수 종의 생약제제가 human fetal osteoblasts의 염기성 인산분해 효소 활성에 미치는 영향

Several growth factors and polypeptides are not commonly yet used for regenerators of bone tissue or alveolar bone because of the insufficiency of studies on their side effects, genetic engineering for mass production and stability for clinical application. Recently, many herbal medicines, which have advantage of less side effects and possibility of ling-term use, have been studied for their capacity and effects of anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and regenerative potential of periodontal tissues. Morindae Radix, Cibotium Barometz (L.), Albizziae Cortex, Cistandhis Herba have been traditionally used as medicines for treatment of bone disease in Eastern medicine. The objective of the present study is to examine the ability of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity of human fetal osteoblast (hFOB1) when several natural medicines were supplemented. hFOB1 were cultured with Dulbecuo's Modified Eagle's Medium Nutrient Mixture F-12 HAM ( DMEM/F-12 1:1 Mixture, Sigma, USA) and negative control, dexamethasone (positive control), and each natural medicines for 3 days. And then ALP activity was measured by spectrophotometer for enzyme activity and Alizarin red S staining for morphometry. Among the natural medicines of this study, Morindae Radix, Cibotium Barometz (L.) and Cistanchis Herba induced higher activity of ALP systhesis than negative controls in all experimental group. Albizziae Cortex showed mild increases than negative control group. According to measurement of positively stained area, all of the natural medicines of this study increased compared to negative control. Especially, Cibotium Barometz (L.) and Cistanchis Herba showed statistical significance compared to negative control (p<0.05). These results indicate that Morindae Radix, Cibotium Barometz (L.), Albizziae Cortex, Cistandhis Herba have an inducing ability of ALP synthesis on osteoblast.

This paper presents a design and implementation of a Personal Navigation System Browser for POI services for portable PDA(Personal Digital Assistants). Personal Navigation System(PNS) service is a location based geographic information service for PDA or cellular telephone. Point of Interest(POI) is the information about a user's personal interests. PNS Browser is a PNS application which receives and displays POI information as well as location based geographic information service. In this paper, a PNS Browser is proposed and its implementation is presented that contains CHtml Web Browser and POI manager as well as the Map display by using wireless internet technology.

미래 사회를 대비하기 위한 개인의 개성을 존중과 창의적인 능력을 지닌 인간을 양성을 목적으로 충청남도 지역의 초 ㆍ 중고등학생들을 대상으로 한 창의력 경연대회가 공주대학교 과학교육연구소에서 개최되었다. 충청남도 초 ㆍ중 ㆍ 고등학생들을 대상으로 실시한 창의력 경연대회는 창조적 아이디어를 내어 스스로 문제를 해결해 나갈 수 있는 교육 프로그램을 제공하는 좋은 기회였음이 확인되었으나, 일부의 팀에서만 참신하고 재미있는 아이디어들이 제안되었다. 여학생의 참가자 수가 상당히 증가하였으며, 대체적으로 입상권의 학생들의 상당 부분이 여학생이라는 것이 특이할만하다. 학년이 올라감에 따라서 창의적인 아이디어를 내는 양이나 질에 있어서 뒤떨어지는 것으로 분석되었으며, 토론 학습의 적응력이 미흡하고 발표력 및 청취력에 있어서도 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 중 ㆍ고등학교의 학교교육에서도 학생들에게 프로젝트형 탐구학습 프로그램의 적용은 물론 토론식 수습을 통한 학생들의 사고의 전환의 기회를 제공해야 할 것으로 사료된다. The creativity competition was held to foster the creativity of elementary and secondary school students in the Institute of Science Education, Kongju national University. It was found that the creativity competition effected on the improvement of inventing creative ideas and problem solving activities. But, only some competitors participated in semifinal and final contests, presented original and interesting ideas. More female students participated in competition than last year. More female participants were awarded a prize than males. Totally, participants were defective in discussion and communication, and presentation and listening ideas. Increasing grades correlated inversely with creativity and originality. There is need of inquiry project teaming programs and presenting opportunities of conversion of thinking by discussing instructions in school
SystemVerilog-Based Verification Environment Employing Multiple Inheritance of SystemC

<P>In this paper, we describe a verification environment which is based on a constrained random layered testbench using SystemVerilog OOP. As SystemVerilog OOP technique does not allow multiple inheritance, we adopt SystemC to design components of a verification environment which employ multiple inheritance. Then SystemC design unit is linked to a SystemVerilog-based verification environment using SystemVerilog DPI and ModelSim macro. Employing multiple inheritance of SystemC makes the design phase of verification environment simple and easy through source code reusability without corruption due to multi-level single inheritance.</P>
Implementation of a High-Level Hardware Verification System using Truss

The implementation of a high-level hardware verification system using Truss is presented in this paper. Teal is a C++ class library for functional verification and enables functional verification by providing connections to HDL signals and allowing actions based on changes in the HDL simulation. Truss is an implementation of an open-source verification infrastructure based on layer approach through object-oriented programming techniques. The functional verification is performed on a simple device-under-test, the transposed FIR filter. The FIR filter which processes convolution sum is a typical operation being involved in various applications regarding DSP.
Implementation of a Functional Verification System using SystemC

The implementation of a functional verification system using SystemC, system-level design language, is presented in this paper. SystemC is used in system-level design methodology because of the capability of system architectural model description and hardware/software design. The implemented verification system, which consists of various SystemC modules, in this paper can explore design space using SystemC and verify functional correction of progressive refined module in RTL HDL. The functional verification is performed on a simple device-under-test, the transposed FIR filter. Connections between SystemC simulation kernel and HDL simulator are achieved through user-defined system function of HDL simulator and communication channel.
Implementation of a C-to-SystemC Scheduler

A C-to-SystemC scheduler which processes the input behavior according to high-level synthesis, and then transforms the scheduled result into SystemC code is implemented in this paper. The process of the scheduler is divided into several phases: input C source code parsing, scheduling using list algorithm, creation of SystemC code. The operation of the C-to-SystemC scheduler is validated through simulating the result of elliptic wave filter in SystemC code.
