        기초화장용 제품 중 크림과 로션제의 안정성 평가방법

        This study was attempted to develop the physicochemical and morphological stability test methods for the cream and lotion formulations among the cosmetic foundations and to provide the guidance for the stability methods with respect to basic emulsions and creams. With these developed stability test methods, we can evaluate the expired date or life time of the available basic cosmetics, especially basic lotions and creams. Also, the stability test methods established in this study can be used as a guideline to test physical and morphological stability of cosmetics in the future. Thus, we selected two types of basic cosmetics such as lotions and creams made by four different cosmetic companies and applied them to stability test methods depending on the temperature changes such as temperature cycling and freezing-thawing cycling test. After the temperature changes, the conductivity, turbidity, particle size, creaming ratio and pH changes of the creams and lotions were evaluated and morphological changes such as crystal formation, oder, color and feeling of the creams and lotions were also tested. As the results of the stability tests, all the tested creams and lotions except for one lotion were stable. Therefore, it may be concluded that these short-term accelerated stability tests as physical stability test depending on the temperature change study were suitable for the stability testing methods for the basic cosmetics and may be useful for the establishment of the guideline for the stability test of cosmetics.

      • 듀리세프 캅셀(세파드록실 500 mg)에 대한 하나세프 캅셀의 생물학적 동등성

        Cefadroxil is a semi-synthetic cephalosporin active against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. The drug has been used for the treatment of the urinary and respiratory tract infections when caused by susceptible strains of the designated microorganism. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two cefadroxil capsules. Duricef (BO Ryung Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd.) and Hanacef (Korean Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). The cefadroxil release from the two cefadroxil capsules in vitro was tested using KP Ⅶ Apparatus Ⅱ method with various different kinds of dissolution media (pH 1.2, 4.0, 6.8 buffer solution and water). Twenty four normal male volunteers, 21.58±2.43 years in age and 70.74±10.29 ㎏ in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After one capsule containing 500 ㎎ as cefadroxil was orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentrations of cefadroxil in serum were determined using HPLC with UV detector. The dissolution profiles of two cefadroxil capsules were very similar at all dissolution media. The pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC_t, C_max and T_max were calculated and ANOVA test was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters using logarithmically transformed AUC_t and C_max and untransformed T_max. The results showed that the differences in AUC_t, C_max and T_max between two capsules based on the Duricef were 0.05%, -5.29% and 4.53%. There were no sequence effects between two capsules in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals using logarithmically transformed data were within the acceptance range of log(0.8) to log(1.25) (e.g., log(0.95)∼log(1.05) and log(0.87)∼log(1.02) for AUC_t and C_max, respectively). the 90% confidence interval using untransformed data was within ±20% (e.g., -6.75∼15.74 for T_max). All parameters met the criteria of KFDA guideline for bioequivalence, indicating that Hanacef capsule is bioequivalent to Duricef capsule.

        The effect esterification of Korea wild silk on its behavior toward acid dyes has been studied, and on its change of strength and elongation has been investigated. Esterified silk shows an increase in dye affinity, strength and elongation. The process of esterification with methanol/hydrogen chloride on the wild silk is not entirely specific, and can be confirmed by infrared spectrum.

        아마릴 정(글리메피리드 2㎎)에 대한 글리메드 정의 생물학적 동등성

        The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two glimepiride tables, Amaryl^(?)(Handok/Aventis Pharm. Co., Ltd.) and Glimed (Kuhn Ⅱ Pharm. Co., Ltd.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). The glimepiride release from the two glimepiride formulations in vitro was tested using KP Ⅷ Apparatus Ⅱ method with a variety of dissolution media (pH 1.2, 4.0, 6.8 buffer solution, water and blend of PSB 80 into each dissolution medium). Twenty six healthy male subjects, 22.65±2.19 years in age and 66.55±8.85 kg in body weight, were divided into two groups and randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After one tablet containing 2 ㎎ as glimepiride was orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentrations of glimepiride in serum were determined using HPLC method with UV detctor. The dissolution profiles of two formulations were similar at all dissolution media. Besides, the pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC_(t), C_(max) and untransformed T_(max). The results showed that the differences between two formulations based on the Amaryl were -3.70, -8.28 and 0.61% for AUC_(t), C_(max) and T_(max), respectively. There were no sequence effects between two formulations in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals using logarithmically transformed data were within the acceptance range of log(0.8) to log(1.25)(e.g., log(0.84)∼log(1.04) and log(0.82)∼log(1.03) for AUC_(t) and C_(max), respectively). Thus, the criteria of the KFDA guideline for the bioequivalence were satisfied, indicating Glimed tablet and Amaryl tablet were bioequivalent.

      • 알칼리 處理가 폴리에스테르 纖維의 構造에 미치는 影響

        Polyethylene terephthalate(PET) fibers which were drawn at the temperature of 80℃ with draw ratios of 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0 at the rate of 1%/sec were treated with 30% aquous solution of NaOH at 40℃ for 1hr. Experimental studies on the surface photograph, weight loss, birefringence, and thermal shrinkage of PET fibers have carried out. Results form these studies are as follows: 1. In the treatment of alkali, pit shapes of fibers were altered from a round shape to a longish oval with increasing draw ratio. 2. There was a linear relationship between the weight loss and specific surface area of PET fiber. 3. The birefringence of treated PET fibers generally became hower than that of untreated. 4. The thermal shrinkage of treated PET fibers was less than that of untreated.

