유아의 행복결정요인에 관한 기초연구 - 유아행복의 개념, 관련변인, 측정도구에 대한 문헌고찰을 중심으로 - = A preliminary study on the determinants of happiness among preschool children

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Study of preschool children's happiness in the happiness research areas tend to have been neglected so far. This study looked at as basic research on the determinants of happiness among preschool children, the concept of happiness, related variables of happiness, measures of happiness, and levels of happiness among preschool children. Through this study, it aims to assess the future research on the determinants of happiness among preschool children. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, happiness could be conceptualized as a state of a high level of overall satisfaction in their lives experienced subjectively, low levels of negative emotions and higher levels of positive emotions. Second, factors affecting happiness among preschool children were divided into variables of individual characteristics, parent-child relationships, and child-care environment. Third, domestic measures in order to happiness among preschool children is used mainly Kim(2008)'s amended by the scale for children of Lee(2005) and Lee(2010)'s based of the recognition of parents and teachers measure happiness. Recommendations are made for future research directions from the study.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유아의 행복결정요인에 관한 기초연구로, 행복의 개념, 유아행복 관련변인, 유아행복 측정도구에 대한 국내 연구성과를 비판적으로 고찰해 봄으로써 향후 유아의 행복결정요인에 관한 연구방향을 가늠해 보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구의 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 행복의 개념을 ‘주관적으로 경험하는 자신의 삶에 관한 전반적인 만족감 수준이 높고, 낮은 수준의 부정적 정서와 높은 수준의 긍정적 정서를 경험하는 상태’로 정의할 수 있었다. 둘째, 유아를 대상으로 한 행복연구에서, 관련변인들은 크게 기질, 자아탄력성, 자아존중감, 자기효능감, 자기조절능력 등과 같은 유아의 개인특성 변인, 양육효능감, 양육행동, 양육스트레스, 모-자 애착, 부모의 행복감 등과 같은 부모관계 변인, 또래유능성, 또래간 인기도, 유아교육기관 적응력 등과 같은 보육환경 변인으로 구분할 수 있었다. 셋째, 유아행복을 측정하기 위해 국내에서 주로 사용된 척도로는 이정화(2005)의 아동용 척도를 유아용으로 수정한 김도란(2008)의 척도와 부모나 교사의 인식에 근거하여 측정하도록 개발된 이은주(2010)의 척도가 있었다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 향후 유아의 행복결정요인에 관한 연구방향을 제시하였다.
