3차원 전산화단층촬영 영상을 이용한 안면 연조직 두께 계측의 임상적 유용성

Purpose : To evaluate clinical usefulness of facial soft tissue thickness measurement using 3D computed tomographic images. Materials and Methods : One cadaver that had sound facial soft tissues was chosen for the study. The cadaver was scanned with a Helical CT under following scanning protocols about slice thickness and table speed; 3 mm and 3 mm/sec, 5 mm and 5 mm/sec, 7 mm and 7 mm/sec. The acquired data were reconstructed 1.5, 2.5, 3.5 mm reconstruction interval respectively and the images were transferred to a personal computer. Using a program developed to measure facial soft tissue thickness in 3D image, the facial soft tissue thickness was measured. After the ten-time repeation of the measurement for ten times, repeated measure analysis of variance (ANOVA) was adopted to compare and analyze the measurements using the three scanning protocols. Comparison according to the areas was analyzed by Mann-Whitney test. Results : There were no statistically significant intraobserver differences in the measurements of the facial soft tissue thickness using the three scanning protocols (p>0.05). There were no statistically significant differences between measurements in the 3 mm slice thickness and those in the 5 mm, 7 mm slice thickness (p>0.05). There were statistical differences in the 14 of the total 30 measured points in the 5 mm slice thickness and 22 in the 7mm slice thickness. Conclusion : The facial soft tissue thickness measurement using 3D images of 7 mm slice thickness is acceptable clinically, but those of 5 mm slice thickness is recommended for the more accurate measurement.

Purpose : The purpose of this survey was to investigate the effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment according to the job types of Pusan area physical therapists figuring out structural causality between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Method : This survey was conducted through structured questionnaire for the physical therapists working in Pusan area, and data from 217 therapists were utilized in the final analysis. Data collection was deployment questionnaire using Google Docs (online survey), The SPSS 21.0 program was used according to for research purposes independent t-test was used for individual and job characteristics, was used according to job types and job satisfaction and organizational commitment are logistic regression analysis, correlation analysis and chi-square test. Result : The results of this study were as follows. 1. Overall job satisfaction according to the job types was appeared musculoskeletal physical therapist more 4 times. 2. Job types according to the organizational commitment did not make direct effect. Conclusion : Number of musculoskeletal physical therapist than neurological physical therapist was fewer and there were many per day treatment of patients, but overall job satisfaction was appeared that is higher. This is thought that job types affects more than working environment.
유출수 재순환 및 내부반송이 UASB 반응조 운전효율에 미치는 영향

런던협약에 의해 2012년부터는 폐기물 해양투기가 전면 금지될 것이다. 따라서 지상에서의 음식폐기물 처리방법의 모색이 시급한 실정이다. 위 문제의 해결방안은 UASB 공법을 이용하여 음폐수로부터 자원화개발을 하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 유출수의 재순환 및 내부반송이 유기물 제거효율과 바이오 가스 생성에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 25일 동안은 내부순환만 실시하였고, 그 후엔 유출수 재순환을 실시하였다. 실험 결과 운전기간동안 유기물 제거효율은 90% 이상으로 나타났고, 메탄수율은 78~80%로 나타났다. 또한, 유출수 반송을 3 Q 이상으로 반송하여 운전할 경우 수산화나트륨(1 N)의 소모가 없었고, 그 결과 경제적이며 안정적인 운전을 할 수 있었다. Dumping of wastes at sea will be strongly prohibited from 2012 by London Dumping Convention. So, finding the method for treatment of food waste at ground is needed urgently. The solution for above mentioned problem is the resource development from food waste leachate by using Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) process. In this research, we try to find out the effect of effluent recirculation and internal return influence on organic removal efficiency and biogas production. Laboratory investigation was conducted for 25 days with only internal recycling, and then, effluent recirculation was performed. As the result of experiments, the organic removal efficiency was above 90%, and the content of methane was 78~80% during operating time. Also, when UASB reactor was operated to over the 3 Q effluent recirculation, there was not 1 N-NaOH consumption any more, therethrough the experiment was economically and stably carried out.

현재 시행되고 있는 수질오염 총량관리제나 수질 TMS 등과 같은 수자원 보호에 대한 국가 관심도를 미루어 볼 때 자동채수기는 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 수입에 의존하는 자동채수기를 개발하여, 외화낭비를 줄이고 동시에 기능적 성능을 높이는 데 있다. 개발결과물들을 얻고자 몇 가지 노력을 하였다. 이를 위하여 현장측정용 유량센서, 즉, Flow Meter를 자동채수기에 설치하여 연동 운영될 수 있는 기술개발을 했으며, 개발된 현장측정용 센서에서 송신되는 데이터를 원격으로 모니터링 및 저장할 수 있는 원격 O/L 시스템을 개발하였다. 또한, 개발된 자동채수기를 실제 하수처리장에 설치하여 운전해 보았고, 그 결과 현장적용이 충분히 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다. Considering the water quality regulation of total emission system which is enforced with hydro TMS and so on operating currently, automatic water sampler must be necessary in the viewpoint of national interest for conservation of water resources. This study aimed to develope automatic water sampler for the purpose of decreasing spends on foreign currency which is relied on import from abroad and upgrading the functional efficiency simultaneously. We have made an effort for developing results as follows with some cases. First, flow meter with a sensor equiped into automatic water sampler for field measurement which can perform linkage operation was developed. Second, remote-D/L system was developed which was able to monitor and store some transmitted data from practical measurement sensor. Also, automatic water sampler was developed in this research that operates in a sewage treatment plant, and finally, we confirmed that our system is able to apply to the field well.
