백일해 백신이 Streptozotocin 유발성 당뇨백서의 당대사에 미치는 영향

Streptozotocin(STZ) may produce a permanent form of insulin-dependent diabetes (IDD) in experimental animals. This STZ-induced diabetes has become an useful model to study the pathogenesis of IDD in man primarily because it approximate clinical findings and also because it lends itself easily to controlled manipulation. The diabetogenic activity of STZ, however, is known to be modified by several agents such as nicotinamide, diazoxide, adrenergic blockers and pertussis vaccine (PV). The present study was undertaken to observe the protective effect of PV or boiled pertussis vaccine(bPV; incubating the PV at 80℃ for 30 minutes) against the development of IDD induced by STZ in young rats, and also the effect of PV on the activities of glycolytic & gluconeogeneic enzymes in both liver and muscle of rat. PV at a dose of 1.2×10^(10) microorganism was administrated intrapntoneally on 3days before & 7days after a single injection of STZ (GO㎎/㎏ body wt). The blood glucose and insulin levels were measured at 1st wk, 2nd wk, 4th wk, 6th wk and 8th wk after STZ injection, and the enzyme activities were exemined at 8th wk. The following results were obtained. 1. No significant difference was noted in blood glucose levels between STZ group and STZ+PV or STZ+bPV groups (P>0.05). 2. Blood insulin levels in STZ group decreased significantly from 2nd wk(P<0.05). Compared with STZ group, blood insulin levels in STZ+PV & STZ+bPV groups were higher, but not a significant value except at 2nd wk in STZ+PV grouP (P<0.05). 3. Compared with STZ group, hepatic glycolytic enzyme activities were significantly increased in STZ+PV or STZ+bPV groups, and muscular glycolytic enzyme activities were significantly increased in STZ+PV or STZ+bPV groups. 4. Compared with STZ group, hepatic gluconeogeneic enzyme activities were significantly increased in STZ+PV or STZ+bPV groups. These results suggest that the PV has somewhat protective effects on blood insulin levels and tissue glycolytic enzyme activities in rats, but it could not reduced blood glucose levels significantly, probably because of excessive increase of hepatic gluconeogeneic enzymes.
Fuzzy H$\infty$ Filtering for Nonlinear Systems with Time-Varying Delayed States

This paper presents a fuzzy H$\infty$ filtering problem for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems with time-varying delayed states and unknown inital state on the basis of Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy model. The nonlinear systems are represented by T-S fuzzy models, and the fuzzy control systems utilize the concept of the so-called parallel distributed compensation. Using a single quadraic Lyapunov function, the stability and L2 gain performance from the noise signals to the estimation error are discussed. Sufficient conditions for the existence of fuzzy H$\infty$ filters are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The filtering gains can also be directly obtained from the solutions of LMIs.

The problem of robust control of a underwater vehicle subject to variation of a real parameter and velocity is considered. The controller set which stabilized perturbed plant is chosen using numerical gradient method, and the controller is used for nominal performance and robust performance. Simullation results are presented to show that the precise montion control of the controller is accomplished under perturbation in the system.
Output Feedback Robust H<SUP>∞</SUP> Control for Uncertain Fuzzy Dynamic Systems

본 논문에서는 불확실성을 갖는 비선형 시스템의 출력 궤환 퍼지 H<SUP>∞</SUP> 제어 문제를 고려한다. 비선형 시스템은 Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) 퍼지모델로 나타내고 제어기 설계는 퍼지모델을 이용하여 설계한다. Lyapunov 함수를 이용하여 퍼지모델에 대한 폐-루프 시스템의 안정성뿐만 아니라 외란감쇠에 대한 L₂ 이득 성능을 보장하는 충분조건을 유도한다. 유도된 조건식 으로부터 퍼지 H<SUP>∞</SUP> 제어기가 존재할 충분조건을 선행 행렬부등식으로 나타내고, 이 선형 행렬부등식의 해로부터 제어기를 설계하는 알고리듬을 제시한다. 설계된 제어기는 비선형이며 퍼지 동작에 의해 자동적으로 조정된다. This paper presents an output feedback robust H<SUP>∞</SUP> control problem for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems, which can be represented by an fuzzy dynamic model. The nonlinear system is represented by Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model, and the control design is carried out on the basis of the fuzzy model. Using a single quadratic Lyapunov function, the globally exponential stability and disturance attenuation of the closed-loop fuzzy control system are discussed. Sufficient conditions for the existence of robust H<SUP>∞</SUP> controllers are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs). Constructive algorithm for design of robust H<SUP>∞</SUP> controller is also developed. The resulting controller is nonlinear and automatically tuned based on fuzzy operation.
파라미터 불확실성 및 모델 불확실성에 대한 $H^{\infty}$ 견실성능 제어기 설계

The method of designing robust two degree of freedom(2 DOF) controllers for linear systems with parameter uncertainties and unmodeled dynamics is presented in this paper. Robust performance condition that accounts for robust model matching of closed loop system and disturbance rejection is derived. Using the robust performance condition, the feedback controller is designed to meet robust stability and disturbance rejection specifications, while prefilter is used to improve the robust model matching properties. The $H^{\infty}$ and $\mu$ controller for six degree of freedom vehicle with parameter variations are designed and compared. Simulations for hydrodynamic parameter variations and disturbance are presented to demonstrate the achievement of good robust performance.
불확실성을 갖는 비선형 시스템의 퍼지 $H^{\infty}$ 제어기 설계

본 논문은 파라미터 불확실성을 갖는 비선형 시스템을 안정화하며, 폐루프 시스템의 외란감쇠에 대한 $L_{2}$ 이득 제한조건을 만족시키는 견실 퍼지 $H^{\infty}$ 제어기 설계기법을 제시한다. 불확실성을 갖는 비선형 시스템을 불확실성을 갖는 Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) 모델로 표현하고 병렬 분산 보상(PDC : parallel distributed compensation)의 개념을 이용하여 제어기를 설계한다. 파라미터 불확실성을 갖는 T-S 퍼지모델에 대한 감쇠율을 만족하는 폐루프 시스템의 안정성 조건과 Lyapunov 함수를 이용하여 외란감쇠 조건을 유도하고, 선형 행렬 부등식(LMI: linear matrix inequality)을 이용하여 견실 퍼지 $H^{\infty}$ 제어기가 존재할 충분조건을 구한다. 마지막으로 불확실성을 갖는 비선형 시스템에 대한 퍼지 $H^{\infty}$ 제어기 설계 예를 보인다. This paper presents a method for designing robust fuzzy $H^{\infty}$ controllers which stabilize nonlinear systems with parameter uncertainty adn guarantee an induced $L_{2}$ norm bound constraint on disturbance attenuation for all admissible uncertainties. Takagi and Sugeno's fuzzy models with uncertainty are used as the model for the uncertain nonlinear systems. Fuzzy control systems utilize the concept of so-called parallel distributed compensation(PDC). Using a single quadratic Lyapunov function, the stability condition satisfying decay rate and disturbance attenuation condition for Takagi and Sugeno's fuzzy model with parameter uncertainty are discussed. A sufficient condition for the existence of robust fuzzy $H^{\infty}$ controllers is then presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs). Finally, design examples of robust fuzzy $H^{\infty}$ controllers for uncertain nonlinear systems are presented.
