Die Poly‐siRNA/Glycolchitosan‐Nanopartikel (psi‐TGC) sind in vivo genügend stabil für den systemischen Transport von siRNAs. Das Abschalten von Tumorproteinen durch psi‐TGC resultierte in reduzierten Tumorgrößen und verminderter Tumorvaskularisation.</P>

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Temperature-responsive hydrogels have been widely developed for biomedical applications. In this study, 4-benzyloxy-ε-caprolactone (CL-OBn) was synthesized and the subsequent ring opening polymerization (ROP) of ε-caprolactone (CL) and CL-OBn monomers was performed by using the hydroxyl group of methoxy polyethylene glycol (MPEG) in the presence of HCl·Et<SUB>2</SUB>O as a monomer activator. MPEG-<I>b</I>-poly (ε-caprolactone) (MC) with benzyl pendant groups (MC-OBn) was successfully obtained in almost quantitative yield and the segment ratios and molecular weights were close to the theoretical values. Deprotection of the benzyl pendant groups successfully provided MC with hydroxyl pendant groups (MC-OH). Suspensions of MC-OBn and MC-OH exhibited distinct sol-to-gel phase transitions as a function of the temperature. The sol-to-gel phase transition of the MC-OBn and MC-OH diblock copolymers depended on the type (benzyl or hydroxyl) and amount of pendant groups in the diblock copolymer structure. The pendant group on the MC-OBn and MC-OH diblock copolymers either stabilized and/or destabilized hydrophobic aggregation between the MC segments. The hydrophobic aggregation was confirmed by the detection of crystallinity in the MC-OBn and MC-OH diblock copolymer suspensions. <P>Delivery systems capable of maintaining a sustained release of protein drugs at specific sites can potentially circumvent problems of toxicity and subtherapeutic local dosing levels associated with systemic administration. Here, we used bovine serum albumin (BSA) as a test protein to explore the potential utility of an <I>in situ</I>-forming gel consisting of sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) and polyethyleneimine (PEI) as a depot for protein drugs. BSA-FITC-loaded CMC/PEI solutions were easily prepared and remained liquid at room temperature. When these solutions were subcutaneously injected into rats, they immediately gelled, forming an electrostatically crosslinked three-dimensional network structure that showed sustained release of BSA-FITC for 15 days <I>in vitro</I> and <I>in vivo</I>. No BSA-FITC remained in CMC/PEI gels after this time, indicating complete release of protein cargo. The sustained release of BSA-FITC was also monitored by real-time molecular imaging, which showed that BSA-FITC bioavailability in BSA-FITC-loaded CMC/PEI gels was more than twice that of BSA-FITC-only solutions. CMC/PEI gels provoked only a modest inflammatory response. Collectively, our results show that the CMC/PEI gel described here could serve as a minimally invasive therapeutics depot with numerous benefits compared to orally or intravenously administered drugs.</P> <P>Graphic Abstract</P><P>In this work, we showed that CMC/PEI gel could serve as a minimally invasive therapeutics depot. <IMG SRC='http://pubs.rsc.org/services/images/RSCpubs.ePlatform.Service.FreeContent.ImageService.svc/ImageService/image/GA?id=b922614a'> </P>
Study on Performance Motion Generation of Humanoid Robot

A study was conducted on the performance motion generation of a humanoid robot to generate robot motions and have it execute dance performances. The proposed method can directly capture motions of the humanoid robot. The captured humanoid joint angles are used as data for generating the motion of the robot through a performance generation program. This method does not require any additional equipment, has no space constraints, and can generate all the postures that the humanoid can assume. To verify the proposed method, we installed the performance generation program in a humanoid robot, which then executed a dance performance.

