      • The study of the influence of the neighborhood Environment of small Towns on residents' Leisure time physical activities from the Perspective of the novel coronavirus epidemic situation

        Background: A small town is an important link in my country's relatively high and linked rural and cities. Community space is a direct space carrier for residents to conduct leisure and physical activities (LTPA).Objectives: At the end of 2019, the outbreak of new coronary virus pneumonia brought new challenges to public health. The building environment in the neighborhood became a direct factor affecting the level of residents' LTPA level, which is closely linked to public health. Methods: This study selected a typical small-town community. Based on GIS data, the SEGNET convolutional neural network analyzed the greening rate and enclosure of leisure and physical activity venues and used international physical questionnaires (IPAQ) and network physical activity questionnaires (N N -IPAQ) and their scoring standards measurement and evaluation of the intensity of physical activity of residents. Results: A system of influencing factors on leisure physical activity by constructing a neighborhood built environment. Conclusions: By calculating weights and proposing optimization strategies, we aim to improve the leisure and physical activity levels of residents, thereby enhancing their health.

        Single-Source Precursor Route for Synthesis of High-Quality Green-emitting Quantum Dots and Their Hydrophilic Surface Modification

        The high-quality green-emitting CdS0 . 5Se0 .5/8Zn1 − x Cd x S/2ZnS QDs with “8” and “2” monolayers (ML) of corresponding shell were first synthesized by “thermal-cycling coupled single precursor” (TC-SP) approach. The component-gradient Zn1− x Cd x S interlayer played a key role in the growth of thick shell by gradually buffering the large lattice mismatch (~9%) between the CdS0 . 5Se0 .5 core and ZnS shell. Moreover, the Zn1− x Cd x S gradient interlayer as well as ZnS outshell increased the potential barrier to prevent excitons from being trapped by surface defects. The photoluminescence quantum yields of the as-synthesized CdS0 . 5Se0 .5/8Zn1 − x Cd x S/2ZnS core/shell QDs can reach to 70% in organic media and still maintain 60% after aqueous phase transfer. The green-emitting CdS0 . 5Se0 .5/8Zn1 − x Cd x S/2ZnS core/shell QDs may be good candidates for applications of biomedical and photoelectric field.

        Experimental and Numerical Study on Buckling Behavior of a Rigidly Stiff ened Plate with Tee Ribs

        In the bridge structures, stiff ened plates are usually designed as rigidly stiff ened when the orthotropic steel box girder is used as the main load-bearing structure. Therefore, the buckling mode of stiff ened plates is plate buckling which occurs in subpanel supported by stiff eners. The orthotropic steel box girder is used as the main girder for Egongyan Rail Special Bridge, which is a self-anchored suspension bridge. Plates of the steel girder are rigidly stiff ened with unequal spacing open ribs, and the most slender stiff ened plate is the mid web stiff ened with Tee ribs. In order to ensure the safety of the bridge, the buckling behavior of the web and orthotropic steel box girder under axial compression, including ultimate strength, post-buckling behavior and failure modes, should be clearly investigated by experimental and numerical methods. The design, loading and testing methods of the 1:4 scale model of the orthotropic steel box girder are introduced in detail fi rstly. The orthotropic steel box girder and the stiff ened web fi nite element (FE) models are validated by the test results, and the eff ects of residual stress and the magnitude of geometric imperfections are discussed roughly. Based on the validated web FE model, a detailed parametric study is performed to systematically investigate the eff ects of residual stress and geometric imperfections on buckling behavior of the web. The eff ect of shapes of geometric imperfections discussed is highlighted. Through tracing stress states, the failure modes of stiff ened plate are in agreement with the experimental phenomenon to some extent. Results show that shapes of geometric imperfections have signifi cantly infl uenced post-buckling behavior and failure modes of the web, but slightly aff ected the ultimate strength. It is advised that residual stress and geometric imperfections should be controlled to make full use of excellent performance of steel materials.

      • A band selection method for hyperspectral image classification based on improved Particle Swarm Optimization

        With the development of spectral imaging technology, it makes hyperspectral imagery widely used. According to the features of multiple bands and the strong mutual correlation among these bands, this paper presents a band selection method for hyperspectral imagery classification based on improved PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization). First of all, we use information divergence to describe the correlation of the bands, then build the information divergence matrix to make the classification of subspaces. Secondly, we construct the fitness function of the algorithm with the band information and categories of the Bhattacharyya distance (B distance) to improve the inertia weight updating method in PSO. Finally, based on the AVIRIS hyperspectral imagery and compared with existing method to conduct experiments, the average classification accuracy of the proposed method is 81.36%, which is distinctly improved 0.91% compared with the existed method. Meanwhile, the proposed method has a significantly faster convergence speed during the process of the band selection. Therefore, the experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method in this paper.

