        병원의 품질경영혁신 활동과 조직성과의 관계에서 성과측정시스템의 역할에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 병원의 품질경영혁신(TQM) 활동과 조직성과의 관계에서 성과측정시스템(PMS)의 이용방식과 공정성이 매개역할을 하는지를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 투입 차원은 병원 TQM 활동의 수준으로, 전환 차원은 PMS 진단 및 상호작용적 이용방식과 PMS 공정성 수준으로, 산출 차원은 조직의 성과(구성원 태도, 재무/비재무성과)로 설정하였다. 연구가설 1은 병원 TQM 활동의 수준과 조직성과의 관계, 가설 2는 그 관계에서 PMS 이용방식의 역할, 그리고 가설 3은 병원 TQM 활동수준, PMS 이용방식, PMS 공정성, 그리고 조직성과의 순차적인 인과관계를 규명하는 것이다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 병원의 TQM 활동수준은 구성원 태도와 비재무성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 재무성과에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 병원의 TQM 활동수준과 조직성과의 관계에서 PMS 진단적 이용은 매개역할을 하였으나, PMS 상호작용적 이용은 매개역할을 하지 못하였다. 셋째, 병원이 TQM 활동을 추진하면서 PMS 진단적 이용을 선택한다면 구성원의 태도 변화를 경유 하여 재무/비재무성과가 개선되었다. 그런데 PMS 상호작용적 이용을 선택한 경우에는 PMS의 공정성 수준이 높아져야지만 구성원의 태도가 변하고 재무/비재무성과의 개선으로 연계되었다. 본 연구는 병원이 TQM을 추진하는 과정에서 경영통제 차원에서 성과측정시스템을 적절히 관리하고 인적자원관리 차원에서 구성원 태도를 변화시키려는 노력은 병원조직성과의 개선에 공헌할 수 있다는 점을 시사하고 있다. This study is aimed to investigate whether use of performance measurement system (PMS) and justice of PMS play a mediating role in the relationship between TQM activities of hospital and organizational performances. We defined TQM activities of hospital as input variable, diagnostic and interactive use of PMS, justice of PMS as conversion variables, and organizational performances (attitude of internal members, financial / non-financial performances) as output variables in order to test hypotheses. Hypothesis 1 is to test the relationship between level of TQM activities of hospital and organizational performances. Hypothesis 2 is to explore a mediating role of the diagnostic and interactive use of PMS in the relationship. And Hypothesis 3 is to identify casual relationship among TQM activities of hospital, the diagnostic and interactive use of PMS, the justice of PMS, and the organizational performances. The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, the TQM activities of hospital have a positive effect on the attitude of internal members and non-financial performance. However, the effect of TQM activities of hospital on financial performance are not significant. Secondly, the diagnostic use of PMS has played a mediating role in the relationship between the TQM activities of hospital and the organizational performances, but the interactive use of PMS does not play a mediating role in the relationship. Thirdly, if hospital use the diagnostic control of PMS in the process of promoting TQM activities, financial / non-financial performances have improved through changes in the attitudes of internal members. However, in case of using the interactive control of PMS, the attitude of internal members changed as the justice of PMS increased, which is linked to improvement of financial / non-financial performances. This study suggests that efforts in the process of pursuing TQM activities trying to manage properly performance measurement systems in management controls and to change employee attitude in terms of human resource management can contribute to improve the organizational performances of hospital.

      • 船員災害補償에 대한 强制保險의 比較硏究

        I have comparative studied insurance system relating to Seamen's Accident Compensation comparing with the Seafarers Act. So, I want to suggest its improvement measures as the solving way of its problems. It is the legal system for the shipowner to compensate the crew under the missing of crew or the losing of personal article. Also, the shipowner must be the insured of seamen in order to perform the seamen's accident compensation entirely, and the insurance by the National Federation of Fisheries Cooperative Act and Korea Shipping Association Act musto be included to this insurance, and thus there is the social securing scope as well as living securing scope in this insurance. With regard to the security of the seamen's accident compensation as indicated in the aboves, the shipowner has secured its effectiveness by all kinds of insurance, making the crew as the insured. If the above-mentioned matters are generalized, the seamen's accident compensation standard is below the accident compensation standard of ground worker, and thus the necessity far improvement of the seamen's accident compensation system is required. Accordingly, as its improvement way is the tentatively named seamen's accident compensation insurance law to be presented as the law-making under the existing industrial accident insurance law in consideration with the speciality of crew. It is thought which there will have to be the legal and systematic procedures.

