      • 충청북도 단양군 일대의 하부고생대층 코노돈트화석

        이 논문은 충청북도 단양군 어의곡리 지역에 분포하는 하부 고생대층에서 산출된 코노돈트미화석을 채취하여 분류, 기재하고 분류된 코노돈트화석군을 이용하여 연구 대상지역의 하부고생대층의 지질시대를 규명하고는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 연구를 위해 어의곡리 단면을 선정하여 이 단면에서 총 23개의 표품을 채취한 결과 총27개체의 코노돈트화석이 산출되었고, 이는 총3속 3종으로 분류되었다. 연구대상 지층인 어의곡리 단면에서는 Cordylodus proavus, Cambrooistodus cambricus, Glyptoconus bassleri. Proconodontus sp.가 산출되었다. 이와 같은 코노돈트화석군을 기초로하여 북미, 유럽, 북중국,호주 등의 화석군과 대비해보면 어의곡리 단면의 지질시대는 상부 캄브리아기에서 하부 오오도비스기에 이르는 것으로 밝혀졌다. Samples from the lower Paleozoic Sequence were collected from the one measured section in the Danyang Area, Chungchungbuk-do, Korea. A total of 27 identiable conodonts were recovered from 23 samples They are clssified into 3 form species referable to 3 genera. Conodonts found in this section are Cordylodus proavus, Cambrooistodus cambricus, Glyptoconus bassleri. Proconodontus sp. Conodont fauna from the Aekogri section are correlated with those from the upper Cambrian to early Ordovician conodont fauna of North America, northern Europe, China.

      • 대만의 고속철도 역 및 역세권 건설에 대한 연구

        There are a total of 12 stations planned for the THSR as shown in the figure below. This Case Study will high light 8 of the 12 stations. Five of the new stations are located at Taoyuan, Hisnchu, Taichung, Chiayi and Tainanand are being developed to include "High Speed Rail Station special-use areas" specified in the government's city plans. Two stations incorporate HSR facilities as part of existing rail Taiwan Rail Authority (TRA)- stations and are located at Taipeiand Panchiao. The eighth station at Tsoying is the southern terminus of the line and is located in a suburban district north of Kaoshung (the second largest city in Taiwan) and is inter-connected with the TRA Station. The station area development concept considers that the "station areas" will include "station land" used for the station, peripheral passenger transfer facilities, parking areas, and other transportation facilities, and also "enterprise development land" used for such subsidiary commercial enterprises as hotels, conference and trade show centers, restaurants, recreational/entertainment venues, department stores/retailers, financial services, general services, communication services, transportation services, travel services, and offices, etc. The land that will be developed at several sites is mostly of agricultural usage and of relatively low value.

      • 고속철도역사의 기본시설에 관한 연구

        The High Speed Rail(HSR) System is being developed in recognition of the ever-increasing demand for fast passenger rail transportation. This response to demand is to be satisfied, in part, by construction of new stations and the expansion of existing stations at established locations. Each HSR station should be an expression of modern technology and design, be appropriate in size, and be consistent in style according to the operation, safety and maintenance requirements of the system. Facility layouts and space divisions should be clearly configured and passenger circulation should be organized to permit efficient functioning of the station. Key to a meritorious architecture for the stations is recognizing two essential contributors. The first is the patron or user who is omnipresent throughout the system. The other is the hi-tech vehicle, also consistent throughout. The architecture of the stations must respond to these contributors and fit into the context of each site. The architecture of the stationsmust, of course, satisfy all of the function requirements. It should also provide a dignified and delightful experience to those who pass through. To be appropriate it should employ sophisticated engineering and construction technology consistent with that of the vehicle. Resolution of these issues is the task of the ultimate design. The measure of its success will be the public acceptance both in Korea and as a symbol of modern Korea throughout the world.

      • 충남 공주시 탄천면 안영리 유적지의 화분분석 연구

        충청남도 공주시 탄천면 안영리 산디골의 유적지 발굴 현장에서 15개의 시료를 채취해 화분 분석을 실시하였다. 대부분의 시료에서 포자화분의 산출이 불량한 가운데, 두 개의 시료(시료 3011, 3012)에서 100개 이상의 포자화분이 관찰되어 정량분석을 실시하였다. 포자화분 식물군은 소나무속을 제외한 수목화분이 거의 산출되지 않은 가운데, 벼과를 비롯한 초본화분의 우세가 특징이다. 또한 미식물군의 산출이 빈약한 시료에서도 담수성 조류가 소수 산출되었고, 한 시료에서는 숯의 흔적이 관찰되었다. 이들을 종합할 때 유적지 부근에서 산출된 포자화분군은 하천이나 연못의 영향을 받는 퇴적환경에서 인간의 경작 활동으로 형성된 식생의 결과일 것으로 생각된다. Fifteen samples for analysis of spores are collected from the archeological site in Anyoungri of Kongju. Korea. Spore pollen are rare in most of samples, but are yielded a hundred or more at two samples(sample No. 3011, 3012). They mainly consisted in the spores and pollens of Pinaceae of trees and herbaceous plant. A small number of algae and diatom of fresh water are collected from a sample, also charcoal from another sample. Summing up, paleo-environment of the acheological site is estimated at farming activities influenced by the river or pond based on spore pollen.

