        範圍副詞各小類的硏究

        부사는 중국어에서 비교적 복잡하여, 그 품사를 파악하기가 쉽지 않으며 부사의 분류는 그만큼 학자들 간에도 저마다 달리하고 있다. 그 부류는 範圍, 程度, 時間, 否定, 情態, 語氣 등이 있는데 여기에서 다루고자하는 “범위” 내용으로 時間範圍, 條件範圍, 處所範圍, 施事範圍, 受事範圍, 動作範圍 등을 소개하고, 이러한 범위부사를 세분하여 모호한 범위를 설명하며, 범위부사의 소분류로 다음과 같이 나누었다. 이것은 각각의 부사가 뜻하는 의미에 따라 구분지어 全指(그 뜻이 전체를 가리키는 것), 多指(대다수를 가리키는 것), 特指(그것이 일부거나 화자가 특별히 가리키는 것), 任指(임의적인 사항을 가리키는 것), 限指(최대와 최소로 제한 받는 것), 他指(기타 및 증가를 가리키는 것)로 나누어 그것이 뜻하는 내용을 세부적으로 설명하고 각각의 종류들에 대해서 의미를 파악하도록 하였다.

        Sequencing, Genomic Structure, Chromosomal Mapping and Association Study of the Porcine ADAMTS1 Gene with Litter Size

        A disintegrin-like and metalloprotease (reprolysin type) with thrombospondin type 1 motif (ADAMTS1) plays a critical role in follicular rupture and represents a major advance in the proteolytic events that control ovulation. In this study, a 9,026-bp DNA sequence containing the full coding region, all 8 introns and part of the 5'and 3' untranslated region of the porcine ADAMTS1 gene was obtained. Analysis of the ADAMTS1 gene using the porcine radiation hybrid panel indicated that pig ADAMTS1 is closely linkage with microsatellite marker S0215, located on SSC13q49. The open reading frame of its cDNA covered 2,844 bp and encoded 947 amino acids. The coding region of porcine ADAMTS1 as determined by sequence alignments shared 85% and 81% identity with human and mouse cDNAs, respectively. The deduced protein contained 947 amino acids showing 85% sequence similarity both to the human and mouse proteins, respectively. Comparative sequencing of three pig breeds revealed one single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) within exon 7 of which a G-C substitution at position 6006 changes a codon for arginine into a codon for proline. The substitution was situated within a PvuII recognition site and developed as a PCR-RFLP marker for further use in population variation investigations and association analysis with litter size. Allele frequencies of this SNP were investigated in seven pig breeds/lines. An association analysis in a new Qingping female line suggested that different ADAMTS1 genotypes have significant differences in litter size (p<0.01).

        Low-Temperature Anomaly of a Spin-Glass Type in Ferromagnetic R2Mo2O7 with R = Sm and Nd

        We have studied the magnetic and thermodynamic properties and the muon spin relaxation of the ferromagnetic pyrochlore compounds R2Mo2O7 (where R = Sm and Nd). Apart from the al-ready known ferromagnetic transition due to Mo moment ordering, there is another low-temperature anomaly at 18.6 K for Sm2Mo2O7 and at 18 K for Nd2Mo2O7. This low-temperature anomaly is observed in all the measured properties and resembles a spin-glass transition. In the ferromagnetic phase, we also ¯nd that the ac susceptibility exhibits a strong frequency dependence, indicating that some sorts of spin-glass components coexist with the ferromagnetically ordered moments. This metastability of the ferromagnetic phase is also borne out by the unusual spin relaxation behav-ior seen in the muon spin-relaxation measurements. Our results demonstrate that ferromagnetic R2Mo2O7 has very complex spin dynamics, which consists at least of two competing components: the ferromagnetic and the spin-glass components. This competition is seen to exist from the fer-romagnetic transition down to the lowest measured temperature. With lowering temperature, thespin-glass component appears to gain in strength, at least in the time window of the bulk magne- tization experiment. We discuss possible origins for the unusual spin dynamics.
