Intramural duodenal hematoma (IDH) is a rare disease which defined a hematoma formation localized within the wall of the duodenum. The most common cause of IDH is due to blunt abdominal trauma while most of other cases of IDH are more related to the use of anticoagulants or coagulation disorders such as haemophilia and Von Willebrand disease. We report a very rare case of a large IDH caused by acute alcoholic pancreatitis without any kind of anticoagulation therapies nor coagulopathies. The patient was recovered by only medical treatment and observation without surgical intervention.

당풍(唐風) 수용기 정용(鄭鎔)의 한시(漢詩)에 대한 고찰 -시선집(詩選集)에 수록된 작품을 중심으로

조선중기 盛唐詩를 수용한 三唐詩의 등장은 우리 문학사에서 매우 중요한 분기점이 된다. 문학사에서 새로운 풍조의 유행은 몇몇 작가의 노력만으로 이루어질 수 없으며, 당시 활동했던 많은 시인들이 교유하고 참여하는 과정에서 典範의 논리와 방향성이 자리를 잡게 된다. 그러나 三唐詩人을 제외하면 이 시기에 활동했던 여러 시인들에 대한 논의는 절대적으로 부족하다. 鄭鎔은 그동안 전혀 알려지지 않았던 시인으로 삼당시인이 활동했던 시기에 참여한 인물이다. 靖國功臣으로 海平府院君에 봉해진 鄭眉壽의 후손으로 화려한 가문의 배경과 경제적 풍요에도 출사하지 않고 자연을 벗 삼아 시작에 전념하였다. 많은 작품을 남긴 것은 아니지만 許筠은 그의 작품을 높이 평가하여 『國朝詩刪』에 6수를 선발하여 넣고 『鶴山樵談』과 『惺所覆?藁』에도 그에 대한 詩話를 수록했을 만큼 당시 상당한 비중을 지녔던 것으로 평가할 수 있다. 그는 唐風을 수용하여 정회를 표출하였다. 때로는 미숙한 작품이 보이기도 하지만, 절구 형식을 선호하여 주로 주위 경물과 심사를 소박하게 표현하는 특징을 보인다. 시화에 실린 일부 방대하고 현란한 의경의 작품을 허균은 詩魔가 들어 지은 것으로 소개하였다. 소박한 의경의 다른 작품과 연관성이 떨어지지만 정용의 입을 통해 지어진 것만은 분명하다. 조선 중기 당풍의 정착과 유행의 관점에서 정용의 담백하면서 소박한 한시는 일정한 의미를 지닌다고 할 수 있다. 아울러 당시 알려지지 않은 많은 시인들의 다양한 시풍을 논의하는 것은 당풍의 수용을 폭넓게 이해하는 단서가 될 것이다. The appearance of Chinese poems of the Tang Dynasty style by three poets in the Joseon Dynasty(三唐詩) that accepted the Tang poetry during its flourishing period(盛唐詩) became the turning point of Korean literary history. Trends of new tendencies in literary history cannot be done by several writers` efforts and model(典範)`s logic and directivity get to settle in the process that many poets who are active then associate with each other and participate. However, except the three poets who wrote the Tang Dynasty`s Chinese poem styles, discussion on several poets who were active in this period are desperately lacking. Joeng Yong(鄭鎔) is the figure who participated in the period that the three poets who wrote the Tang Dynasty`s Chinese poem styles were active as the poet who has never been known to us in the meanwhile. He devoted himself to writing his poems by communing with nature without entering government service despite the background of his distinguished family and economic affluence as the descendant of Jeong Mi-su(鄭眉壽) who was raised to Haepyeongbuwongun(海平府院君) as Jeonggukgongsin(靖國功臣). He did not leave many works of art. However, he can be evaluated to account for a considerable proportion of the period as Heo Gyun put his 6 poems in Gukjosisan(國朝詩刪) and included stores about his poems in Haksanchodam(鶴山樵談) and Seongsobugo(惺所覆?藁) by thinking highly of him. He expressed his thoughts by accepting the Tang Dynasty`s Chinese poem styles. Sometimes, he shows unpracticed works of art. However, his works of art usually feature simple expressions of the scenery of the seasons around him and his mind and thought as he gave preference to quatrain forms. Heo Gyun introduced his partial works of art about the vast and ornate scenery written by him because of a kind of spells that he felt a disposition to do them(詩魔) to people. It is clear that they were written by Jeong, Yong`s mouth even though they are not linked to his other works of art about the simple scenery. Jeong, Yong`s light and simple Chinese poems can somewhat be meaningful from an angle that the Tang Dynasty`s Chinese poem styles settled and were popular in the middle of the Jonseon Dynasty. In addition, discussion on various poetical styles by many poets who were not known then will be a clue to understand acceptance of the Tang Dynasty`s Chinese poem styles widely.

