Characteristics of non-point source (NPS) pollution runoff from a public park in Gwangju, Korea were investigated. Results exhibited the highest pollutant concentrations at the start of the rainfall events due to their build-up and wash off processes. The average event mean concentrations (EMCs) were 27.8, 7.2, 56.3, 7.5, and 0.84 mg/L (range: 4.2-54.8 mg/L) for COD, (0.5-20.8 mg/L) for TOC, (22.3-138.4) for SS, (1.4-18.5 mg/L) for T-N, and (0.17-2.02 mg/L) for T-P, respectively. The study site presented a strong first flush effect for most rainfall events. However, no first flush effect was observed in rainfall events with small rainfall factors (e.g. intensity, amount, and runoff depth). On the other hand, the ratios of total pollution loads discharged by the first 20% of runoff volume were 32% for COD, 34% for TOC, 36% for SS, 42% for T-N, and 50% for T-P. Especially, $MFF_{20}$ (mass first flush) values of T-N and T-P were larger than those of other pollutants (COD, TOC, SS), indicating that T-N and T-P are easily transported by stormwater runoff from the public park. First flush management of T-N and T-P, therefore, is required for efficient water quality management of the public park.
Linear Combination Analysis Using GPS Data

We can process and compute the position, velocity and time by satellite signals of GPS. The signals are used to compute positioning of three dimensions and timing offset of the receiver clock when we can track the tour satellite signals at least. One of the specified aims is to use less expensive single frequency code/carrier phase GPS receivers, which are typically around half the price of dual frequency receivers. In the study, the author analyzed the accuracy and applicability of frequence linear combination using triangulation points evaluated distance limitation.
비부착 PS콘크리트 구조의 시간의존적 특성을 고려한 비선형 해석에 관한 연구

This paper presents a comparative study on nonlinear analysis of the unbonded PSC structure considering time-dependent effect. For developing a finite element analysis program, an unbonded PS tendon model which can represent straight or curved unbonded tendon is proposed. The F.E. analysis program, named RCAHEST(Reinforced Concrete Analysis in Higher Evaluation System Technology), is used. Material nonlinearities of cracked concrete are taken into account by tension, compression, and shear models. And nonlinear material models for reinforcing and prestressing steels are included. These models work with models for time-dependent effect such as aging, creep and shrinkage of concrete and stress relaxation of prestressing tendon. The developed finite element analysis program is verified by comparison with reliable experimental results.

The effect of woody charred materials and chitosan treatment before planting on the growth and yield of garilc and onion was investigated. Chitosan solution dipping treatment was effective on the growth and yield of garlic. Dipping treatment of 1000㎎/L chitosan solution followed by charcoal powder coating before planting also increased growth and yield of garilc. Pyroligneous acid and chitosan treatment followed by charcoals powder coating increased the dry matter ratio of onion.
메치실린 내성 포도상구균에 대한 SK-302의 시험관내 및 생체내 효과

SK-302 is the active compound purified from culture filtrate of a streptomyces species (streptomyces sp. 302). The in vitro and in vivo antibacterial activities of SK-302 were evaluated against 6 clinically isolated MRSA strains and compared with the activities of vancomycin. SK-302 had node in virto antistaphylocoal activity stronger than that of vancomycin exhibiting MIC's, while vancomycin showed very weak 4 to 8fold lower than that of vancomycin. In SK-302 showed killing activity at the MIC, so SK-302 was superior to vancomycin. Furthermore, in acute systemic infections in mice, the ED_50s of SK-302 against infections by high-resistance MRSA were 30 to 40-feold less than that of vancomycin, therefore SK-302 showed potent in vive therapeutic efficacy against MRSA infection, These results suggest that SK-302 has excellent in virto in and in vivo activities against high-resistance MRSA.

Currently, the management of Triangulation-station and Bench-Mark is conducted by National Geography Institute(NGD). In this study, we are measured the official products of First Order Bench Mark and calculated the residual errors which are differences between the official product and results by Static-GPS, TS and PL-1 for same points. Then, we are compared each leveling techniques and analyzed the leveling accuracy. For the result achieved by each measurements, first, we are defined that the PL-1 could obtain higher accuracy than the others but the efficiency is low for taking many time second, TS could obtain low accuracy. We defined that Static-GPS is more economical than TS, PL-1. The efficiency and the accuracy by static-GPS are very high. Particularly, the residual errors for all survey line of NO.3 point are out of allowable error. So, GPS is contributed to the leveling survey for the efficiency, time and cost.

The aim of our research is to find out how digital photogrammetry responds to image compression. Specially, we wish to know if using JPEG image compression leads to loss of accuracy in DTM derived by digital methods. We first review JPEG compression, and since we use the PCI OrthoEngine Airphoto Edition v6.3 digital phtogrammetry software, we briefly review it's principle of principle of operation. We use knowledge of the effect of JPEG compression on the geometric accuracy of images to predict the influence of compression on DTM accuracy. We then compare this to estimates derived from actual measurements. We find that the actual effect om DTM accuracy is greater than predicted, and consistent with geometric error due to compression in the region of 0.33 pixel.

KOMPSET -l(Korea Multi - Purpose SA Tellite-1) Platformed EOC(Electro –Optical Camera) could collect high resolution images of 6.6m during photograph, it possible for get on tilt image on the lean about 45 degrees on satellite body. According as, it has possibility that we take a photographing pair of tilt image about same place from two of different orbits. KOMPSA T-1 sensor of mission is the Korean map drawn on a scale of 1: 25,000 image becoming. Following study, KOMPSAT-1 platformed automate feature extraction and using of stereo satellite image, it certify interpret through reducing influence of sensor, rid of preprocessing, also, we intend to discuss ortho-images production of appropriateness. Because of this study, we conclude to the next in that fact. The case make use of 6, 7, 9 of ground control point evenly spread, 3-D positioning possible about horizontality, verticality of location as a 95% of reliance rate ,in case nine of ground control point, RMSE 6.0752m, 9.8274m. In case of ortho-image RMSE 17.568m, elevation error become 36.82m. Elevation accuracy is inferior as compare with positioning accuracy. Because it analyzed by image matching problem.
