        청소년 모래놀이치료에 관한 연구동향

        본 연구는 국내에서 이루어진 청소년 모래놀이 논문을 분석하여, 청소년 모래놀이치료에 관한 연구동향을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 RISS, DBpia, Earticle, Kiss, newnonmun, scholar 및 기타 연구정보 사이트에 ‘청소년’ and '모래’를 검색하여 2003년부터 2021년 까지 이루어진 논문을 수집하여 총 58편의 논문을 수집하였다. 수집된 58편을 연구년도, 개입형태, 연구유형, 연구주제, 회기수 및 개입시간, 평가 도구, 양적 통계방법, 개입장소 등으로 분류하고, SPSS WIN을 통하여 분석을 하였다. 청소년을 대상으로 한 모래놀이치료는 2013년부터 증가하는 경향을 나타냈으며, 학위논문이 24.1%, 학술논문이 75.9%를 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 개입형태는 사례연구가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 연구주제는 정서안정(문제)해결이 가장 높게 나타났다. 효과성 평가 도구는 기타가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 다음으로 그림검사, 문장완성검사 및 우울검사 등으로 나타났다. 모래놀이치료의 양적 통계분석방법을 기술통계가 가장 높게 나타났고, 모래놀이치료의 개입장소의 경우 제시되지 않은 경우가 가장 높게 나타났다. 청소년 모래놀이치료 관련 연구의 발전방향을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to find out research trends on sandplay therapy for youth by analyzing the papers on sandplay for youth in Korea. For this purpose, 58 papers were collected by searching for ‘adolescent’ and ‘sand’, 'middle school student' and 'sand', 'high school student' and 'sand' on RISS, DBpia, Earticle, Kiss, newnonmun, scholar and other research information sites and collecting papers from 2003 to 2021. The collected 58 papers were classified into research year, intervention type, research type, research topic, number of sessions and intervention time, evaluation tool, quantitative statistical method, intervention place, and analyzed through SPSS WIN. The sandplay therapy for youth has been on the rise since 2013, with degree thesis accounting for 24.1% and academic thesis accounting for 75.9%. A case study showed the highest level of intervention type, and emotional stability(problem)solving was the highest as the research topic. As for the effectiveness evaluation tool, other types showed the highest level, followed by drawing test, SCT, and BDI. For the quantitative statistical analysis method of sandplay therapy, descriptive statistics showed the highest, and in the case of the intervention site of sandplay therapy, the case where it was not suggested was the highest. Based on these results, follow-up research directions for sandplay therapy on youth were suggested.