        Inhibition of Long Noncoding RNA SNHG15 Ameliorates Hypoxia/Ischemia-Induced Neuronal Damage by Regulating miR-302a-3p/STAT1/NF-κB Axis

        Purpose: Ischemic brain injury results in high mortality and serious neurologic morbidity. Here, we explored the role of SNHG15in modulating neuronal damage and microglial inflammation after ischemia stroke. Materials and Methods: The hypoxia/ischemia models were induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion in mice and oxygenglucosedeprivation/reoxygenation (OGD/R) in vitro. Quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) and Western blot were conducted todetermine the levels of SNHG15, miR-302a-3p, and STAT1/NF-κB. Moreover, gain- or loss-of functional assays of SNHG15 and miR-302a-3p were conducted. MTT assay was used to evaluate the viability of HT22 cells, and the apoptotic level was determined byflow cytometry. Furthermore, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was performed to detect oxidative stress and inflammatorymediators in the ischemia cortex and OGD/R-treated BV2 microglia. Results: The SNHG15 and STAT1/NF-κB pathways were both distinctly up-regulated, while miR-302a-3p was notably down-regulatedin the ischemia cortex. Additionally, overexpressing SNHG15 dramatically enhanced OGD/R-mediated neuronal apoptosisas well as the expression of oxidative stress and inflammation factors from microglia. In contrast, knocking down SNHG15 or overexpressingmiR-302a-3p relieved OGD/R-mediated neuronal apoptosis and microglial activation. Moreover, the rescue experimenttestified that overexpressing miR-302a-3p also attenuated SNHG15 up-regulation-induced effects. In terms of the mechanisms,SNHG15 sponged miR-302a-3p and activated STAT1/NF-κB as a competitive endogenous RNA, while miR-302a-3p targetedSTAT1 and negatively regulated the STAT1/NF-κB pathway. Conclusion: SNHG15 was up-regulated in the hypoxia/ischemia mouse or cell model. The inhibition of SNHG15 ameliorates ischemia/hypoxia-induced neuronal damage and microglial inflammation by regulating the miR-302a-3p/STAT1/NF-κB pathway.

      • Super-Resolution Reconstruction based on Tukey Norm and Adaptive Bilateral Total Variation

        In Bilateral Total Variation (BTV) regularized super-resolution reconstruction (SRR), the fidelity item is only applicable to a specific noise model, and the fixed weight of BTV regularization term cannot adapt to the changes in an image. Thus, this paper proposes a SRR algorithm based on the Tukey fidelity term and adaptive BTV regularization term. The Tukey fidelity term has a more effective outliers suppression feature to deal with complex noises, and the weight of adaptive BTV regularization term can resize itself according to the changes of image textures, which can achieve the purposes of suppressing noises and preserving edges. Experimental results show that, compared with other algorithms, the proposed algorithm has better vision effects and higher Peak Signal-to-noise Ratio (PSNR) values.

        Effect of High Energy Shot Peening on the Microstructure and Mechanical Property of AZ31B Mg Alloy/HSLA350 Steel Lap Joints

        When using high energy shot peening (HESP) technology, the surface layer of the welded joints produced grain breakage and residual compressive stress. When the shot peening strength is the optimal parameter 0.10 MPa, the residual compressive stress reaches a maximum value of 74.02 MPa, dislocation density in welded joints increased significantly and the tensile shear strength of the joint was increased by 18.6% compared to the joint without HESP treatment (205 MPa), and the fracture position of the welded joint was located in the Al alloy base material, these were brought by fi ne grain strengthening and strain strengthening. When the shot peening strength was 0.05 MPa, the strength of the joint was also improved, but the fracture position of the joint was the same as that without HESP treatment, and they were all in the fusion zone. However, when the shot peening strength was further increased to 0.15 MPa, severe cracks appeared inside the joint, which deteriorates the strength of the Mg/steel joint.

        Designing a Magnetically Controlled Soft Gripper with Versatile Grasping Based on Magneto-Active Elastomer

        A composite bionic soft gripper integrated with electromagnets and magneto-active elastomers is designed bycombining the structure of the human hand and the snake’s behavior of enhancing friction by actively adjustingthe scales. A silicon-based polymer containing magnetized hard magnetic particles is proposed as a soft finger,and it can be reversibly bent by adjusting the magnetic field. Experiments show that the length, width, andheight of rectangular soft fingers and the volume ratio of neodymium–iron–boron have different effects onbending angle. The flexible fingers with 20 vol% are the most efficient, which can bend to 90° when themagnetic field is 22 mT. The flexible gripper with four fingers can pick up 10.51 g of objects at the magneticfield of 105 mT. In addition, this composite bionic soft gripper has excellent magnetron performance, and itcan change surface like snakes and operate like human hands. This research may help develop soft devices formagnetic field control and try to provide new solutions for soft grasping.

        A New Parameter Estimation Method for a Zipf-like Distribution for Geospatial Data Access

        Many reports have shown that the access pattern forgeospatial tiles follows Zipf’s law and that its parameter αrepresents the access characteristics. However, visits togeospatial tiles have temporal and spatial popularities, andthe α-value changes as they change. We construct amathematical model to simulate the user’s access behaviorby studying the attributes of frequently visited tile objectsto determine parameter estimation algorithms. Becausethe least squares (LS) method in common use cannotobtain an exact α-value and does not provide a suitable fitto data for frequently visited tiles, we present a newapproach, which uses a moment method of estimation toobtain the value of α when α is close to 1. When α isfurther away from 1, the method uses the associated cachehit ratio for tile access and uses an LS method based on acritical cache size to estimate the value of α. The decreasein the estimation error is presented and discussed in thesection on experiment results. This new method, whichprovides a more accurate estimate of α than earliermethods, promises more effective prediction of requestsfor frequently accessed tiles for better caching and loadbalancing.