        일차 양측성 구순열의 일단계 재건에 대한 증례보고

        Bilateral cleft lip reconstruction can be performed in one-or two-stages. The choice depends on the surgeon's proficiency and experience. However the type and severity of the cleft must be considered. Complete or incomplete symmetric, bilateral clefts in which the premaxilla is within the alveolar arch or slightly protruded can be successfully treated with simultaneous lip reconstruction on both sides. There are some advantages that one-stage lip reconstruction facilitates creation of a symmetric and balanced lip, retraction of protruding premaxilla and the parent's psychologic satisfaction. However, there are some disadvantages such as micrognathia of the upper jaw by severe scar formation and poor adaptation of flap margins by severe tension. The surgeon must be able to judge and exploit the advantages offered by one-stage approach. We present the case report of one-stage reconstruction of primary bilateral cleft lip with literature reviews.

      • 음식폐기물로부터 유도된 퇴비가 채소류의 발아 및 생육에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to define the physicochemical characteristics of food waste and food wastewater, and to find the effect of salinity variation on aerobic composting for food wastes. In salinity variation experiment, the samples of 1, 2, 3 and 4 were prepared by the salinity of 1.0 %, 1.5 %, 2.0 % and 2.5 %, respectively. In experiment, aerobic composting reactors were operated by the mode which was composed of half an hour's stirring and 2 hour's aeration per day, for 45 days. Seeds of vegetables of Chinese cabbage and red pepper were seeded at compost-free control, compost 1, 2, 3 and compost 4 for the sake of investigation of germination rate and growth rate of those. The followings are the conclusions that were derived from this study. 1.In food waste, the moisture content was 60 %, organic compound content was 95%, total carbon was 47.5%, total nitrogen was 1.6%(therefore, C/N ratio was 30). The values of pH were 4.0 and 3.8, the values of salinity were 0.9% and 1.2%, and the values of conductivity were 7.8 mS/cm and 18.0 mS/cm, respectively. 2.In salinity experiment, the reduction rate of volume was increased(40 %) when the salinity was decreased(1.0 %). Also, the reduction rate of mass was increased(52 %) when the salinity was decreased(1.0 %). This fact denotes that salinity hinders the process of composting. 3.Germination rate and growth rate of Chiness cabbage are more excellent than those of red pepper(97 : 14 %, 5.2 : 2.5 cm) 4.In Chinese cabbage, germination rate and growth rate at compost with the lowest salinity are more excellent than those at compost-free control(97 : 94 %, 5.2 : 4.5 cm).

      • DNA回復에 미치는 Poly(ADP-ribose)의 影響에 관한 硏究

        Effects of 3-aminobenzamide(3-AB), a potent inhibitor of poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase, on DNA replication was determined in CHO cells treated with methyl methanesulfonate(MMS) or UV-light by alkaline s ucrose gradient sedimentation analysis. MMS has been thought to inhibit the replication intitiation in mammalian cells, but we could also observe the inhibitory effect on chain elongation in CHO cells. At low concentration of 3-AB, the rate of DNA replication was not inbibited but at high concentration was shown in dose dependent manner. When MMS-treated cells were subsquently exposed to 3-AB, additive ingibitory effects were brought out. this result may be due to increases of single stand breaks by 3-AB. In the case of treatment with UV-light and 3-AB, hihg concentration of 3-AB induced the additive inhibitory effect on DNA replication, but low concentration of 3-AB alleviated unexpectedly the inhibitory effects of UV-light alone.

        In this study elite male university athletes lifts the weight 95% of MBW for each athletes, For the foot pressure measurement systems were used to analyze changes in kinetic variables related to Clean movements, and the following conclusions were obtained. 1. For the Clean movement among all subjects, the maximum foot pressures were 1.6 and 1.9 times greater than the sum of one's own weight and the barbells weight during the first pull and lock-out, respectively. 2. Pressure was mostly distributed at the toes and the front part of the sole in exerting strength actively as in Pull movement and it was evenly distributed in the entire sole in bearing load passively as in lock-out movement.