        2010 파주, 안산지역 갈대, 억새 등 야초류의 이용실태와 사료가치 평가

        본 연구는 부존 조사료자원의 이용을 활성화하여 수입사료를 줄이고 가축 사료비를 절감하고자 2010년도에 경기 파주 (민통선 지역)와 경기 안산 (시화지구)에서 갈대와 억새 등 야초자생지를 탐색하고, 수확?이용실태 조사와 함께 사료가치를 분석하였다. 파주 민통선 내억새 (Miscanthus sinensis)와 갈대 (Phragmites communis) 혼합 자생지는 90~100 ㏊ 규모로, 1차 곤포작업으로 사일리지 520톤 (㏊당 6톤), 2차로 380톤 (㏊당 4톤)을 조제하여, 연 사일리지 900톤 (㏊당 10톤)을 생산하였다. 곤포의 유통가격은 롤당 52~55천 원으로 ㎏당 130~137.5원이었다. 곤포는 자가소비 50~70%, 판매유통 30~50%로, 수익성은 인건비 정도로 추정되었다. 초장 70 ㎝의 재생 억새는 조단백질 9.6%, 상대사료가치 82.4 (건초 4등급), 건물 소화율 67.7%, 초장 70 ㎝의 재생 갈대는 각각 13.8%, 84.3 (4등급), 67.9%로 사료가치는 높았으며, 수확이 늦어짐에 따라 사료가치는 크게 낮아졌다. 안산 시화지구 (3공구)의 갈대 등 야초류자생지는 100 ㏊ 정도로 2009년도에는 50 ㏊에서 사일리지 550톤 (㏊당 11톤)을 생산하여 롤당 50천 원에 유통하였으며, 2010년도는 잦은 강우와 장마로 부분 이용에 그쳤다. 고초기의 갈대는 건물률 89.8%, 조단백질 2.2%, NDF 80.6%, ADF 55.4%, 상대사료가치 52.9 (5등급), 건물 소화율 36.4%로 볏짚에 비해서도 사료가치는 크게 낮았다. 초장 80 ㎝의 재생 갈대는 조단백질 12.9%, 상대사료가치 99.8 (3등급), 건물 소화율 66.6%로 사료가치는 양호하였으며, 개화기의 초장 150 ㎝ 갈대는 조단백질 4.5%, 상대사료가치 59.9 (5등급), 건물 소화율 42.2%로 볏짚의 사료가치와 비슷하였다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여볼 때, 갈대, 억새 등 야초류는 현 상태에서 최대한 수거?이용하되, 사료가치를 유지하고 가축 기호성을 고려한 시기에 수확하는 것이 중요하며, 최소한 볏짚과 비슷하거나 그 이상의 사료가치를 기대하기 위해서는 7월 중순 이전 (늦어도 7월까지)에 수확?이용하는 것이 권장된다. 본 연구에서 조사된 대부분의 야초류는 상대사료가치가 75 이하인 건초 5등급으로 사료가치는 매우 낮았으며, 키가 작은 영양생장기에 수확한 경우에만 4등급으로 나타났다. 부존 조사료자원의 이용은 양질의 사료작물 생산과 병행하여 추진하는 것이 바람직하였다. This study was carried out in 2010 to investigate the utilization and nutritive value of native grasses, such as Phragmites communis and Miscanthus sinensis which might reduce the cost of feeding domestic cattle. The regions within the Civilian Control Line in Paju and Sihwa region in Ansan were surveyed. In Paju, the yearly silage production was 900 MT harvested from 90 ha (10 MT/㏊). About 30~50% of these were sold out at the marketing price of 52,000~55,000 Won per roll (130~137.5 Won/㎏). Regrown Miscanthus sinensis of 70 ㎝ in length contained 9.6% of crude protein (CP), 82.4 of relative feed value (RFV), and 67.7% of in vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMD). Regrown Phragmites communis of 70 ㎝ in length contained 13.8% of CP, 84.3 of RFV, and 67.9% of IVDMD. As harvesting was delayed, the quality was decreased dramatically. In Ansan region, Phragmites communis plantation covers 100 ha. The silage production was 550 MT from the area of 50 ha (11 MT/㏊) in 2009. And the marketing price was 50,000 Won per roll. But in 2010 only a small amount of grasses could have been baled due to frequent and much rainfall from spring to summer season. However, the good forage quality was observed from regrown Phragmites communis of 80 ㎝ in length, 12.9% CP, 99.8 RFV and 66.6% IVDMD, while that of late matured grasses was very low, 2.2% CP, 52.9 RFV and 36.4% IVDMD, greatly lower than forage quality of rice straw. The quality of grasses at bloom stage of 150 ㎝ in length was similar to that of rice straw, showing 4.5% CP, 59.9 RFV and 42.2% IVDMD. In conclusion, the overall quality of most native grasses in this survey were very poor. Therefore, we recommend that Phragmites communis and Miscanthus sinensis should be harvested during June or July to obtain better forage quality which is richer in forage values than rice straw. Production of high quality forage crops was also desirable for self sufficiency of forage.

        Simple and Sensitive Liquid Chromatography Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry Method for Determination of Glycoalkaloids in Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.)

        A method was developed using enhanced liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization mass spectrometry for the analysis and quantitation of 2 main potato glycoalkaloids, α-chaconine, and α-solanine, without any preconcentration or derivatisation steps. Calibration curves generated by this technique exhibited a linear dynamic range from 0.025 to 50 ㎍/㎖ and from 0.05 to 50 ㎍/㎖ for α-chaconine and α-solanine, respectively. Matrix effects were evaluated by comparing calibration curves measured in matrix-matched and solvent-based systems. Ion suppression due to matrix effects was weak and extraction recoveries of 88 to 114% were obtained in different sample matrices spiked with analyte concentrations ranging from 15 to 35 ㎍/㎖. Potatoes that had been genetically modified to tolerate glufosinate contained the same glycoalkaloid levels as their non-transgenic counterpart. We suggest complementing compositional comparison assessment strategy by validating quantitative analytical methods for the toxic glycoalkaloids in potato plants.

        Clinical relevance of necrotizing change in patients with community‐acquired pneumonia

        <P><B>ABSTRACT</B></P><P><B>Background and objective</B></P><P>Few studies have analysed a large number of patients with necrotizing pneumonia (NP) diagnosed based on computed tomography (CT) scans. The aim of the present study was to document the incidence and clinical features of NP in patients with community‐acquired pneumonia (CAP).</P><P><B>Methods</B></P><P>This retrospective study was conducted on CAP patients who had been admitted to a tertiary referral centre and who had available enhanced CT scan images. Patients were allocated into NP and non‐NP groups, and they were compared with respect to various clinical variables.</P><P><B>Results</B></P><P>Of the 830 patients included in the present study, necrotizing change was observed in 103 patients (12%). Patients with NP experienced more symptoms of pneumonia, had higher blood levels of inflammatory markers and more often required pleural drainage compared to patients with non‐NP. Although the use of mechanical ventilation, vasopressor infusion, 30‐day mortality, in‐hospital mortality and clinical deterioration did not differ between the NP and non‐NP groups, the median length of hospital stay (LOS) was significantly longer in the NP group. Multivariate analysis using Cox proportional hazards model showed that necrotizing change independently predicted LOS in patients with CAP.</P><P><B>Conclusion</B></P><P>NP affects approximately one‐tenth of hospitalized CAP patients. It may be associated with more severe clinical manifestations and may increase the need for pleural drainage. NP was found to be an independent predictor of LOS, but not of mortality in CAP patients.</P>

