역행성 대세포성 림프종은 CD30(Ki-1) 항원을 발현하며, 조직학적으로는 크고 다형성이 심한 핵을 갖는 종양세포가 주로 림프절의 피막하 또는 동양구조내 침윤양상을 보인다. 이러한 조직학적 특징 때문에 비호즈킨 림프종, 호즈킨병과 전이성 암종등과의 감별이 중요하다. 최근 염색체 2번과 5번의 전위에의해 만들어진 합성단백, p80NPM/ALK의 발현이 역행성 대세포성 림프종의 발생기전에 중요한 역할을 한다고 보고되고 있으며, 이 합성단백의 발현과 환자 예후와의 관계가 규명되어지고 있다. 오른쪽 액와 종괴로 내원한 59세 여자환자에서 역행성 대세포성 림프종을 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. We report pathological, immunohistochemical and clinical features of a case of anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) that was initially diagnosed as metastatic carcinoma. ALCL originally was defined by expression of CD30 (Ki-1) and composed of large, frequently bizzare, cells of T or null cell phenotype that show a preferential sinusoidal growth pattern. Because of these features, various diagnoses are initially considered as Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL), Hodgkin's disease (HD) and metastatic carcinoma etc. The p80NPM/ALK expression activated by the t(2;5)(p23;q35) translocation recently has been shown to play an important role in the pathogenesis of ALCL.
Skin Whitening Effects of Sanguisorba officinalis and Stichopus japonicus

This study is aimed to evaluate skin whitening effects of Sanguisorba officinalis and Stichopus japonicus for cosmeceutical ingredients. The extract of Stichopus japonicus showed 61.78% inhibition of tyrosinase activity, and the mixture of Sanguisorba officinalis extract and Stichopus japonicus extract showed 59.14% inhibition of tyrosinase activity. On the clone M-3 cell meloanocyte, the mixture of Sanguisorba officinalis extract and Stichopus japonicus extract showed remarkable inhibition of melanogenesis. Also, those extracts were not irritable in ocular irritation test. It is concluded from these results that Sanguisorba officinalis and Stichopus japonicus have skin whitening effect. It could be used as natural depigmental material in cosmeceutical ingredients.

Purpose: This study was done to investigate the relationship of family function, self-esteem, life satisfaction, and general characteristics to loneliness in community dwelling Korean elders and identify factors affecting loneliness. Method: With a cross-sectional causal-relationship design and a convenience sample, 205 elders residing in three districts of the city of Seoul, S. Korea were recruited. Participants were assessed using the Family APGAR Score, Self-Esteem Scale, Life-Satisfaction Scale, and Revised UCLA Loneliness Scale. Results: The mean score for degree of loneliness (Mean=39.61, SD=10.09) was just below the mean for the scale (Possible range 20-80). Loneliness had significant negative correlations with family function (r= -.400, p<.001), self-esteem (r= -.399, p<.001), and life satisfaction (r= -.644, p<.001). Other general characteristics that had significant or nearly significant relationships with loneliness were perceived current financial and health status, whether doing any exercise or physical activities, degree of close relationship with family members, and length of living in current residence. Among variables, life satisfaction (Standardized β = -.589, p<.001) and length of living in current residence (Standardized β = -.136, p<.05) significantly predicted degree of loneliness. Conclusion: Findings of this study allow a comprehensive understanding of loneliness and related factors among community dwelling elders in Korea. However, further studies with a larger random sample from various living environments are necessary.
Ku 대역 고출력 고효율 Radial Combiner에 대한 연구

