        SNS상의 온라인 구전의 정보처리과정에 관한 통합모형의 개발에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 발신자의 특성, 수신자의 특성, 그리고 구전 정보의 특성들을 선행변인들로, 구전 정보의 신뢰성과 유용성을 매개변인들로, 그리고 구전 수용, 구전 확산, 그리고 구매영향력을 후행변인들로 하는SNS상의 온라인 구전효과의 정보처리과정에 관한 통합모형을 제시하고, 이를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 연구결과 SNS상의 온라인 구전의 발신자의 특성, 수신자의 특성, 그리고 구전 정보의 특성과 같은 선행요인들이 구전 정보의 신뢰성과 유용성을 경유하여 최종적으로 구전 수용, 구전 확산, 그리고 구매영향력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히 본 연구는 온라인 구전의 수용에 영향을 미치는세 개의 선행변인 그룹에서 구전수용에 이르는 SNS 이용자의 정보처리과정에서 구전 정보의 신뢰성과유용성이 구전의 수용에 대해 강력하고 유의미한 영향을 미치는 매개요소가 될 수 있음을 보여주는 증거를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 SNS상에서 발신자 특성, 수신자 특성, 그리고 구전 정보 특성이 상호 어떤 연관성을 가지면서 궁극적으로 구전 수용, 구전 확산, 그리고 구매영향력에 영향을 미치는가를 규명함으로서 SNS상의 온라인 구전의 정보처리과정에 관한 통합적인 모형을 제시하고자 하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the integrated model of information processing of eWOM in SNS. This study suggested and tested that an integrated model of information processing model of eWOM in SNS composed of three characteristics of SNS senders as antecedents(tie strength, homophily, expertise), two intermediating variables including two characteristics of SNS receivers(instrumentality on eWOM information in SNS, usage experience of eWOM on SNS), and three result variables including three characteristics of eWOM information in SNS(consensus, vividness, and neutrality). The results of structural equation model analysis found that three characteristics of SNS senders(tie strength, homophily, expertise), two characteristics of SNS receivers(instrumentality on eWOM information in SNS, usage experience of eWOM on SNS), and three characteristics of eWOM information in SNS(consensus, vividness, and neutrality) had positive effects on acceptance and diffusion of eWOM information in SNS and purchasing influence via credibility and usefulness of eWOM information in SNS. Therefore, it turned out that credibility and usefulness of eWOM information in SNS played important roles as mediating variables in the causal relationship between ad cognitions and brand attitude, which in turn resulted in purchase intention. This study has both theoretical and practical implications by suggesting the integrated model of information processing of eWOM in SNS. Specifically, the result of this study help develop marketing strategies using the Buzz marketing as well as reviewsumer.

        Clinical Characteristics and Psychotropic Drug Prescription Patterns of Bipolar Disorder Patients with a History of Suicidal Attempts: Findings from the REAP-BD, Korea

        Our study aimed to analyze the clinical characteristics and psychotropic prescription patterns of a history of suicide attempts in South Koreans with bipolar disorder (BD), by using only Korean data from the Research on Asian Psychotropic Prescription Pattern for Bipolar disorder. The patterns of clinical characteristics and psychotropic drug use were compared among 53 patients with a history of suicide attempts and 297 without this history; the potential effects of confounding variables were adjusted with binary logistic analyses for discrete variables and analyses of covariance for continuous variables. After adjusting the effects of age, sex, duration of illness, and enrollment as an outpatient, patients with a history of suicide attempts were characterized by a significantly more prevalent depressive episode, lower prevalent remission state, lower levels of hemoglobin, and more use of antidepressants, anxiolytics, and hypnotics compared to those without lifetime suicide attempt. The inability to plan goal-directed behavior may be an intervening factor in the relationship between suicide attempts and depression in BD. Relatively low hemoglobin levels can be associated with manic episodes in patients with a history of suicide attempts and the use of antidepressants, anxiolytics, or hypnotics can be associated with suicide attempts in BD patients.

