1개의 실험집단에는 교과교육과 연계한 통합적 장애이해교육 프로그램을, 그리고 비교집단에서는 일반적 장애이해교육 프로그램을 12주 동안 주 1회씩 진행하도록 하였다.
이 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 교과교육과 연계한 통합적 장애이해교육 프로그램이 장애아동에 대한 일반아동의 장애인식에서 긍정적인 변화를 가져오는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 교과교육과 연계한 통합적 장애이해교육 프로그램이 장애아동에 대한 일반아동의 수용 태도에서 긍정적인 변화를 가져오는 것으로 나타났다.
특히, 교과교육과 연계한 통합적 장애이해교육 프로그램이 일반적 장애이해교육 프로그램을 적용한 경우보다 더 효과적인 것으로 나타났으며, 평균 및 평균이하의 아동들에게서 평균과 집중경향치의 향상된 변화폭이 크게 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research is to study about how the disability understanding educational program, which is united with the curriculum of internal and external methods, affects on the change of general school age children's attitude and understanding about disability.
Two similar sample classes (30 students each) are picked from 4th grade of J. elementary school in Incheon. One experimental class has been taught by the school curriculum linked disability understanding educational program once a week for 12 weeks. The other control class has been taught by general disability understanding program once a week for 12 weeks.
The brief findings of the study were as follows:
First of all, the study shows that the school curriculum linked disability understanding educational program affects on positive changes of general school age children's understanding about disabled children.
Secondly, the study also shows that the school curriculum linked disability understanding educational program affects on positive changes of general school age children's attitude about disabled children.
Especially, the study reveals that school curriculum linked disability understanding educational program is more effective than general disability understanding program, and the more and better change has happened with children, who are average or less than average in the classes.
