농업계 특성화고등학생의 자기효능감, 직업가치관이 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향 = A Study on the Effects of Self-efficacy and Job Values of Students of Agricultural Specialized High Schools on Career Decision-making Level

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study lies in inquiring into the general characteristics of students of agricultural specialized high schools, including self-efficacy, job values, and career decision-making level, and finding out the effects of self-efficacy and job values on their career decision-making level. In this respect, a survey was conducted for 420 students from agricultural specialized high schools located in 5 different cities of South Korea. The results shall be set forth as follows. Firstly, the self-efficacy of students from agricultural specialized high schools is high in the students from male group, senior year, food processing division,high-grade group, and affluent home surroundings. Secondly, the job values of students from agricultural specialized high schools is higher in the students from food processing division than those from landscaping division. Thirdly, the career decision-making level of students from agricultural specialized high schools is higher in the students from processing division than those from other divisions, including landscaping division. Fourthly, it was indicated the self-efficacy and job values of students from agricultural specialized high schools have about 33% of influence over career decision-making level. Particularly, job values has a perfect mediating effect on career decision-making level. Thus, this study is meaningful in setting forth an efficient direction for career counseling program for students from agricultural specialized high schools, by inquiring into the effects of self-efficacy and job values on career decision-making level.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 농업계 특성화고등학생의 일반적 특성에 따른 자기효능감, 직업가치관, 진로결정수준에 차이를 살펴보고, 나아가 자기효능감과 직업가치관이 진로결정수준에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 전국에 소재한 5개의 농업계 특성화고등학생 420명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 주요한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 농업계 특성화 고등학생의 자기효능감은 남자, 3학년, 식품가공과, 성적이 높고, 가정환경이 높은 학생들이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직업가치관은 식품가공과가 식물조경 등의 학과에 비해서 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 식품가공과가 식물조경, 기타 학과에 비해서 진로결정수준의 점수가 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 농업계 특성화 고등학생들의 자기효능감, 직업가치관은 진로결정수준에 33%의 영향을 미치고 있으며, 세 변인간의 관계에서 직업가치관은 진로결정수준의 완전매개효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 자기효능감, 직업가치관이 진로결정수준에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아봄으로써, 농업계 특성화 고등학생들의 효율적인 진로상담 프로그램 개발 방안을 제시하고자 하는데 그 의의가 있다.