      • 천안시 백석동 유적지의 고식물학적 연구

        천안시 백석동 3공단의 유적지에서 화분포자화석 연구를 위하여 8개의 시료를 채취하였다. 8개의 시료(試料)중 1개의 시료 (시료 3146)만이 소나무속(Pinus)이 압도적으로 산출되는 현재와 유사한 식생을 나타낸다. 전반적으로 균류(fungi; 菌類)의 산출이 많고 돌기체(突起體)를 갖는 2세포 균류 포자(胞子)가 특징적으로 산출된다. 또한 Gentianaceae/Euphorbiaceae 와 연관된 종류로 생각되는 다양한 형태의 화분이 국부적(局部的)인 식생을 반영해서 전체 시료 중 상당량 관찰된다. Eight samples for analysis of spore and pollen are collected from the archeological site in Baegsuchdong of Chunan. Korea. Numbers of specimen of Genus Pinus are yielded in the samples (sample No.3146), and their flora are similar to those of recent. Distinctive characters of flora are many fungi and two cell fungi pollens with projection. Gentianaceae/Euphorbiaceae and similar flora of those are yielded from many samples.

      • 일본의 고속철도건설에 따른 이용 및 기존철도의 운영변화에 관한 연구

        Unlike narrow-gauge lines, which are organized regionally, the Shinkansen, using standard gauge, is operated and controlled as a complete line, in order to make full use of its outstanding characteristics as a means of high-speed mass transport. However, the entire network of the Japanese National Railways(JNR) will be in ideal working condition only when the Shinkansen and the narrow-gauge lines are operated together. JNR is therefore coordinating the shinkansen operation with the narrow-gauge lines, such local operations as facilities for passengers at stations and relief and repair work are performed under the supervision of the Railway Operating Divisions in charge of the narrow-gauge lines. Construction of the Shinkansen was planned on the basis of a traffic volume determined by the Trunk Line Investigation Committee set up within JNR in 1957. Passenger and freight traffic along the vitally important Tokaido Main Line had been steadily increasing, passenger traffic reaching 24% and freight 23% of the total domestic traffic. Train frequency was expected to reach the upper limit in the 1960s. Estimated traffic volume was 13,000 million passenger-km for the opening year 1964 and 20,000 million for 1975. Although the traffic did not reach the estimed figure during 1975 reached about twice the estimated figure for the Tokyo-Shinoska Section. The amazing growth of the national economy was undoubtedly responsible for this. The number of passengers carried on the Shinkansen rapidly increased after its opening and recently reached over 150 million a year. The total passengers carried since its opening in 1964 exceeded 1000 million on 25 May 1976. Since the line was extended to Hakata in March 1976, it has begun to average about 500,000 passengers a day, with the record number of 1,030,000 passengers a day on 5 May of the year. It has become the most important rail line in Japan and, although it accounts for only 5.6% route-km of the total JNR system, it carried 25% of the JNR traffic volume. The train schedule of the Shinkansen has been rewritten 16 times to meet the traffic demand. At the same time the train diagram of the narrow-gauge lines was revised to fit the new diagrams of the Shinkansen and carry on the high-speed train service of the entire network. Consequently, in 1975 the number of scheduled trains had increased four-fold and train-km eight-fold, compared with the opening year 1964.

