        CM전문회사의 현장관리조직 운영실태 분석

        This study is aimed at offering basic data for enhancing the organizational structure and productivity of on-site construction management (CM) employees. To accomplish the objective, the organizational operation system and employee evaluation of domestic CM companies were analyzed by site scale to promote efficient operation. The findings are as follows. First, in terms of CM workforce, the employees handling architecture, electricity, and machines represented the highest proportion. As for qualification, top engineers were dispatched to both large-scale and small-scale CM sites more than any other employee. Second, the results on CM organizational productivity are as follows. The per capita sales increased as the service payment increased. In terms of scale, the site worth less than a billion won had per capita sales of 76 million won, about 5 times less than the site worth 5 billion won or more whose per capita sales were 371 million won. The monthly per capita sales also increased as the service payment increased. However, the difference was minimal, about a half of the difference in per capita sales. These findings would be useful for companies that have no systematic criteria for CM organization selection and evaluation.

        Forest therapy program reduces academic and job-seeking stress among college students

        Background and objective: Recreation or activities in forest are regarded as therapy. Many forest therapy programs have been developed and assessed in the domestic. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of the forest therapy program on academic and job-seeking stress in college students. Methods: Thirty five subjects were selected as the experimental group and 25 as the control group, and 29 subjects in the experimental group and 11 in the control group participated in the follow-up test to verify the persistence of stress reduction effects. The forest therapy program was carried out once a week for 2 hours each from September 4 to December 4, 2018, adding up to total eight sessions. Results: The experimental group showed statistically significant reduction in both academic stress and job-seeking stress, whereas the control group did not. For the persistence of the forest therapy program, the experimental group did not show a statistically significant difference between the posttest and the follow-up test, and thus the stress reduction effect was maintained. Conclusion: This study proved the reduction of academic and job-seeking stress in forest therapy programs and the persistence of the stress reduction effect of the forest therapy program. The result is consistent with the Stress Recovery Theory (SRT) that shows the stress reduction effect of nature. In addition, it has significance in that it has verified that the program using the forest on campus can reduce stress of most college students.

        Purpose : The aim of this study was to identify the relation of cognition and visuospatial perception in stoke patients. Methods : A total of 16 stroke patients recruited from two hospital located in Donghae, Kang-won participated in this study(Right hemiplegia : twelve, Left hemiplegia : four). All participants scored higher than 20 point on the MMSE-K. To assess the cognitive function, we performed the Korean version of Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE-K), spatial perception domain of Lowenstein Occupational Therapy Cognition Assessment(LOTCA), Figure Color Copy(FCC), Linebisection Test(LBT) and Albert's test in stoke patients. Results: The Korean version of Mini Mental State Examination and spatial perception domain of Lowenstein Occupational Therapy Cognition Assessment were the highest points in sixty ages, Figure Color Copy is difference between Right hemiplegia and Left hemiplegia. Linebisection Test(LBT) and Albert's test had much relation, visuospatial perception had not relationship. Conclusion: Aging was cognition function and visuospatial perception had an interrelationship. visuospatial perception according to affected side in brain had an interrelationship but cognition function and visuospatial perception had not any interrelationship.

        Equations to mass transfer with nonlinear kinetics from Langmuir-Hinshelwood model or so were thought in this article. We used the perturbation method with simplified Taylor expansion method to attain the solution semianalytically. We even carried out the comparison in effectiveness factor by both. For numerical solution, we introduced Gauss-Siedel method, for the method had been rarely used. Unimolecular recation having Langmuir-Hinshelwood model wass a sample. We perceived the perturbation method to be useful for the q<10 or q>5 in the mode d^2Θ/dN^2 = Ø^2Θ/1+qΘ We, on the other hand, attained the solution without difficulty from the simplified method.

        <P>Motherwort (MW), a Korean folk medicine, has been applied to treat inflammatory disease. However, its effect on inflammatory cytokine release from mast cells is not well known. We investigated the anti- inflammatory effect of MW on the secretion of inflammatory cytokine such as tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha and interleukin (IL)-6 and IL-8 in human mast cell line (HMC-1). MW was treated in vitro before activation of HMC-1 cells with phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) plus calcium ionophore A23187. MW had no cytotoxic effects on HMC-1 cell viability. MW (1 mg/ml) inhibited PMA plus A23187-stimulated gene expression and production of TNF-alpha, IL-6, and IL-8. Stimulation with PMA plus A23187 induced NF-kappaB activation in HMC-1 cells, which was inhibited by MW (1 mg/ml). MW inhibited secretion of TNF-alpha, IL-6, and IL-8 possibly by inhibiting NF-kappaB activation. These results indicate that MW may be helpful in regulating inflammatory diseases.</P>