      • 팽화재로서의 볏짚이 음식물쓰레기의 호기성 퇴비화에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to define effects of rice straw as bulking material on aerobic composting of food wastes. Volume ratios of food wastes to rice straw in reactor control, RS-1, RS-2, RS-2 and RS-4 were 4:0, 4:1, 4:2, 4:3 and 4:4, respectively. Reactors were operated for 24 days with 1 hour stirring by 1 rpm and 2 hours aeration per day. pH of food wastes was 4.39, and that of rice straw was 7.4. C/N ratio and porosity of rice straw were 2 times of those of food wastes. Salinity and conductivity of food wastes were higher than those of rice straw. With the increasing of volume ratio of food wastes to rice straw, times needed to arrive at 50℃, the weight reduction rate of 60% and the volume reduction rate of 40% were shortened, the highest temperatures of reactors were increased, and the durations of 50℃ over were elongated. C/N ratio of 29.5 in control was more than those of 25.7-28.1 in rice straw containing reactors. Salinity and conductivity in reactors were condensed and increased by reaction day, and the correlation coefficient(r) between these two indices was 0.9967.

      • 유연흐름라인에서의 동태적 작업흐름 통제

        This research involves the development and evaluation of a work flow control scheme for a type of flexible flow line(FFL) with limited buffer space. Work flow contorl scheme for the FFL includes two major functions: releasing and dispatching. A simple releasing scheme called Workload Balancing(WLB) rule was developed. WLB rule attempts to minimize the deviation of the system workload from the ideal state in which the current system workload is proportional to the workload in the remaining job pool for each machine center. Dispatching decision was made using either SOT(Shortest Operation Time) rule or LOT(Longest Operation Time) rule depending on the workload level at the current machine center; where the decision is require, and the subsequent machine center. The performance of the control scheme was compared via computer simulation to that of Minimal Part Set(MPS) heuristic which is another simple control scheme reported in the literature. The simulation results indicate that the performance of the WLB rule is superior to the MPS heuristic.

        實驗動物을 使用하여 aldehyde oxidase를 精製하고 이 精製酵素에 對하여 tyrosine의 中間代謝物인 dopamine 이 미치는 影響과 dopamine과 도라지saponin 分劃을 동시에 添加하였을때의 作用을 觀察로한 成積은 다음과 같다. 1. Aldehyde oxidase活性測定에 있어서 基質인 N-methylnicotinamide의 最適濃度는 5×10? M이었다. 2. Dopamine은 本 酵素에 경쟁적 억제작용을 나타내었다. 3. Dopamine과 도라지 saponin分劃을 同時에 添加 하였을때 本 酵素活性을 20% 정도 상승시켰다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of dopamine and Platycodi Radix Saponin on the hepatic aldehyde oxidase activity in rabbit liver, in virtro test. 1. Aldehyde oxidase was measured optimum substrate concentration at 3×10? M and incubation time for 10 minutes. 2. Aldehyde oxidase were inhibited by dopamine. 3. It was observed that relationship between dopamine and substrate were competitive inhibition on aldehyde oxidase. 4. Platycodi Radix butanol fraction increased the enzyme activity.

      • Isoniazide 투여에 의한 Catecholamine의 생체내 변동에 미치는 Pyridoxal의 영향

        Isoniazide is used in the treated of TB,the treatment of vitamine B?? is required in order to prevent their associated side effect, especially peripheral neuritis and severe exrcitation. The present work was undertaken to investigate the drug interaction between INAH and pyridoxal. When effect of pyridoxamine and pyridoxine on the hepatic mitochondrial MAO activity was investigated in vivo and in vitro test, its was slightly increased. But pyridoxal was significantly increased the activity of mitochondrial MAO compared to control. pyridoxal pretreatment in INAH-treated rats led to increased hepatic MAO activity and decreased catecholamine level in serum and urine. It was also observed that VMA level in the urine was insreased significantly the pretreatment with pyridoxal compared with INAH-treated group. Consequently, it was observed that the action of detoxification by the pretreatment of pyridoxal was due to the increasment of hepatic mitochondrial MAO activity and VMA excretion.
