This study investigated the effects of Corni Fructus water extract (CFE) against oxidative stress-induced cell damage in C2C12. The results demonstrated that preincubation of C2C12 with CFE prior to H₂O₂ stimulation inhibited cytotoxicity, comet tail formation, chromatin condensation and phospho-histone γH2AX expression, suggesting that it prevents H₂O₂-induced ROS accumulation, cellular DNA damage and apoptotic cell death. CFE also restored H₂O₂-induced mitochondrial dysfunction and prevented apoptosis by Bax/Bcl-2 ratio and inducing cytosolic release of cytochrome c and degradation of caspase and PARP in H₂O₂-stimulated C2C12. Interestingly, the expression of Nrf2 was significantly increased by CFE in the presence of H₂O₂, which was associated with a marked increase in expression of HO-1. Additionally, the preventive effects of CFE were significantly abolished by zinc protoporphyrin, a HO-1 specific inhibitor, indicating that CFE activates the Nrf2/HO-1 axis in C2C12 to protect against oxidative stress. These findings suggest that CFE may protect muscle cells against oxidative stress-induced injury through activation of the Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway.

본 연구는 누리과정에 근거한 언어교육 활동의 목표설정과 이에 따른 발문을 분석하여 교사들의 언어교육 활동계획과 운영을 위한 수업전문성 향상을 돕기 위해 유아교사 6명을 대상으로 4주간의 수업계획안과 수업활동 참관 후 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 언어교육 활동의 수업목표는 기능 중심, 말하기와 듣기를 중심으로 한내용 범주 중심으로 계획 및 실행이 이루어지고 있었으며, 교육활동의 내용은「동요·동시·동화」중심의 듣기 활동과 「느낌․생각․경험 말하기」중심의 말하기 활 동의 수업이 주로 이뤄지고 있었다. 그리고 교사들의 수업 목표에 따른 발문이 계획되거나 실행되지 못한 경우가 54% 로 나타나 발문의 계획과 실행이 수업목표 도달에 적절하지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 언어 교육활동의 균형적인 교육의 필요성과 교사의 수업 전문성 확보를 위한 현직교사의 교사교육의 필요성을 제시하였다. The purpose of study is to identify learn plan and implement according to instructional objectives setting and objectives based on the Nuri Curriculum for kindergarten teachers’ language education s’professionality. For the purpose, we observed 6 teachers’ languages activities, learn plans and activities for four weeks. As a result, the objectives of language education activities were function-oriented, speaking and listening. The contents of language education activities were practiced through listening activities as like 「children s songs, poems, stories」and speaking actives as like「speaking feelings, thoughts, experiences」. And also teacher could not use appropriate teacher‘s questions, by 54%. Based on the results, this study suggested the necessities of balanced language education and teacher education for teacher’s professionality.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of multiple decontamination procedures for salivary contamination after curing of a universal adhesive on dentin bond strength according to its etch modes. Materials and Methods: Forty-two extracted bovine incisors were trimmed by exposing the labial dentin surfaces and embedded in cylindrical molds. A universal adhesive (All-Bond Universal, Bisco) was used. The teeth were randomly divided into groups according to etch mode and decontamination procedure. The adhesive was applied according to the manufacturer's instructions for a given etch mode. With the exception of the control groups, the cured adhesive was contaminated with saliva for 20 sec. In the self-etch group, the teeth were divided into three groups: control, decontamination with rinsing and drying, and decontamination with rinsing, drying, and adhesive. In the etch-and-rinse group, the teeth were divided into four groups: control, decontamination with rinsing and drying, decontamination with rinsing, drying, and adhesive, and decontamination with rinsing, drying, re-etching, and reapplication of adhesive. A composite resin (Filtek Z350XT, 3M ESPE) was used for filling and was cured on the treated surfaces. Shear bond strength was measured, and failure modes were evaluated. The data were subjected to one-way analysis of variation and Tukey's HSD test. Results: The etch-and-rinse subgroup that was decontaminated by rinse, drying, re-etching, and reapplication of adhesive showed a significantly higher bond strength. Conclusions: When salivary contamination occurs after curing of the universal adhesive, additional etching improves the bond strength to dentin.