        任意의 두 整數에 對하여 定義되는 數列 ?? 를 一般 Fibonacci 그리고 Lucas 數列이라 하고 그들은 매우 興味있는 性質들을 가지고 있다. 萬一 우리가 b를 未定元 x로 代置하면 매우 重要한 多項式 ?? 를 얻는다. 이때 ?? 와 密接한 關係를 가지고 있으며 Dickson의 多項式 ??를 조금 變形한 것이다. 本 論文에서는 이와같은 몇 가지 結果를 다룬다. For any integers a and b the sequences ?? are called the generalized Fiboracci and Lucas sequences and they have interesting properties. If we replace b by an indeterminate x, then we obtain important polynomials ??. ?? is very closely related to ?? and a slightly changed form of the Dickson polynomial. In this paper we will show some results of them.

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Two dimensional (2D) layered materials and their heterojunctions with other materials are attracted because of their remarkable electrical and optical properties. In particular, graphene/semiconductor Schottky heterojunction is used for high performance solar cells. Here, we demonstrated very high open circuit voltage (<I>V</I> <SUB> <I>oc</I> </SUB> <I>)</I> in graphene/silicon heterojunction solar cell by dual-gate electric field application. The low density of states near Dirac point in graphene allows large modulation of graphene Fermi-level and corresponding Schottky barrier in a graphene/silicon junction. The top and bottom gate electric fields independently adjust the built-in potentials of respective upper and lower silicon energy band to induce higher band bending (1.22 eV) than the bandgap (1.12 eV). As a result, a maximum <I>V</I> <SUB> <I>oc</I> </SUB> of 0.94 V is achieved at the − 8 V of top-gate voltage and 10 V of bottom-gate voltage, exceeding highest known <I>V</I> <SUB>oc</SUB> for previous graphene/silicon solar cell (<I>V</I> <SUB>oc</SUB> = 0.61 V) and the S-Q Limit (0.84 V) of conventional silicon solar cell – a thermodynamic limit for the energy conversion efficiency of solar cells with a single band gap energy.         Oncogenic role of protein tyrosine kinase 7 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.

        <P>Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) is a common subtype of esophageal cancer that is particularly prevalent in East Asian countries. Our previous expression profile analysis showed that the gene encoding protein tyrosine kinase 7 (PTK7) is upregulated in ESCC tissues. Here, we aimed to validate PTK7 as a prognostic factor and a candidate target for molecular treatment of ESCC. Both RT-PCR and Western blot analysis of tissues from ESCC patients revealed that PTK7 was significantly upregulated in tumor tissue samples of ESCC. Immunohistochemical staining of PTK7 showed that increased expression of PTK7 was inversely correlated with overall survival (P = 0.021). In vitro knockdown of PTK7 inhibited proliferation, survival, wound healing, and invasion of ESCC cells. In addition, PTK7 knockdown decreased phosphorylation of Akt, Erk, and focal adhesion kinase (FAK), important determinants of cell proliferation, survival, and migration. Therefore, our findings suggest that PTK7 has potential as a prognostic marker for ESCC and might also be a candidate for targeted therapy in the treatment of ESCC.</P>

        Serodiagnostic Potential of Mycobacterium avium MAV2054 and MAV5183 Proteins

        <B>ABSTRACT</B><P>TheMycobacterium avium-M. intracellularecomplex (MAC) causes a pulmonary disease (PD) similar to tuberculosis (TB). Diagnosis of MAC-PD is complicated and time-consuming. In this study, the serodiagnostic potential of the newly identified MAV2054 and MAV5183 proteins was evaluated in subjects with MAC-PD, pulmonary TB, or latent TB and in noninfected healthy controls (HC), together with HspX and the 38-kDa antigen, well-known serodiagnosticM. tuberculosisantigens. All four antigens evoked significantly higher IgG responses in MAC-PD and active TB than in latent TB and HC subjects. Among the antigens, MAV2054 elicited the highest antibody responses in pulmonary TB and MAC-PD patients. IgG titers against MAV2054 and MAV5183 were significantly higher in MAC-PD than in pulmonary TB subjects. In addition, the levels of IgG against all antigens in theM. intracellulareand fibrocavitary forms were higher than those in theM. aviumand nodular bronchiectatic forms, respectively. Based on sensitivity and receiver operator characteristic curve analysis, the best candidates for detection of MAC-PD and pulmonary TB were MAV2054 and the 38-kDa antigen, respectively. In total, 76.0% of MAC-PD and 65.0% of active TB patients were reactive to at least two antigens. In contrast, only 2.8% of HC subjects were reactive with two or more antigens. Our findings suggest that an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) using the four antigens would be valuable for screening for mycobacterial lung disease, including MAC-PD and pulmonary TB, although it does not provide good discrimination of the disease-causing pathogens.</P>