      • 폐탄광 배수에 의한 주변 화천 오염 실태 조사

        The survey was carried out to investigated the contamination of streams by the acid mine drainage originates from abandoned coal mines and coal refuse piles. The physico-chemical characteristics such as pH, sulfate and elements concentrations of waters and sediments in streams were analyzed, and the microbial activities in the sediments were evaluated by measuring dehydrogenase activities. In sites contaminated by the acid mine dranage, the pH of waters adn sediments declined to acid from neutral due to the accumulation of sulfate. Dehyfrogenase activities ranged from 12 to 170 ㎍-TPF·g-dry soil-¹·24h-¹in the contaminated sites, whereas teh uncontaminated sites had activities of 1,176-4,259 ㎍-TPF·g-dry soil-¹·24h-¹. Dehydrogenase activities were significantly affected by low pH of sediments, indicating that high strength of sulfate inhibited microbial activities. The concentrations of heavy matals such as Pb and Fe in contaminated sediment (37-46 ppm Pb; 46,000 ppm Fe) were much higher than those in the uncontamnated sediments. concentration of Al in the contaminated water acidfied by the abandoned coal drainage was in range of 11 to 42 ppm. compared with those in the uncontaminated sediments, the concentrations of Mn, Mg and Ca in contaminated sediments were low because of the leaching of them from soil to water by acidfied stream water.

        Bifunctional catalysts metals on supported on Y zeolite exchanged by rare-earth ion (RE*), have high catalystic activity for the synthesis of adamantane from tetrahydrocyclopentadiene(TCD) in the presence of hydrogen and hydrogen chloride. These catalysts were prepared by the impregnation of metal salts with RE-Y zeolite. Their activity was measured by the batch reactor system. The TCD conversion consists of two reactions, the rearrangement of TCD to adamantane and hydrocracking to ring opening products(C??H?? isomer). No tarry materials were produced in the TCD conversion over bifunctional catalysts in the presence of hydrogen. The activity of metals supported on RE-Y for hydrocracking of TCD varied in proportion to the %d character of the metals. While for the rearrangement, it was independent of the %d character of the metals. In the case of a binary system of platinium and Rhenium the maximum activity for both reaction was observed at Re/(re+Pt) = 0.24. Furthermore poisoning by atomic sulfure on a bifunctional catalyst, the activity for the hydrocracking of TCD was depressed.

        Infrared spectroscopic analytical determinations of various acrylic, nylon and A/N blended fibers were investigated by potassium bromide pressed disc technique. Quantitative comparison was carried out on the commercial A/N blended samples with the IR technique and solvent method (KS K). The functional groups in blended fibers is easily detected by the use of characteristic absorption band. The spectra can be used to measure the content of blended fibers by using the ration of NH stretching band (3070cm?) of nylon and CN stretching band (2240cm?)of acrylic fibers.

      • 목면 염색포의 세탁 견뢰성에 관한 연구

        A study of the initial rate of desorption of direct dyes from cotton fabric into sodium borate solution has indicated a linear relationship between the removed dye, expressed as a percentage of the total dye initially present, and the sqare root of the time, as in the desorption of level dyeing acid dyes from wool fabric. It also shows that the initial rate of desoorption of dyes from cotton fabric is approximately proportional to the grade number of washing fastness of dyeings. Accordingly, the initial rate of desorption is capable of a quick guide to the washing fastness of dyeings. The results of these studies show that the initial rate of desorption of direct dyes from cotton fabric increases as the depth of dyeing increases, and that, when the depth of dyeing is constant, it is influenced by the dyeing conditions, in particular, the temperature and time of dyeing and the concentration of added neutral electrolytes in dyebath.

        These days, serious concerns of reinforced concrete have been raised recently over steel-bar corrosion, cracking, the deterioration of durability and structural stress resistance and so on, all due to the effects of exterior factors. Such being the case, in domestic, various repair materials and method systems to keep up with these reinforced concrete deteriorated due to salt damage, carbonation, chemical decay et. developed and applied. However, on-site quality control of various repair materials and method systems isn't achieved desirably because it is depend completely on a men of experience' opinions above all else regardless of various on - site environments. In this background, mock up test with due regard to real on-site environments was performed to secure fundamental data for establishment of desirable on-site quality control. Mock up test using repair mortar analyzed from angles of construction methods, mechanical spraying pressures, W 1M. Construction methods were designed manpower method and spraying method, spraying pressures were designed 32, 42, 52 psi, W/M were designed 14.4, 15.4, 16.4 %. And compressive strength, Chloride ion diffusion coefficient, bond strength, SEM of mock up test specimens were evaluated. In conclusion, we confirmed excellency of mechanical spraying pressures, fined extremely excellency of condition of spraying pressure 42 ps, W/M 14.4% within this study. therefore the results of this study will be useful to provide fundamental data for establishment of desirable on-site quality control.