      • 정신건강복지법 제 50조 응급입원에 대한 COVID-19의 영향

        목 적 : COVID-19가 정신건강증진 및 정신질환자 복지서비스 지원에 관한 법률(정신건강복지법) 제 50조에 의한 응급입원(이하 ‘응급입 원’) 대상자들의 인구학적, 임상적 변인에 어떤 영향을 끼쳤는지 알아보고자 하였다. COVID-19 이후 응급입원 대상자들의 응급입원 에서 비자발적 요소가 있는 보호입원 또는 행정입원으로의 전환, 야간 및 새벽 시간에 내원, ICD-10 분류 체계에 따른 진단명 중 조현병, 분열형 및 망상장애(F2)의 비율 증가를 예상하고 연구를 진행하였다. 방 법 : 2019년 1월 20일에서 2020년 1월 19일까지 일 정신병원에서 응급입원 한 군(‘COVID-19 이전 입원 군’) 과 2020년 1월 20일에서 2021년 1월 19일까지 응급입원 한 군(‘COVID-19 이후 입원 군’)으로 나누었고, 각각 100명, 96명이 포함되었다. 대상자들의 나이, 재원일수, 입원 사유, 성별, 의료보험 종류, 응급입원기간 후 입원 전환 유무와 종류, 주 진단명/부 진단명, 일 병원 초/재진 구분, 퇴원후 정신건강복지센터연계 의향, 퇴원 결과, 입원 시간, 응급입원 3일 내 처치(격리, 강박, 진정), 이전 정신건강의학과 입원력 유무, 결혼 유무, 교육 정도, 종교 유무 등의 변인을 평가하였으며 독립표본 t 검정(independent t-test), 카이제곱 분석(Chi-square test) 을통해 두 군의 특성을 비교, 분석하였다. 결 과 : COVID-19 이전 입원 군이 COVID-19 이후 입원 군에 비해 응급입원 후 72시간 내에 퇴원한 비율이 통계적으로 유의미하게 높았다(n=48 [48.0%] vs. n=24 [25.0%], p<0.001). 그리고 09-18시에 내원한 비율이 통계적으로 유의미하게 높았다(n=61 [61.0%] vs. n=28 [29.2%], p<0.01) COVID-19 이후 입원 군은 COVID-19 이전 입원 군에 비해, 응급입원에서 행정입원으로 전환된 비율이 통계 적으로 유의미하게 높았다(n=13 [13.0%] vs. n=28 [29.2%], p=0.005) 진단명에서는 ICD-10 분류 체계에 따른 진단명 중 조현병, 분열형 및 망상장애(F2) 비율이 통계적으로 유의미하게 증가하였다(n=21 [21.0%] vs. n=33 [34.4%], p=0.036) , 입원 시간에서는 18-24시 (n=23 [23.0%] vs. n=36 [37.5%], p=0.027), 00-09시 (n=16 [16.0%] vs. n=32 [33.3%], p=0.005)에 내원한 비율이 통계적으로 유의미 하게 높았다. 결 론 : 연구 결과 COVID-19 에 의한 영향으로 COVID-19 이후 입원 군에서 응급입원에서 행정입원으로의 전환 증가, ICD-10 분류 체계에 따른 진단명 중 조현병, 분열형 및 망상장애(F2)의 증가, 야간 및 새벽인 18-09시 내원한 비율의 증가가 나타났다. 이는 COVID-19에 의해 병원 방문을 꺼리게 된 환자들이 증상 악화 후 야간 및 새벽에 응급입원을 위해 일 병원을 많이 방문하였고, 질병인식 불능증(병식의 부족) 등을 겪는 조현병 환자들이 증가하였고, 행정기관, 보건소에서 방역의 문제로 정신응급환자에 대한 치료에 동의를 많이 하여 응급입원에서 행정입원으로의 전환 증가가 일어났을 가능성을 생각해 볼 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과가 응급입원의 현황을 확인할 수 있는 지침으로 사용될 수 있길 기대한다. Objectives : The objective of this study was to determine the effect of COVID-19 on patients admitted by emergency hospitalization in accordance with the Article 50 of Act on the improvement of mental health and the support for welfare services for mental patients. Methods : A retrospective cross-sectional study was conducted on data from Yangsan psychiatric hospital from January 20, 2019 to January 19, 2021. Pre-COVID-19 group included 100 patients who were hospitalized emergently from January 20, 2019 to January 19, 2020. Post-COVID-19 group included 96 patients who were hospitalized emergently from January 20, 2020 to January 19, 2021. The study compared sociodemographic and clinical characteristics between the two groups using independent sample t-test and Chi-square test. Results : The number of patients who were discharged after emergency hospitalization in 72 hours and the frequency of visits during 09-18 hour were significantly higher in the pre-COVID-19 group. However, transition from emergency hospitaliza-tion to hospitalization by special self-Governing City Mayor, Special self-governing Province Governor, or Head of Si/Gun/ Gu, F2-type diagnosis, and the frequency of visits during 18-24 hours were significantly higher in the post-COVID-19 group. Conclusion : This study revealed increased rates of transition from emergency hospitalization to hospitalization by special self-Governing City Mayor, Special self-governing Province Governor, or Head of Si/Gun/Gu, F2(Schizophrenia, schizotypal and delusional and other non-mood psyhotic disorders) diagnosis, and visits during 18-09 hour in the post COVID-19 group. These results can be used as a guideline to extend current understanding of emergency admission amid a crisis.