        한국산 긴몰개(Squalidus gracilis majime, Cyprinidae)의 난발생

        한국산 긴몰개 (Squalidus gracilis majimae)의 난발생 과정을 연구하기 위하여, 긴몰개의 친어와 생태적 조사는 충청남도 보령시에 위치한 보령댐과 웅천천에서 실시하였다. 자연 산란에 의해 수정된 난과 배 발생의 형태학적 설명은 다음과 같이 요약된다. 수정란의 형태는 둥글고, 점착성이 있으며 투명하였고, 수정란의 평균직경은 2.9±0.3 ㎜ (n = 30)였고, 유구가 존재하지 않았으며, 수정란의 발생은 수온 26±1.5℃에서 관찰되었다. 수정 후 20분에 배반이 형성되었으며,48분 뒤 2세포로 나뉘어졌고, 포배기는 수정 후 5시간 40분에 나타났으며, 낭배기는 수정 후 6시간 55분에 관찰되었다. 배체의 형성은 수정 후 12시간 58분부터 시작되었고, 안포와 9개의 체절이 수정 후 17시간 05분에 발견되었다. 수정 후 23시간 30분에 이포가 생겼으며, 25~26개의 체절과 함께 안포안의 렌즈가 수정 후 32시간 35분에 발견되었다. 수정 후 37시간 27분에 뇌의 분화와 함께 배체가 꿈틀거리기 시작했으며, 심장박동과 안포내의 흑색소포가 수정 후 44시간 46분에 발견되었다. 수정 후 50시간 36분 가슴지느러미의 형성과 함께 몸 부분의 흑색소포가 형성되는 것을 끝으로하여 수정 후 57시간 49분에 수정란은 부화되었다. 이때 갓 부화된 자어는 전장이 3.3±0.2 ㎜(n= 120)이었다. 본 연구 결과는 최근 수질오염 및 종 다양성 감소가 시급한 상황에서 종 및 개체군 보존에 기여할 것으로 사료된다. This study was conducted, based on the field survey and laboratory observations, to elucidate egg developmental processes and their characteristics of the Korean slender gudgeon, Squalidus gracilis majimae. For the experiments, the mature adults were collected at the Woongcheon-Cheon Stream and Boreung Reservoir located in Boreung City, Chungnam Province and eggs were obtained from the natural spawning area. Morphological characteristics of the egg and embryonic development were su㎜arized as follows: The shape of the fertilized egg was spherical, adhesive and transparent. The fertilized egg was 2.9±0.3 ㎜ (n = 30) in mean diameter under water temperature of 26 ± 1.5℃, light white in color and had no oil droplets. After 20 minutes from the time of fertilization, a blastodisc was formed and divided into two cells at 48 minutes after fertilization. The blastular stage occurred at 5 hours 40 minutes after fertilization and the gastrular stage was detected at 8 hours 41 minutes after fertilization. The beginning of embryo formation was observed at 12 hours 58 minutes after fertilization and optic vesicles and 9 somites were discovered at 17 hours 05 minutes after fertilization. Differentiation of brains and embryo wiggling were observed at 37 hours 27 minutes after fertilization. Heart beating and the formation of melanophores in optic vesicles were detected at 44 hours 46 minutes after fertilization. The formation of pectoral fins and melanophores in the body were discovered at 50 hours 36 minutes after fertilization. Hatching occurred at 57 hours 49 minutes after fertilization. The newly hatched larvae were 3.3 ±0.2 ㎜ (n = 120) in total length. We believe that these results may contribute the species and population conservations under the situation of accelerated water pollution and the decreases of its diversity.

      • 식이 상태와 카페인 투여가 일회적 운동 시 흰쥐 가자미근의 제 4형 당수송체에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of diet condition and caffeine ingestion prior to long distance treadmill running on the GLUT-4 protein expression in Sprague-Dawley rats' soleus muscle. Total is rats were used For subjects and assigned to six groups: Fasting control(FaC group), feeding control(FeC), asting+exercise(FaE), feeding +exercise(FeE), Fasting +caffeine+exercise(FaCE), and Feeding+caffeine+exercise(FeCE). Each animal belongs to fasting group was forced to be in fasting state at least for 14 hours, The food was provided to each rat in feeding group 12minutes prior to treadmill running and the caffeine was ingested through the stainless steel tube 60minutes prior to exercise. All rats in exercise groups were forced to perform treadmill running for B9 minutes at the speed of 18m/min, and 0%grade, immediately after exercise, all animal was anesthetized by Chlorofolm (DC Chemical, Co, Ltd) and about 10ml of blood was drawn from each animal's heart and than soleus muscle was exposed and separated from the rat's leg. we found that the GLUT-4 in feeding groups increased much significantly compared to fasting groups(p<.05). The exercise in fasting state appeared to suppress the expression of GLUT-4 protein different from the exercise in feeding state. Cafreine ingestion prior to treadmill running of 60 minutes induced the significant increase or GLUT-4 protein expression both in fasting or feeding states.

      • 누설전류 파형 측정에 의한 실리콘 고무의 표면 열화 평가

        In this study, we investigated the erosion resistance of the silicone rubber by measuring leakage current with Inclined-Plane Method. From the results of our study, it was observed that the typical leakage current waveform was the mixed figure of sinusoidal wave and rectifying wave. And, it is considered that the former is due to conductivity of the contaminant when the surface is wet, and the latter is due to the arc discharge of dry band. And, as the surface erosion is being accelerated, the proportion of the rectifying wave is increasing. And, the ratio of discharge duration to discharge-extinguish time changes and can be divided into three regions, which is similar to the changes of erosion depth and width. Therefore, it can be known that the erosion process has some correlation with the change of leakage current.
