<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>We have searched for the lepton flavor violating decays <SUP>τ−</SUP>→<SUP>ℓ−</SUP>KS0 (ℓ=e or <I>μ</I>), using a data sample of 281 fb<SUP>−1</SUP> collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB <SUP>e+</SUP><SUP>e−</SUP> asymmetric-energy collider. No evidence for a signal was found in either of the decay modes, and we set the following upper limits for the branching fractions: B(<SUP>τ−</SUP>→<SUP>e−</SUP>KS0)<5.6×<SUP>10−8</SUP> and B(<SUP>τ−</SUP>→<SUP>μ−</SUP>KS0)<4.9×<SUP>10−8</SUP> at the 90% confidence level. These results improve the previously published limits set by the CLEO Collaboration by factors of 16 and 19, respectively.</P>
FRT Control Method Including Islanding Detection in PCS Model for Photovoltaic Generation

In this study, we made experiments by the simulated PV system for understanding the cause of disconnection when instantaneous voltage sag occurs. Moreover, it is understood that the PCS with the voltage phase jump detection method which is one of the main causes of the disconnection. We modeled it in the simulation. When fault occurs, even though the residual voltage is more than 20 % and the voltage sag time is within 1.0 sec, the PCS disconnected by the voltage phase jump detection was confirmed in the simulation results. If a large number of PV systems are interconnected in the power system, we verified through the simulation that the interaction caused by the disconnection which generated by the voltage phase jump detection. We proposed threshold limit value of islanding detection. The validity of proposed method was verified through the simulation in this study.
일본 근세 중기의 고문사 유행에 관한 재검토 : 소라이 연구를 俯瞰하여

일본사상사에서 소라이연구가 하나의 커다란 토픽이었던 것은 잘 알려져 있지만 마루야마 마사오의 오규 소라이 연구 이래 그에 대한 疑義, 反論도 또한 정착된 감이 있다. 그러나 어느 쪽도 마루야마가 설정한 틀에 따르는 것이며 그 중에서 소라이의 반근대성, 신보수주의적 요소도 지적되고 있다. 한편 문학연구에서는 그 틀에 사로잡히지 않고 요시카와 코지로, 나카무라 사치히코, 히노 다츠오 등에 의해 고문사학의 문학사적 위치설정이 이루어져왔다. 근년 고전주의적 방법에 새로운 照射가 더해져 그 의고주의가 가진 의미를 긍정적으로 평가하는 움직임이 생겼다. 저자는 그것을 문학이 원래 가지고 있는 완곡표현의 극한까지 추구한 스타일이었다는 것을 지적하고 그 의고주의가 일본의 和歌의 전통과 공통된 성격을 갖추고 있음을 고찰한다. 또한 고문사파의 이른바 격조시가 에도에서 근대에 걸쳐 열세이면서도 뿌리 깊게 살아남은 것도 지적하고 청신과 격조가 서로 대항해가며 일본의 詩史를 구성한 것으로 본다. Ogyu Sorai(荻生조徠)``s research is a big topic in Japanese thoughts, which has been fixed questions or arguments about Maruyama Masao(丸山眞男)``s research since he studied on Ogyu Sorai(荻生조徠). But Both of them follow frame of Maruyama Masao(丸山眞男) and pointed out factors of Anti-Modernity and Neo-Conservatism. Meanwhile, in literary studies, Yoshikawa Kojiro(吉川幸次郞), 中村幸彦 (Nacamura Yukihigo), and Hino Dacheuo(日野龍夫) studied on Classical Prose writings and set up place in literature history without the frame. In these years, archaism is reappraised by new methods, which is earned positive reviews. This paper points out the style employing the limit of euphemism and reveals that archaism has a common with "Waka"(和歌). Also this paper suggests that Kyeokjosi(格調詩) of Komunsapa(古文辭派) survived from the Edo to modern era and history of poetry in Japan is comprised of opposition between Fresh Poetry(淸新詩) and Kyeokjosi(格調詩).