본 논문은 증기이송튜브를 이용한 현장경화 보강튜브 삽입공법(Cured in placed pipe, CIPP)의 성능을 평가하기 위한 실험적 연구이다. 연구를 위해 증기이송튜브를 이용하여 CIPP 라이너 시편 및 CIPP 라이너로 보수된 콘크리트관 실험체를 제작하였다. CIPP 라이너 시편을 이용하여 단ㆍ장기 휨특성을 평가하였으며, 단기 휨특성 시험변수로 시점으로부터 떨어진 거리를 고려하였다. 단기 휨거동 평가결과 CIPP 라이너의 휨강도 및 휨탄성계수는 ASTM 기준에서 제시하고 있는 휨강도 및 휨탄성계수의 197%, 154% 수준으로 우수한 단기 구조 성능을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 시점부로부터 떨어진 거리와 CIPP 라이너의 단기 휨특성은 큰 상관관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 장기 휨거동 시험내용을 이용하여 1차원 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 50년 경과 후 CIPP 라이너의 휨 탄성계수는 초기 휨탄성계수의 87.8%로 우수한 장기 구조 성능이 나타났다. 이 후 CIPP 라이너로 보수된 콘크리트관 실험체의 외압강도시험을 실시하였다. 외압강도시험 변수로 보수 유ㆍ무 및 시점으로부터 떨어진 거리를 고려하였다. CIPP 라이너로 보수된 콘크리트관의 외압강도는 보수되지 않은 콘크리트관에 비해 초기균열 하중은 16.8%, 최대하중은 7.7% 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 외압강도 시험결과 시점으로부터 떨어진 거리와 외압강도는 상관관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 실험체 제작시 증기이송튜브를 이용하여 CIPP 내부 모든 구간에서 균일한 경화온도를 확보할 수 있었기 때문으로 판단된다. This paper presents an experimental study to evaluate the performance of the cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) method, using a steam transfer tube. For the study, CIPP liner specimens and concrete pipe specimens, which were repaired with the CIPP liner, were fabricated using a steam transfer tube. The short-term and long-term flexural characteristics were evaluated using the CIPP liner specimens. As a result of short-term flexural behavior evaluation, there was no significant correlation between the distance away from the starting point and the short-term flexural characteristics of the CIPP liner. As a result of long-term flexural, after 50 years, the flexural modulus of the CIPP liner was 87.8% of the initial flexural modulus. The external pressure strength test of the concrete pipe specimens repaired with the CIPP liner was conducted. As a result of the external pressure strength test, no correlation was noted between the distance away from the starting point and the external pressure strength. This result shows that a uniform curing temperature could be secured in all sections inside the CIPP liner by using the steam transfer tube when the test specimens were manufactured.

Photoelectrochemical (PEC) water splitting is a promising and sustainable route for the environmentallyfriendly production of hydrogen. Although the heterojunction of tungsten trioxide (WO3) and bismuthvanadate (BiVO4) has been recognized as a promising photoanode material, it still faces challenges, includinginadequate photocurrent density and limited nanostructure fabrication areas. In this study, wepresent an innovative approach for fabricating periodically-ordered 1D WO3 nanorods using nanoimprintlithography and hydrothermal synthesis, followed by BiVO4 deposition. The resulting periodicallyordered1D BiVO4/WO3 nanorods distinctly outperform randomly grown nanorods and planar films inboth small-scale (2 2.5 cm2) and large-scale (6 6 cm2) photoanodes, attributed to improved light absorptionand facilitated charge transfer. To further enhance PEC performance, the 1D BiVO4/WO3 nanorodswere decorated with gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), leading to an additional performance boost due tothe plasmonic effect.
중학생이 지각한 부모와 교사의 자율성 지지와 진로정체감 간의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 중학생이 지각한 부모와 교사의 자율성 지지와 진로정체감 간의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 B광역시에 재학 중인 남·여 중학생 453명을 대상으로 부모의 자율성 지지, 교사의 자율성 지지, 자아탄력성, 진로정체감 검사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS를 사용해 변인들 간의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였고, 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 중학생이 지각한 부모의 자율성 지지, 교사의 자율성 지지, 자아탄력성, 진로정체감 간에는 유의미한 정적상관이 있었고, 중학생이 지각한 부모와 교사의 자율성 지지와 진로정체감 간의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 부분 매개효과가 검증되었다. 즉, 부모와 교사의 자율성 지지가 진로정체감에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 동시에 자아탄력성을 부분매개로 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이 같은 연구결과는 중학생의 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 부모와 교사의 자율성 지지와 자아탄력성의 중요성을 시사한다. The purpose of the study was to examine the mediation effects of ego-resilience between parents’ and teachers’ autonomy support and the career identity of middle school students. 453 middle school students were surveyed using the Ego-Resilience Scale (ERS), Parents’ and Teachers’ Autonomy Support Scale, Career Identity Scale. Correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationship among these variables. ERS operated as a factor to mediate between the parents’ and teachers’ autonomy support and career identity. As a result of this study, there was a significant correlation between parents and teachers autonomy support, ego-resilience, and career identity. In addition career identity, and ego-resilience partially mediated the relationship between parents’ and teachers’ autonomy support and career identity. These results suggest the importance of psychological intervention to improve ego-resilience and parents’ and teachers’ autonomy support that affect students’ future career identities.
