Weight Training과 Circuit Weight Training이 심폐기능 및 혈중젖산농도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Weight Training(WT) and Circuit Weight Training(CWT). 16 physical education students of K university were selected as subjects and then divided into two groups; The weight training group with 8 students, the circuit weight taining group with 8 students to evaluate the change of cardiovascular function and blood lactate were comparison and analysis. Weight training program was selected at 75% of IRM during ninety minutes per day of three times a week for the period of 6 weeks, circuit weight training program was selected at 50% of IRM during 3 sets per day at three times a week for the period of 6 weeks. The following results were obtained from this study. 1.The Change of Cardiovascular Function in Training Period Significant change was increased in the Vemax in CWT, and significant change was increased in the rest HR and VO2max/kg in both group. 2.The Change of Blood Lactate in Training Period Non-significant change was in the blood lactate with all-out time, but significant change was decreased with recovery 20 minutes in both groups.
Boundary Engineering for the Thermoelectric Performance of Bulk Alloys Based on Bismuth Telluride.

<P>Thermoelectrics, which transports heat for refrigeration or converts heat into electricity directly, is a key technology for renewable energy harvesting and solid-state refrigeration. Despite its importance, the widespread use of thermoelectric devices is constrained because of the low efficiency of thermoelectric bulk alloys. However, boundary engineering has been demonstrated as one of the most effective ways to enhance the thermoelectric performance of conventional thermoelectric materials such as Bi2 Te3 , PbTe, and SiGe alloys because their thermal and electronic transport properties can be manipulated separately by this approach. We review our recent progress on the enhancement of the thermoelectric figure of merit through boundary engineering together with the processing technologies for boundary engineering developed most recently using Bi2 Te3 -based bulk alloys. A brief discussion of the principles and current status of boundary-engineered bulk alloys for the enhancement of the thermoelectric figure of merit is presented. We focus mainly on (1)?the reduction of the thermal conductivity by grain boundary engineering and (2)?the reduction of thermal conductivity without deterioration of the electrical conductivity by phase boundary engineering. We also discuss the next potential approach using two boundary engineering strategies for a breakthrough in the area of bulk thermoelectric alloys.</P>

창의는 새로운 아이디어까지 포함하는 것으로 과정을 중시하며 창조보다 넓은 범위를 의미를 가지는 것으로 컴퓨터교육에서 문제해결력과 더불어 창의는 매우 중요한 키워드이다. 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터교육관련 논문수를 검색한 후 ‘창의’를 키워드로 재검색하여 ‘창의력’ 또는 ‘창의성’과 관련된 그 논문수를 알아보았다. 마지막으로 재검색한 검색결과를 분석하여 컴퓨터교육에서 어떤 교과목이 창의와 관련되었는지 분석하였다. 연구결과 교과교육(정책)을 제외하면 창의력은 피지컬컴퓨팅, 코딩교육(SW교육)과 가장 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그 이유는 코딩교육은 문제를 해결하는 과정을 다루는 교과이고 과정 과정마다 고차원적인 사고를 요구하므로 창의력을 신장하는데 큰 역할을 하지 않을까하는 연구자의 의도된 생각이 들어있는 것으로 보인다. 이는 창의력 신장이 코딩교과목에 편중되어 마치 코딩교육을 하면 창의력을 높일 수 있다는 편견을 가질 수 있는 위험도 있다. 따라서 다양한 교과목에서 창의력 신장을 위한 교육과정이 개발되어야 할 것이다.

In this study, three kinds of Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains (KCTC 7106,7238,7904) were tested with respect to the ability of alcohol fermentation at 20℃ for 3 weeks, and S.cerevisiae KCTC 7106 was the most effective strain in alcohol fermentation with sweet persimmon. To increase the utility of sweet persimmon, the fruits stored for 1 year were used to make an alcohol beverage. It was adjusted 25% of total sugar content and allowed alcohol fermentation with shaking at 120 rpm and 30℃. The alcohol content of 11.6% sbowed at 15 days and it did not change until 25 days. The initial pH of the fermentation was near 5 then decreased to 4 within 5 days and the initial vitamin C content, 5.04 ㎍ /㎖, gradoally decreased with fermentation periods. In the other study,the alcohol fermentation from fresh harvested persimmons showed 13% alcohol content at 20℃ for 30 days without agitation, white the alcohol content of the fermentation at 30℃ was 11.8% at 25 days and 13.4% at 35 days.

A kinetic model for the oxidation of a $UO_2$ pellet to $U_3O_8$ powder has been suggested by considering the mass transfer and the diffusion of oxygen molecules. The kinetic parameters were estimated by a fitting of the experimental data. The activation energies for the chemical reaction and the product layer diffusion were calculated from the kinetic model. The oxidation conversion of a $UO_2$ pellet was simulated at various operating conditions. The suggested model explains the oxidation behavior of $UO_2$ well.

An electrochemical reduction of a mixture of metal oxides was conducted in a LiCl molten salt containing 3 wt% $Li_2O$ at $650^{\circ}C$. The oxide reduction was carried out by applying a current to an electrolysis cell, and the $Li_2O$ concentration was analyzed during each run. The concentration of $Li_2O$ in the electrolyte bulk phase gradually decreases according to Faraday's law due to a slow diffusion of the $O^{2-}$ ions. A hindrance effect of the unreduced metal oxides was observed for the reduction of the uranium oxide. Cs, Sr, and Ba of high heat-load fission products were diffused into and accumulated in the salt phase as predicted with thermodynamic consideration.

In the edible parts of Chinese cabbage, the NO<sub>3</sub><sup>-</sup> accumulation was higher in the outer leaves than in the inner leaves and it was higher in the leaf midrib than in the leaf blade. In Radish, it was higher in the aerial part of the root than in the underground part of root. NO<sub>3</sub><sup>-</sup> accumulation in edible parts of Chinese cabbage of organic farming fertilized with compost 8t/10a was about 4 times higher than those of conventional farming with recommended mineral nitrogen; and was similar to those of conventional farming fertilized with twice the mineral nitrogen rate. But, NO<sub>3</sub><sup>-</sup> accumulation in radish of organic farming with 8t/10a compost was lower than those of conventional farming with recommended mineral nitrogen. It showed NO<sub>3</sub><sup>-</sup> content in the edible parts of vegetables should be considered one of several parameters to judge a real safety vegetable to be certified by government.
