청소년의 셀프리더십이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 = The Influence of Adolescent's Self-Leadership on the Career preparation behavior

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of adolescent’s self leadership on the career preparation behaviors, and apply this to the education sites. The questionnaires were distributed to 460 high school students located in Seoul and Gyeonggi region. After that, we used 437 collected questionnaires as a data for the final analysis.
The summary of the study result is like below:First, overall the group with high levels of the self leadership was shown to display higher levels of the career preparation behaviors compared with the adolescent in the lower levels of group.
Second, in the result of the analysis of social democratic factors, psychological factors and the relative influence of the self leadership about the adolescent’s career preparation behaviors, the explanatory power of each level was increased. Especially when the self leadership factor was added, the explanatory power about the career preparation behaviors was increased, so it was proved that the self leadership was an important factor which had influence on the career preparation behaviors.
Through this study, it was verified that the level of adolescent’s self leadership had meaningful influence on the career preparation behaviors. By providing adolescent with the opportunities of education which can develop and improve their potential self leadership, we hope that the number of happy adolescent will be increased when they have less conflict about careers and enjoy the whole process of achieving goals.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 과열된 입시경쟁 속에서 방황하는 청소년들이 행복한 삶을 살 수 있도록 올바른 진로를 선택하고, 진로목표를 이루어가는 과정에 도움을 줄 수 있는 새로운 교육 방안으로 셀프리더십을 제시하고자 한다. 셀프리더십은 자신이 가장 즐기며 할 수 있는 일이 무엇인지 찾도록 돕고, 스스로에게 영향을 주어 선택한 진로목표를 이루기 위한 과정 자체를 즐길 수 있도록 도울 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 청소년들의 셀프리더십이 진로준비행동에 미치는 효과를 검증해보고 이를 교육현장에 활용하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기 지역에 소재한 고등학교 학생 460명을 대상으로 설문지를 배부하였고, 회수된 설문지 중 437부를 최종분석 자료로 사용하였으며 자료처리는 SPSS WIN 12.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하였다.
연구결과 첫째, 성별과 리더경험 및 리더십교육경험은 셀프리더십과 진로준비행동을 높여줄 수 있는 변인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 청소년의 셀프리더십과 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인은 정서지능임이 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 셀프리더십 수준이 높은 집단의 청소년이 그렇지 않은 집단의 청소년에 비해 진로준비행동이 높은 것으로 나타났다.
이상의 연구결과를 통하여 청소년 시기에 잠재된 셀프리더십의 역량을 개발하는 것은 진로준비행동을 향상시키는 중요한 변인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 청소년 시기에 셀프리더십을 함양할 수 있는 교육의 기회를 경험케 함으로써 진로로 인한 갈등을 감소시키고, 진로목표를 이루기 위해 노력하는 과정 자체를 즐기는 행복한 청소년들이 늘어나기를 기대한다.