Let X be a Banach space and L the generator of the evolution semigroup associated with the τ-periodic evolutionary process {U(t,s)}<SUB>t≥s</SUB> on the space P<SUB>τ</SUB>(X) of all τ-periodic continuous X-valued functions. We give criteria for the existence of periodic solutions to nonlinear systems of the form Lp=-εF(p,ε) under the condition that 1 is a normal eigenvalue of the monodromy operator U(τ,0). The proof is based on a new decomposition of the space P<SUB>τ</SUB>(X) by constructing a right inverse of L.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>We search for lepton-flavor-violating <I>τ</I> decays into a lepton (electron or muon) and an <SUB>f0</SUB>(980) meson using 671 fb<SUP>−1</SUP> of data collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy <SUP>e+</SUP><SUP>e−</SUP> collider. No events are observed and we set the following 90% C.L. upper limits on the branching fraction products: B(<SUP>τ−</SUP>→<SUP>e−</SUP><SUB>f0</SUB>(980))×B(<SUB>f0</SUB>(980)→<SUP>π+</SUP><SUP>π−</SUP>)<3.2×<SUP>10−8</SUP> and B(<SUP>τ−</SUP>→<SUP>μ−</SUP><SUB>f0</SUB>(980))×B(<SUB>f0</SUB>(980)→<SUP>π+</SUP><SUP>π−</SUP>)<3.4×<SUP>10−8</SUP>. This is the first search performed for these modes.</P>

<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>We search for lepton flavor and lepton number violating <I>τ</I> decays into a lepton (ℓ=electron or muon) and two charged mesons (h,<SUP>h′</SUP>=<SUP>π±</SUP> or <SUP>K±</SUP>), <SUP>τ−</SUP>→<SUP>ℓ−</SUP><SUP>h+</SUP><SUP>h′−</SUP> and <SUP>τ−</SUP>→<SUP>ℓ+</SUP><SUP>h−</SUP><SUP>h′−</SUP>, using 671 fb<SUP>−1</SUP> of data collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy <SUP>e+</SUP><SUP>e−</SUP> collider. We obtain 90% C.L. upper limits on the branching fractions in the range (4.4–8.8)×<SUP>10−8</SUP> for τ→eh<SUP>h′</SUP>, and (3.3–16)×<SUP>10−8</SUP> for τ→μh<SUP>h′</SUP> processes. These results improve upon previously published upper limits by factors between 1.6 to 8.8.</P>
Dislocation Density Simulations for Bulk Single Crystal Growth Process

Computer simulations of the dislocation density during Czochralski (CZ) single crystal growth were performed for silicon crystals with 8-inch or 10-inch diameter using a finite element computer code developed by the authors. In the computer code, a dislocation kinetics model called the Haasen-Sumino model was used for the constitutive equation of a crystal at elevated temperatures. The computer code provides the dislocation density distributions and stress distributions during the CZ growth process. In the simulations. two values for the Young's modulus for the silicon single crystal were used in order to examine the effect of the Young's modulus on the dislocation density.
A Chaos Control Method by DFC Using State Prediction

The Delayed Feedback Control method (DFC) proposed by Pyragas applies an input based on the difference between the current state of the system, which is generating chaos orbits, and the $\tau$-time delayed state, and stabilizes the chaos orbit into a target. In DFC, the information about a position in the state space is unnecessary if the period of the unstable periodic orbit to stabilize is known. There exists the fault that DFC cannot stabilize the unstable periodic orbit when a linearlized system around the periodic point has an odd number property. There is the chaos control method using the prediction of the $\tau$-time future state (PDFC) proposed by Ushio et al. as the method to compensate this fault. Then, we propose a method such as improving the fault of the DFC. Namely, we combine DFC and PDFC with parameter W, which indicates the balance of both methods, not to lose each advantage. Therefore, we stabilize the state into the $\tau$ periodic orbit, and ask for the ranges of Wand gain K using Jury' method, and determine the quasi-optimum pair of (W, K) using a genetic algorithm. Finally, we apply the proposed method to a discrete-time chaotic system, and show the efficiency through some examples of numerical experiments.