        Highly potent tyrosinase inhibitor, neorauflavane from Campylotropis hirtella and inhibitory mechanism with molecular docking

        <P>Tyrosinase inhibition may be a means to alleviate not only skin hyperpigmentation but also neurodegeneration associated with Parkinson's disease. In the course of metabolite analysis from tyrosinase inhibitory methanol extract (80% inhibition at 20 mu g/ml) of Campylotropis hirtella, we isolated fourteen phenolic compounds, among which neorauflavane 3 emerged as a lead structure for tyrosinase inhibition. Neorauflavane 3 inhibited tyrosinase monophenolase activity with an IC50 of 30 nM. Thus this compound is 400-fold more active than kojic acid. It also inhibited diphenolase (IC50 = 500 nM), significantly. Another potent inhibitor 1 (IC50 = 2.9 mu M) was found to be the most abundant metabolite in C. hirtella. In kinetic studies, compounds 3 showed competitive inhibitory behavior against both monophenolase and diphenolase. It manifested simple reversible slow-binding inhibition against monophenolase with the following kinetic parameters: K-i(app) = 1.48 nM, k(3) = 0.0033 nM (1) min (1) and k(4) = 0.0049 min (1). Neorauflavane 3 efficiently reduced melanin content in B16 melanoma cells with 12.95 mu M of IC50. To develop a pharmacophore model, we explored the binding mode of neuroflavane 3 in the active site of tyrosinase. Docking results show that resorcinol motif of B-ring and methoxy group in A-ring play crucial roles in the binding the enzyme. (C) 2015 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.</P>

        현재 사용되고 있는 대부분의 컴퓨터 인증 기법은 영문자와 숫자를 조합하여 입력하는 텍스트 패스워드 방식이다. 그러나, 이 방법은 상대적인 단점들을 내포하고 있다. 예를 들면 유저들이 길이가 짧은 패스워드 선택시 공격자가 추측하기 쉬우며, 이와 반대로 패스워드의 길이가 길고 복잡할 경우에는 기억하기 어렵다는 것이다. 또한 공공장소에서 패스워드 입력시 유출될 가능성이 많으며, 각종 spyware 프로그램으로부터 자유롭지 못하다. 본 연구에서는 위에 언급된 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 그래픽 패스워드 기법을 제안하고 있다. 또한 기존의 그래픽 패스워드 기법들보다 기억하기 쉬우며, 높은 보안성을 유지하면서 인증과정에 걸리는 소요시간을 단축시키는데 목적을 두었다.

        Modeling and Simulation for PIG with Bypass Flow Control in Natural Gas Pipeline

        This paper introduces modeling and simulation results for pipeline inspection gauge (PIG) with bypass flow control in natural gas pipeline. The dynamic behaviour of the PIG depends on the different pressure across its body and the bypass flow through it. The system dynamics includes: dynamics of driving gas flow behind the PIG, dynamics of expelled gas in front of the PIG, dynamics of bypass flow, and dynamics of the PIG. The bypass flow across the PIG is treated as incompressible flow with the assumption of its Mach number smaller than 0.45. The governing nonlinear hyperbolic partial differential equations for unsteady gas flows are solved by method of characteristics (MOC) with the regular rectangular grid under appropriate initial and boundary conditions. The Runge-Kuta method is used for solving the steady flow equations to get initial flow values and the dynamic equation of the PIG. The sampling time and distance are chosen under Courant-Friedrich-Lewy (CFL) restriction. The simulation is performed with a pipeline segment in the Korea Gas Corporation (KOGAS) low pressure system, Ueijungboo-Sangye line. Simulation results show us that the derived mathematical model and the proposed computational scheme are effective for estimating the position and velocity of the PIG with bypass flow under given operational conditions of pipeline.

        This paper deals with dynamic analysis of Pipeline Inspection Gauge (PIG) flow control in natural gas pipelines. The dynamic behaviour of PIG depends on the pressure differential generated by injected gas flow behind the tail of the PIG and expelled gas flow in front of its nose. To analyze dynamic behaviour characteristics (e.g. gas flow, the PIG position and velocity) mathematical models are derived. Tow types of nonlinear hyperbolic partial differential equations are developed for unsteady flow analysis of the PIG driving and expelled gas. Also, a non-homogeneous differential equation for dynamic analysis of the PIG is given. The nonlinear equations are solved by method of characteristics (MOC) with a regular rectangular grid under appropriate initial and boundary conditions. Runge-Kutta method is used for solving the steady flow equations to get the initial flow values and for solving the dynamic equation of the PIG. The upstream and downstream regions are divided into a number of elements of equal length. The sampling time and distance are chosen under Courant-Friedrich-Lewy (CFL) restriction. Simulation is performed with a pipeline segment in the Korea gas corporation (KOGAS) low pressure system. Ueijungboo-Sangye line. The simulation results show that the derived mathematical models and the proposed computational scheme are effective for estimating the position and velocity of the PIG with a given operational condition of pipeline.

        Recently, stirred by rapid improvement of flash SSD using NAND flash memory in both function and cost, it has become mainstream storage device in rivalry with hard disk. Once there was a study replacing hard disk with flash SSD as Tier-0 storage device, however, it lacks competitiveness in cost. Therefore, it is required to study seeing flash SSD as a new component of memory hierarchy. In this study, we are approaching the method applying flash SSD as extended buffer cache using existing buffer replacement policy. For this, we proposed 2Q-flash scheme which is mixed with 2Q and LRU, the two major buffer replacement policies, and apply them as extended buffer cache.
