EVOLUTION OF ORBIT AND ROTATION OF A PSEUDO-SYNCHRONOUS BINARY SYSTEM ON THE MAIN SEQUENCE
Lin-Sen Li 한국천문학회 2018 Journal of The Korean Astronomical Society Vol.51 No.1
We study pseudo-synchronous orbital motion has been studied for the binary system on the main sequence. The equations of the pseudo-synchronous orbit are derived up to $O(e^4)$ where $e$ is the eccentricy of the orbit. We integrate the equations to present their solutions. The theoretical results are applied to the evolution of the orbit and spin of binary star Y Cygni, which has the current eccentricity of $e_0=0.142$. We tabulate our numerical results for the evolution of the orbit and spin per century. The numerical results for the semi-major axes and rotational angular velocities in the evolutional time scales of three stages (synchronization, circularization and collapse time scale) are also tabulated, where synchronization is achieved in about $5\times 10^3$ years followed by circularization lasting about $1\times 10^5$ years before decaying in $2\times 10^5$ years. Some conclusions are inferred from the results obtained.

( Sen Liu ),( Xiaoming Wang ),( Lichen Zhang ),( Peng Li ),( Yaguang Lin ),( Yunhui Yang ) 한국인터넷정보학회 2016 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.10 No.8
In mobile opportunistic networks (MONs), human-carried mobile devices such as PDAs and smartphones, with the capability of short range wireless communications, could form various intermittent contacts due to the mobility of humans, and then could use the contact opportunity to communicate with each other. The dynamic changes of the network topology are closely related to the human mobility patterns. In this paper, we propose a social motivation-aware mobility model for MONs, which explains the basic laws of human mobility from the psychological point of view. We analyze and model social motivations of human mobility mainly in terms of expectancy value theory and affiliation motivation. Furthermore, we introduce a new concept of geographic functional cells, which not only incorporates the influence of geographical constraints on human mobility but also simplifies the complicated configuration of simulation areas. Lastly, we validate our model by simulating three real scenarios and comparing it with reality traces and other synthetic traces. The simulation results show that our model has a better match in the performance evaluation when applying social-based forwarding protocols like BUBBULE.
Current situation and future prospects for beef production in China - A review
Li, Xiang Zi,Yan, Chang Guo,Zan, Lin Sen Asian Australasian Association of Animal Productio 2018 Animal Bioscience Vol.31 No.7
The beef industry is an important part of livestock and meat production in China. China ranks third in the world for beef production. With the rapid development of the Chinese economy, beef consumption has grown rapidly, and beef consumption has been increasing with rising per capita gross domestic production. However, the domestic beef industry in China has not been able to keep pace with growth in consumption, making China a net importer of beef from other countries. Moreover, the volume of production has increased little despite rising demand. The slowing of growth in beef production in recent years has led to a sharp rise in beef prices. Domestic beef production and consumption is restricted by a shortage of beef cattle inventory. The Chinese beef industry is facing many technical problems including transformation of traditional practices, feeding and management systems, and genetic improvement of cattle breeds. The long-term, sustainable development of the Chinese beef industry is an important issue for China.

Based on above research findings, all Chinese overseas students live in Jeolla buk-do should improve health responsibility awareness in terms of health-enhancing behaviors, and special health management is needed for physical activity and cultural adaptation conditions.
Effects of plant growth regulators and polyamines on bract longevity in Bougainvillea buttiana
Kuan-Hung Lin,Jui-Mei Li,Chun-Wei Wu,Yu-Sen Chang 한국원예학회 2021 Horticulture, Environment, and Biotechnology Vol.62 No.2
There are no reports on plant growth regulators (PGR) or polyamines being used to stimulate bract longevity in bougainvilleaspecies, yet understanding how PGR and polyamines infl uence bougainvillea bract phenology is important for fl owerprofi tability. Potted bougainvillea plants in four diff erent bract development stages based on bract diameter were pre-treatedwith salicylic acid (SA) at a concentration of 0.5 mM combined with 1-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA, 0.13 mM), gibberellicacid (GA, 0.29 mM), and 6-benzylaminopurine (BA, 0.22 mM) in 100 mL mixtures. Three 100 mL polyamine treatments[diamine putrescine (Put), triamine spermidine (Spd), and tetraamine spermine (Spm)] at 1 mM were also individuallysprayed on bougainvillea bracts. Control bracts were sprayed only with water. Diff erent PGR combinations and singlepolyamine treatments acted diff erently on bract longevity and endogenous 1-aminocylopropane-1-carboxylic acid (ACC)content, and each combination and single polyamine was not equally signifi cant in regard to coordinating a response toACC regulation. In combined chemical treatments, maximum and signifi cantly prolonged bract longevity in all stages weredetected in the SA + NAA + GA + BA treatment compared to controls and other combinations, and longevity increased asbract stage progressed. A strong synergistic interaction was observed between SA and NAA regarding bract longevity andACC levels. Moreover, Put also signifi cantly prolonged bract longevity and remarkably reduced endogenous ACC contentat all stages, this eff ect increasing as bract stage progressed compared to Spd, Spm, and controls. Therefore, the eff ects ofSA + NAA + GA + BA and single Put (1 mM) applied to bougainvillea bracts for increasing longevity in the nursery off ersinsight into re-vegetation, landscaping programs, and cultivation in gardens.
CHI Statistical Text Feature Selection Method Based on Information Entropy Optimization
Guohua Wu,Sen Li,Lin Han,Mengmeng Zhao 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Database Theory and Appli Vol.9 No.11
CHI statistical text feature selection method based on information entropy optimization is presented in this paper. In the text categorization process of feature selection, considering the results of effect of the distribution within categories and among categories, we introduce the frequency of features information entropy among categories, the information entropy within categories, information within category to optimize the CHI statistical methods. The experimental results show that the classification accuracy of the optimized CHI method is significantly higher than that the traditional CHI statistical methods.

