대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감, 자아존중감과 고용가능성의 관계에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 수도권에 소재한 전문대학에 재학 중인 대학생을 대상으로 자아존중감과 진로결정 자기 효능감, 고용가능성을 측정하고 진로결정 자기 효능감을 매개로 자아존중감과 고용가능성의 관계 를 분석하고자 하였다. 이와 같은 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 대학생 776명을 대상으로 사전 구성된 설문조사를 실시하였고 매개 효과 검증을 위한 회귀분석 방법과 Sobel Test를 통해 취합된 자료를 분 석하였다. 기초 분석 결과, 성별에 따른 자아존중감의 차이는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았으나 통계적으로 유의 하게 나타난 진로결정 자기효능감과 고용가능성은 남학생이 여학생보다 높았다. 그리고 연구의 가설을 검증한 결과, 대학생의 자아존중감과 진로결정 자기효능감은 고용가능성에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 정(+)의 상관을 보여 자아존중감과 진로결정 자기효능감이 높은 대학생이 고 용가능성이 높음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 매개변수인 진로결정 자기효능감은 자아존중감과 고용가능성을 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났는데, 이러한 매개변수의 유의성을 검증하기 위해 Sobel Test를 실시한 결 과, 그 값이 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타나 자아존중감 자체가 고용가능성을 증가시키기도 하지만 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개에 의해서도 고용가능성이 증가됨을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 국외 연구에 비해 국내 연구가 미진했던 고용가능성을 탐색하고 진로결정 자기효 능감과 자아존중감, 고용가능성의 매커니즘을 파악할 수 있는 실증적 자료로 활용될 것이다. 뿐만 아니 라 진로 및 취업 관련 연구가 스트레스와 같은 부적 정서 완화에 중점을 두는 반면 본 연구에서는 자 아존중감과 진로결정 자기효능감을 다룸으로써 개인의 발달과 성장을 지원하는 강점관점에 근거한 지 침을 제공할 수 있는 이론적 근거를 마련하였다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 고용가능성의 핵심 구인인 대학생들의 자아존중감을 향 상시킬 수 있는 지원 방안의 마련과 취업이 중요시되는 전문대 학생들의 고용가능성을 높이기 위한 구 체적이고 실제적인 진로 교육 실시를 제언하였다. 특히 대학은 학생들에게 취업시장의 현실을 파악할 수 있도록 하는 실용적인 교육과 일 기반(work-based)교육을 제공하여 노동시장에서 활용할 수 지식과 기술, 능력을 함양할 수 있는 기회를 제공해야 함과 대학생들이 자신의 진로를 진지하게 고민하고 성찰 할 수 있는 진로 지원 프로그램을 지속적으로 지원해야 할 것을 제언하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The present study was to measure the self-esteem and self-efficacy and career decision employment potential targets college students, located in the metropolitan area. In addition, we analyzed the relationship between self-esteem and employability mediated by a career decision self-efficacy of College Students. In order to achieve the object of this study it was performed to pre-configured survey of 776 people students were analyzed and the regression analysis of data collected by Sobel Test for effect parameter verification. Fundamental analysis, although the difference is not statistically significant statistically significant career decision self-efficacy appeared self-esteem and employability of the male gender is higher than that of girls. And the results validate the hypothesis of the study, self-esteem and career decision self-efficacy and self-esteem of college students and college students career decision self-efficacy showed high correlation of positive(+) showed a statistically significant influence on employment possibilities the employment potential is high could be seen. In addition, the parameters of career decision self-efficacy was found to mediate portion of the self-esteem and employability. And Sobel Test results conducted in order to verify the significance of these parameters, the value is statistically significant as shown sikigido self esteem is likely to increase the employment, but was found to have increased employment probability by the parameters of career decision self-efficacy. The results of this study will explore the employment potential that the domestic study abroad study compared the recesses and decided to take advantage of career self-efficacy and self-esteem, empirical data that could identify a mechanism of employment possibilities. And, while employment-related research is focused on reducing emotional charm, such as stress, this study dealt with self-esteem and self-efficacy were career decisions provide guidance based on the strengths perspective that supports the personal development and growth. In this study the results of this proposal on the basis of specific, practical career training to enhance the core job of university students in the provision of support measures to improve the self-esteem of college students that look for employment and employability. In particular, the proposal should provide an opportunity can enhance their education and work-based practical(work-based) training and knowledge to take advantage in the labor market by providing the skills and abilities that enable students to understand the reality of the job market. In addition, the University of suggestions that should continue to support the career support programs that can seriously worried and reflect the college students on their career.