        Subacute Oral Toxicity and Bacterial Mutagenicity Study of a Mixture of Korean Red Ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) and Salvia plebeia R. Br. Extracts

        As various populations are rapidly becoming an aging society worldwide and interest in health issues has increased, demand for functional foods including herbal products has increased markedly to maintain a healthy state which has led to safety issues about their intake as an inevitable result. The objective of this study was to identify the safety profile of a Korean red ginseng and Salvia plebeia R. Br. extract mixture (KGC-03-PS) which is a valuable ingredient that can be used as a functional food. In the present study, the subacute oral toxicity and bacterial reverse mutagenicity of KGC-03-PS were evaluated. Sprague Dawley rats were administered KGC-03-PS orally for 28 days by gavage. Daily KGC-03-PS dose concentrations were 0, 500, 1,000, or 2,000 mg/kg body weight (bw) per day. Bacterial reverse mutation test with KGC-03-PS dose levels ranging from 312.5 to $5,000{\mu}g/plate$ was carried out by OECD test guideline No. 471. Five bacterial strains (Salmonella typhimurium TA98, TA100, TA1535, TA1537, and Escherichia coli WP2) were tested in the presence or absence of metabolic activation by plate incorporation method. There were no toxicological effects related with test substance in the clinical evaluation of subacute oral toxicity test including clinical signs, body weight, and food consumption. Moreover, no toxicological changes related to KGC-03-PS were observed in the hematological and serum biochemical characteristics as well as in the pathological examinations, which included organ weight measurements and in the gross- or histopathological findings. KGC-03-PS did not induce an increase in the number of revertant colonies in all bacterial strains of the bacterial reverse mutation test. The no-observed-adverse-effect level of KGC-03-PS is greater than 2,000 mg/kg bw/day, and KGC-03-PS did not induce genotoxicity related to bacterial reverse mutations under the conditions used in this study.

        Subacute oral toxicity and bacterial mutagenicity study of Korean Red Ginseng oil

        Background: Red ginseng oil (RGO) is produced by supercritical $CO_2$ extraction of secondary products derived from Korean Red Ginseng extract. As the use of RGO has increased, product safety concerns have become more important. Methods: In the present study, the subacute oral toxicity and bacterial reverse mutagenicity of RGO were evaluated. Sprague-Dawley rats were orally administered with RGO for 28 d by gavage. Daily RGO dose concentrations were 0 mg/kg body weight (bw), 500 mg/kg bw, 1,000 mg/kg bw, or 2,000 mg/kg bw per day. Bacterial reverse mutation tests included five bacterial strains (Escherichia coli WP2 and Salmonella typhimurium TA98, TA100, TA1535, and TA1537), which were used in the presence or absence of metabolic activation. The plated incorporation method for mutation test was used with RGO concentrations ranging from $312.5{\mu}g$ to $5,000{\mu}g$ per plate. Results: The subacute oral toxicity test results did not reveal any marked changes in clinical characteristics. There were no toxicological changes related to RGO administration in hematological and serum biochemical characteristics in either control or treatment animals. Furthermore, no gross or histopathological changes related to RGO treatment were observed. The bacterial reverse mutation test results did not reveal, at any RGO concentration level and in all bacterial strains, any increase in the number of revertant colonies in the RGO treatment group compared to that in the negative control group. Conclusion: The no-observed-adverse-effect level of RGO is greater than 2,000 mg/kg bw and RGO did not induce genotoxicity related to bacterial reverse mutations.

      • Simulated-Sunlight-Driven Cell Lysis of Magnetophoretically Separated Microalgae Using ZnFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub> Octahedrons

        <P>In an effort to help meet the demand for promising renewable sources of energy, research into innovative downstream processing for microalgae biorefineries is actively underway. In the current work, we used octahedrally shaped ZnFe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> nanoparticles for both harvesting and disrupting the cells of microalgae. We were able to use ZnFe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> octahedrons as magnetic flocculants and cell-disruption agents because ZnFe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> nanoparticles have both magnetic and photocatalytic properties. The ZnFe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> octahedrons, when simply functionalized with the aminosilane N-[3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl] ethylenediamine, enabled a rapid and energy-efficient harvesting of microalgae. Furthermore, the ZnFe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> octahedrons, well-known for having photocatalytic properties superior to those of ZnFe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> nanoparticles with other morphologies, were used to lyse the algal cell wall with the aid of H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> under simulated sunlight irradiation.