Squamous cell/adenosquamous carcinoma (SC/ASC) of the gallbladder are rare tumors and there are few clinical reports in the literature. Herein we report our clinical experience with 46 patients with SC/ASC and 80 with adenocarcinoma (AC). Expression of EphB1 and Ephrin-B in each tumor was determined using immunohistochemical methods for determination of correlations with prognosis. There was no difference in EphB1 and Ephrin-B expression between SC/ASC and AC tumors (P>0.05), but greater expression in those less than 3 cm in diameter, stage I or II (TNM stage), with no lymph node metastases, with no local invasion and treated with radical resection was apparent. Expression of EphB1 (P<0.05) and Ephrin-B (P<0.01) was higher in well differentiated than in poorly differentiated AC tumors. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis indicated that degree of differentiation, tumor diameter, lymph node metastases, local invasion, surgical approach and expression rate of EphB1 and Ephrin-B were closely related to the survival of SC/ASC (P<0.05) and AC patients (P<0.01). Patients with tumors that positive expressed EphB1 and Ephrin-B, whether it is SC/ASC ($P_{SC/ASC}$ =0.000) or AC ($P_{AC}$ =0.000 or $P_{AC}$ =0.002) had longer survival than those negative expression. Cox multivariate analysis indicated a negative correlation between expression of EphB1 or Ephrin-B and overall survival. Hence, EphB1 and Ephrin-B could be regarded as independent good prognostic factorsand important biological markers for SC/ASC and AC of gallbladder.
A Fingerprint Feature Extraction Algorithm based on Optimal Decision for Text Copy Detection
Guohua Wu,Mengmeng Zhao,Lin Han,Sen Li 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Security and Its Applicat Vol.10 No.11
Fingerprint feature-based text copy detection can rapidly identify the plagiarism, but suffers from the excessive fingerprint density. To resolve the problem, we propose a fingerprint feature extraction algorithm based on the optimal decision, combined with Winnowing algorithm and optimal decision model, and it can extract fingerprint feature from the hash values in the sliding window. The experimental results demonstrate that our algorithm can reduce the fingerprint density when the windows’ fingerprint feature is too adjacent, and the selected fingerprints can represent the text feature on the premise of the accuracy of the text copy and the algorithm.

Background: Abnormal glucose metabolism is a risk factor for colorectal cancer (CRC). However, association of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) with CRC risk remains under-reported. We examined the association between glycemic indicators (HbA1c, fasting plasma glucose, fasting insulin, 2-hour glucose, 2-hour insulin, and homeostasis model of risk assessment-insulin resistance index) and CRC risk using prospective analysis and meta-analysis.Methods: Participants (<i>n</i>=1,915) from the Guangzhou Biobank Cohort Study-Cardiovascular Disease Substudy were included. CRC events were identified through record linkage. Cox regression was used to assess the associations of glycemic indicators with CRC risk. A meta-analysis was performed to investigate the association between HbA1c and CRC risk. Results: During an average of 12.9 years follow-up (standard deviation, 2.8), 42 incident CRC cases occurred. After adjusting for potential confounders, the hazard ratio (95% confidence interval [CI]) of CRC for per % increment in HbA1c was 1.28 (95% CI, 1.01 to 1.63) in overall population, 1.51 (95% CI, 1.13 to 2.02) in women and 1.06 (95% CI, 0.68 to 1.68) in men. No significant association of other measures of glycemic indicators and baseline diabetes with CRC risk was found. Meta-analyses of 523,857 participants including our results showed that per % increment of HbA1c was associated with 13% higher risk of CRC, with the pooled risk ratio being 1.13 (95% CI, 1.01 to 1.27). Subgroupanalyses found stronger associations in women, colon cancer, Asians, and case-control studies. Conclusion: Higher HbA1c was a significant predictor of CRC in the general population. Our findings shed light on the pathology of glucose metabolism and CRC, which warrants more in-depth investigation.
