인터넷 전자상거래 운영전략의 결정요인과 기업성과에 미치는 영향
이충섭,정양현,김홍식 한국정보사회진흥원 2007 정보화정책 Vol.14 No.1
This study extracts factors of Internet EC operating strategies and analyzes empirically the effect of individual strategy on overall corporate performance. Results show that firms in the competitive and expending market tend to utilize aggressively EC operating strategies of cost leader, market expansion, customer service, and efficient operation. Market uncertainty affects negatively on operating strategies. Factors of CEO characteristics and IS usage are suggested to have no influence on the operating strategies. Research results also suggest associations of market expansion strategy with financial performance, customer service strategy with customer performance, and cost leader strategy with both internal process and learning/growth performance. Causal relations among balanced performance are as proposed: learning/growth performance to internal process performance, internal process performance to customer performance, and customer performance to financial performance in order. Therefore, it is suggested that there are empirical associations of the firms’EC operating strategies with their balanced corporate performance. Results of this study are expected to induce future studies of developing objective performance indices and evaluation model for internet EC firms and to contribute toward policy implications for government sponsored internet business projects.

This study is focused on the characteristics of firms in business incubators and relationship of firms' performance and incubating services. Ninety-three firms in the business incubators of universities and research institutes were surveyed and their market/technology environment, performance, and incubating services received were evaluated from their point of view. Data were then, analyzed to find out necessary factors for operating the incubation centers efficiently and providing appropriate incubating services for the business performance of firms in the centers. Firms in the incubation center are very optimistic to their business opportunity and alleged to be positive about their successful business future. With their business performance, firms are generally satisfied and try to increase the performance by having product related and technological advantage. On average, firms evaluate their performance in financial and internal processing aspect aspects lower than performance in customer and innovation aspect. Although firms are generally satisfied with the incubating service they received from the center, they seem to need more specific and customized services for their own business purpose. It is, therefore, suggested that incubating services are evaluated and necessary services are developed based on firms' needs in order to improve firms' overall satisfaction with services from the incubation center. It is also suggested from this study that market/technology environment, business performance, and incubating service characteristics of firms in the incubation centers are associated each other and need to be analysed all together.
A Review for the Successful Implementation Factors of Performance Management Systems

Although firms are adopting strategic performance management systems (PMS) that provide information that allows the firms to identify the strategies offering the highest potential for achieving the firms' objectives, many firms still suffer from making the implementation of PMS a success. The purpose of this paper is to identify those factors that influence the successful implementation of performance management systems. This paper performs a comprehensive literature scrutiny on the implementation factors of PMS including the Balanced Scorecard, Performance Prism, Intellectual Capital Navigation, and Activity-based Costing, as well as traditional performance management systems. The findings of this research will provide useful insights into the anatomy of the success factors for implementing performance management systems and will help management to all the different sized organizations in the different sectors and industries. This paper also provides some future directions for research.

This study hypothesized a business balanced performance[PERFORMANCE] model of internet commerce firms which is related to business-technological environments of firms [ENVIRONMENT], CEO's characteristics related to information technology(IT)[CEOIT], firms' expected benefits[BENEFIT], and expected barriers[BARRIER]. We examined the correlations for ENVIRONMENT, CEOIT, BENEFIT, BARRIER, and PERFORMANCE. These variables were factored and analyzed. Our results indicate that the relationship between ENVIRONMENT and BENEFIT or BARRIER factors are found partially to be significant; the relationship between PERFORMANCE and BENEFIT or BARRIER factors are found partially to be significant.

For the expression study of antioxidant isoenzyme genes in rice (Oryza sativa L.) plants, extensive searches for genes of superoxide dismutase (SOD), ascorbate peroxidase (APX), and catalase (CAT) isoforms were performed through the GenBank database. The genes for two cytosolic and one plastidic CuZn-SOD, one Fe-SOD, two Mn-SOD, two cytosolic and two chloroplastic (stromal and thylakoid) APX, and three CAT isoforms were available in japonica-type rice. These isoforms were named as cCuZn-SOD1, cCuZn-SOD2, pCuZn-SOD, Fe-SOD, Mn-SOD1, Mn-SOD2, cAPXa, cAPXb, Chl_sAPX, Chl_tAPX, CATa, CATb, and CATc, respectively. Since they shared a high degree of homology in the nucleotide and amino acid sequences, the gene-specific primers for the genes were designed directly from their full-length cDNAs found in the database except for the CATa gene. These primers were used in the RT-PCR analysis to investigate the differential expression of antioxidant isoenzyme genes in rice plants from the seeds irradiated with low doses (2, 4, 8, and 16 Gy) of gamma-radiation. The gammairradiation slightly increased the transcripts of pCuZn-SOD, while those of Fe-SOD, cAPXb, and CATb decreased. However, no substantial differences were observed in the expression of all the isoenzyme genes between the control and irradiated groups. In this study, gene specific primers for thirteen SOD, APX and CAT isoenzymes were constructed from the full-length cDNAs. The results of RT-PCR analysis obtained by using these primers suggests that the expression levels of SOD, APX, and CAT isoenzyme genes in rice seedlings were hardly affected by gamma-irradiation at the seed stage.
Virus Incidence of Sweet Potato in Korea from 2011 to 2014
Kim, Jaedeok,Yang, Jung wook,Kwak, Hae-Ryun,Kim, Mi-Kyeong,Seo, Jang-Kyun,Chung, Mi-Nam,Lee, Hyeong-un,Lee, Kyeong-Bo,Nam, Sang Sik,Kim, Chang-Seok,Lee, Gwan-Seok,Kim, Jeong-Soo,Lee, Sukchan,Choi, Hon The Korean Society of Plant Pathology 2017 Plant Pathology Journal Vol.33 No.5
A nationwide survey was performed to investigate the current incidence of viral diseases in Korean sweet potatoes for germplasm and growing fields from 2011 to 2014. A total of 83.8% of the germplasm in Korea was infected with viruses in 2011. Commercial cultivars that were used to supply growing fields were infected at a rate of 62.1% in 2012. Among surveyed viruses, the incidence of five Potyvirus species that infect sweet potato decreased between 2012 and 2013, and then increased again in 2014. Representatively, the incidence of Sweet potato feathery mottle virus (SPFMV) was 87.0% in 2012, 20.7% in 2013 and then increased to 35.3% in 2014. Unlike RNA viruses, DNA viruses were shown to decrease continuously. The incidence of Sweet potato leaf curl virus (SPLCV) was 5.5% in 2003, 59.5% in 2011, and 47.4% in 2012. It then decreased continuously year by year to 33.2% in 2013, and then 25.6% in 2014. While the infection rate of each virus species showed a tendency to decline, the virus infection status was more variable in 2013 and 2014. Nevertheless, the high rate of single infections and mixed infection combinations were more variable than the survey results from 2012. As shown in the results from 2013, the most prevalent virus infection was a single infection at 27.6%, with the highest rate of infection belonging to sweet potato symptomless virus-1 (SPSMV-1) (12.9%). Compared to 2013, infection combinations were more varied in 2014, with a total of 122 kinds of mixed infection.