서울숲의 유니버설디자인 평가 연구

본 연구는 서울특별시에 위치한 35m²의 도시지역권 근린공원인 ‘서울숲’을 ‘누구나 사용 가능한’ 유니버설디자인 관점에서 평가도구를 작성하여 현장평가를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 방법은 우선, 유니버설디자인 관점에서 ‘도시공원’ 평가를 위한 분석 틀을 작성하였다. 이를 위해 관련선행 연구와 현장조사를 통해서 도시공원의 평가대상 요소를 선정하였다. 그리고 유니버설디자인과 관련된 국내 법규 및 서울시·경기도 가이드라인 매뉴얼 등을 종합하여 각 평가 대상의 세부항목을 작성하였고, 유니버설디자인 연구자들의 고유한 프로세스 및 방법 등을 통합하여 최종 분석 틀을 구성하였다. 또한 작성된 평가도구의 정확성 여부 파악을 위해서 먼저 예비조사를 실시하여 도시공원에 맞도록 분석틀을 설정하였다. 연구 결과 서울숲에 가장 시급하게 도입되어야 할 부분은 첫째, 시각장애인들을 위한 점자블록이었다. 점자블록은 시각장애인들에게 정보를 주는 정보성의 항목이지만 경사로에 설치될 경우 안전하게 이용 할 수 있다. 따라서 안전성에도 포함되는 가장 중요한 요소이다. 보행로에 점자블록을 도입하는 통합적인 동선 관리가 필요하다. 둘째, 경사로의 경사각이 대부분 커서 이용자들이 불편함을 겪고 있었다. 곳곳에 급격한 경사도를 나타내는 표지판이 존재하였지만 우회로를 나타내는 세심한 안내판이 없었다. 따라서 안내판에 우회로를 지시해줌으로써 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 사회적 약자를 위한 세심한 배려가 필요하다고 여겨진다. 본 연구는 최근 국제적으로 활발하게 적용하고 있는 유니버설디자인의 개념과 서울시 및 경기도의 유니버설디자인 방안을 토대로 연구를 위한 분석틀을 만들어 국내 최초로 서울숲의 유니버설디자인을 평가한 내용이다. 또한 그 결과를 바탕으로 유니버설디자인 관점에서의 문제점을 도출하고, 누구나 사용가능한 바람직한 도시공원의 조성방향을 제시하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. This research has initiated on-site research evaluation on ‘Seoul Forest’, a neighborhood city park sized 350,000m² square located in Seoul, by designing evaluation tools in terms of universal design. For the research, an analysis tool was built to evaluate the city park in the perspective of universal design. Factors for evaluation were carefully selected via advance and on-site researches. Detailed items for each evaluation were set through domestic code-of-conduct and manuals from Seoul & Gyeonggi-do cities which all are relevant to universal design, then the ultimate analysis tool was set by combining unique process and methodologies that are widely used by many universal design researchers. According to the research, it was the raised block for the blind that needs to be adopted for Seoul Forest. Raised block has been regarded as information item as it is offering information to the blind though it can also be classified as the safety item if the block is built on a slope way for safety purpose. Thus, an inclusive route management is needed by introducing raised blocks on sidewalks. Steep inclines are the most common issues adding discomforts on people in need. Although a few road signs indicating steep slopes were found in several places, thoughtful signs suggesting alternative routes were hard to be seen. Thus, careful considerations for vulnerable members are necessary in places like steep slopes and stairs by installing detour signs. This research made an initial approach in evaluating Seoul Forest with using analysis tools based on the universal design, a n approach widely spotlighted recently, and lessons learned from Seoul & Gyeonggi-do cases.

Applications of computer simulation to the manufacturing of stamping dies for inner and outer body panels which greatly affect durability and aesthetic quality of automobiles, have been increased in recent domestic automotive industry. Vigorous use of CAE for die manufacturing in automotive industry has enhanced die quality, and reduced total die manufacturing time and cost. However, to successfully apply the result of simulation by a commercial program to the die manufacturing, development of an optimal die manufacturing process is required upon the completion of analysis of forte and shortcomings of sheet metal forming softwares available in the market. Based on the results of numerical analysis of front door outer panel forming, this paper evaluates the applicability of simulation results to the real die making for automotive body panels. Also, it attempts to select an optimal die manufacturing process including design, machining and tryout. Lastly, it discusses the expected effects by adopting the selected process in a real stamping die manufacturing facility.<br/>
