In this paper, we considered six ways to verify Arahatship through the ‘Six Pure Sutras’ (M112) of ‘Majjhima-nikaya’. This sutta states that if a bhikkhu is declared to be an arahat, he or she can be judged whether or not he or she is an Arahat through a question-and-answer method in six ways, including the knowledge of the dṛṣṭa-śruta-mata-jñāta, the five aggregates, six elements(dhātu), twelve sense organs, his or her own body with consciousness, and the body of another person with consciousness. It is a teaching. Looking at the questions and answers, there are six verification methods, but they can be condensed into two questions and answers: I (the five aggregates) and the world (twelve sense organs). This is because the 12 points are explained in more detail than the dṛṣṭa-śruta-mata-jñāta and the six elements and five aggregates explain matter as five types and one type, and spirit as one type and four types. And this is because one's own body with consciousness and the bodies of others with consciousness explain the five aggregates of oneself and others. And among the six verification methods, four (dṛṣṭa-śruta-mata-jñāta, the five aggregates, six elements, twelve sense organs) explain the results of achieving arahantship without presenting a specific practice process. In contrast, the two methods of verification through one's own body with consciousness and the bodies of others with consciousness explain the specific performance steps of how to achieve Arahantship. The execution steps are as follows: After hearing the Buddha's teachings, he developed faith, became a monk, attained the precepts, and was satisfied with only the necessities such as clothes needed for practice. And in daily life, control of sensory functions, mindfulness and awareness(satisampajāna). Relying on a remote place and practicing sitting meditation, etc., the five obstacles are removed and one attains the 4th level of the physical world. It is said that he went from jhāna, switched to vipassanā, and achieved arhatship through asavakkhaya. This can be said to be the three trainings: precepts, concentration, and wisdom, which are common practice methods found in early Buddhist scriptures.

Innovations in the development of endoscopic spinal surgery were classified into different generations and reviewed. Future developments and directions for endoscopic spinal surgery were discussed. Surgical therapy for spinal disease has been gradually changing from traditional open surgery to minimally invasive spinal surgery. Recently, endoscopic spinal surgery, which initially was limited to the treatment of soft tissue lesions, has expanded to include other aspects of spinal disease and good clinical results have been reported. As the paradigm of spinal surgery shifts from open surgery to endoscopic surgery, we discussed the evolution of endoscopic spine surgery in our literature review. Through this description, we presented possibilities of future developments and directions in endoscopic spine surgery.