고주파 대역에서 삽입 손실을 최소화 하면서 고출력을 견딜 수 있는 결합기에 대해서 연구하였다. 특히, Ku 대역 이상에서는 단위소자 당 낼 수 있는 출력 전력이 저주파 대역에 비해 매우 낮기 때문에, 고출력 SSPA를 만들기 위해서는 많은 반도체 소자를 결합해야만 한다. 마이크로스트립과 같은 평면 결합기는 결합하는 소자의 개수가 증가하면 비례적으로 삽입 손실이 증가하여 전체 시스템 효율이 떨어지고 발열량도 높아지게 된다. 또한 평면 결합기는 낮은 전력 내구성에 따른 문제도 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제점들을 개선하고자 본 논문에서는 cavity radial combiner를 제안하였다. Ku대역 16-way cavity radial combiner를 제작하여 측정한 결과, 설계 대역에서 반사손실 14 dB 이하, 94.5 % 이상의 출력결합 효율을 얻었다. We have studied a combiner that can withstand high power while minimizing insertion loss in high frequency band. In particularly, because the output power that can be output per unit elements is much lower in the Ku band and above than in the low frequency band , it is necessary to combine many semiconductor elements in order to make a high power SSPA. A planar combiner such as a microstrip, as the number of elements to be combined increases, the insertion loss increases proportionally, resulting in a reduction in the overall system efficiency and an increase heating value also. The planar combiner also have some problems due to the low power handling rate. To improve these problems, we proposed a Cavity Radial Combiner. A Ku band 16-way Cavity Radial Combiner was fabricated and measured. As a result, it was tested 14dB return loss and over 94.5 % output combining efficiency in design band.
Antioxidant Activities of Sanguisorba officinalis and Stichopus japonicus

This study is designed to apply for cosmeceutical ingredients with Sanguisorba officinalis and Stichopus japonicus distributed all over the country. The antioxidizing effect of the ethanol extract of Stichopus japonicus displayed stronger inhibition than the Sanguisorba officinalis ethanol extract and mixture of Sanguisorba officinalis and Stichopus japonicus extract. They used in the experiment as 63.28% with the density of 50 ㎍/mL, and compared with the ascorbic acid used as positive counterpart. Since the physiological activating ingredient generating the antioxidizing effect was confirmed with the Sanguisorba officinalis and Stichopus japonicus with the experiment results, the possibility for natural antioxidants was implied.

Objective. Angiopoietin-1 (Ang1) is a potent angiogenic factor that can increase synovial angiogenesis and also enhance osteoblast maturation and bone formation. However, its role in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) has not been well documented. Thus, we investigated roles of Ang1 in collagen- induced arthritis (CIA). Methods. A recombinant adenovirus carrying the gene that encodes either cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (AdCOMP)-Ang1 (a modified form of Ang1) or LacZ (AdLacZ) was injected intravenously into CIA mice. Clinical, radiological, histopathological, and immunofluorescent analyses were performed. Serum levels of receptor activators of nuclear factor κB ligand (RANKL) and osteoprotegerin (OPG) and expression of osteoblast maturation genes were analyzed. Results. AdCOMP-Ang1-injected mice developed more severe inflammation than the AdLacZ-injected mice. However, there were no significant differences in cartilage damage and bone erosion. More PECAM-1-positive blood vessels were seen in the synovium of the AdCOMP-Ang1-injected mice than in those injected with AdLacZ. Interestingly, a lower number of TRAP-positive osteoclasts were observed in AdCOMP-Ang1-injected CIA mice than in the AdLacZ group when comparing sections obtained from joints showing similar synovial proliferation. The serum OPG/RANKL ratio and expression of osteoblast maturation genes, such as runt-related transcription factor 2, bone sialoprotein, type 1 collagen, osteopontin, and osterix, were significantly upregulated in the AdCOMP-Ang1 group. Conclusion. COMP-Ang1 facilitates arthritis onset and increases synovial inflammation, but enhances osteoblast maturation, which in turn inhibits osteoclastogenesis by increasing the OPG/RANKL ratio in CIA. Our results suggest that careful investigation is necessary to delineate the possible therapeutic use of COMP-Ang1 as an adjunctive agent, in combination with anti-inflammatory therapies, for the prevention of bone destruction in RA.

디지털 2D 애니메이션은 복잡한 제작공정을 다수의 제작팀들이 협업하는 체계이다. 따라서 제작 환경이 분산되어 효율적인 관리가 어려워진다. 본 개발 시스템은 애니메이션 제작공정을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 웹 기반 통합관리 시스템으로 제작일정과 원가, 인적자원을 계획하고 공정별 작업진행 상태를 실시간으로 통제하므로 제작 생산성과 품질을 향상시킬 것이다.
