초등학생용 진정성 척도 개발

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 진정성을 구성하고 있는 하위요소를 확인하고 초등학생의 진정성을 측정 할 수 있는 척도를 개발하는 것이다. 8개 하위요인별 10문항의 예비문항을 내용타당도 분석 을 거쳐 40문항 설문지로 작성하여 대전시내 초등학생 350명에게 실시하였다. 하위요인별 신 뢰도 값을 통한 문항분석을 통해 당초 계획하였던 진정성 8개 요인 중 2개 요인의 문항이 제거되고 6개 요인의 23개의 문항으로 구성된 척도를 개발하였다. 개발된 척도의 신뢰도 검 증 결과 척도 전체의 신뢰도 계수는 .824이고, 6개 요인 각각의 신뢰도는 .562～.817이었다. 개발된 척도의 요인 구조를 알아보고자 요인분석을 실시한 결과 최종예비문항에서 구성되었 던 6개 요인을 그대로 확인할 수 있었다. 그 결과 일치성, 투명성, 진솔성, 순수성, 성실성, 신뢰성의 6개 요인 23개 문항으로 구성된 초등학생용 진정성 척도를 개발하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find factors of authenticity and develope a scale to measure elementary students’ authenticity. After determining the definition of authenticity based on previous studies and theoretical backgrounds, a total of 80 preliminary items, which was composed of 10 items for each of eight factors based on the definition of authenticity, were developed based on free responses from 10 elementary school teachers enrolled in master’s program in elementary school counseling. A questionnaire was created with the final 40 items or so, which finished three times of content validity verification, and administered to 350 elementary students in four schools in Daejeon. Excluding the responses below the standard, data from a total of 304 students were collected and a reliability coefficient for each factor was obtained. Based on reliability coefficient for each factor, two of the originally planned eight factors were eliminated, resulting in the final product of a scale consisting of six factors and 23 items. Reliability test results of the developed scale showed that the reliability coefficient of the scale was .824, and the reliability coefficient of each of six factors ranged from .562 to .817. Exploratory factors analysis to determine the factor structure of the developed scale confirmed the same six factors that consisted of the final preliminary items. As a result, an authenticity scale for elementary students consisting of 23 items and six factors of consistency, transparency, candor, innocence, integrity, and trustworthiness. And then the significance of this study was discussed.
