Polyurethane has several advantages in stretch fabric applications and it's use has now expanded into many other knitting area. Elasticity and recovery from stretch are the most important properties of polyurethane fiber. So, it is the purpose of this paper to find out the shrinking effect under various conditions of treatments.

This paper was developed to use the powers of both MRP and JIT. we construct an "synchro-MRP production system" which advocates both the planning capabilities of MRP and the actual control of JIT. We show how the synchro-MRP production system may be adapted to the semirepetitive environment. Synchro-MRP works well in the environment of hige variety of Engineering change, many fabrication centers, and relatively low-volume usage of many parts. In this System, we can the expect the following effects in semirepetitive environment. (1) A pull system satisfying demands in FAS is realized (2) With the use of kanban and decision board. ⅰ) updating inventory status is fast and accurate, ii) demands for paper working is decreased, iii) work-in-process inventory and lead time is redused by controlling the number of kanban and lot size. (3) Production supervisors can control the production appropriately and surplus products and shortages of materials supply is prevented.

Spandex is man-made elastomer fiber. Chemically, polyurethane is produced by interaction of Glycol and Diisocyanate. From a physical point of view, these Spandex fibers owe their elasticity to the same thermodynamics as rubber, therefore, the high degree of fabric stretch availability permits its use in a wide range of textile fabrics. Particular interests are to improve the dyeing properties and to find out the dyeing mechanism. So, it is the purpose of this paper to present technology which will permit these yarn to be dyed with selected dyes and to describe the dyeing mechanism.
Radiation Safety and Education in the Applicants of the Final Test for the Expert of Pain Medicine

Background: The C-arm fluoroscope is known as the most important equipment in pain interventions. This study was conducted to investigate the completion rate of education on radiation safety, the knowledge of radiation exposure, the use of radiation protection, and so on. Methods: Unsigned questionnaires were collected from the 27 pain physicians who applied for the final test to become an expert in pain medicine in 2011. The survey was composed of 12 questions about the position of the hospital, the kind of hospital, the use of C-arm fluoroscopy, radiation safety education, knowledge of annual permissible radiation dose, use of radiation protection, and efforts to reduce radiation exposure. Results: In this study, although most respondents (93%) had used C-arm fluoroscopy, only 33% of the physicians completed radiation safety education. Even though nine (33%) had received education on radiation safety, none of the physicians knew the annual permissible radiation dose. In comparing the radiation safety education group and the no-education group, the rate of wearing radiation-protective glasses or goggles and the use of radiation badges or dosimeters were significantly higher in the education group. However, in the use of other protective equipment, knowledge of radiation safety, and efforts to reduce radiation exposure, there were no statistical differences between the two groups. Conclusions: The respondents knew very little about radiation safety and had low interest in their radiation exposure. To make the use of fluoroscopy safer, additional education, as well as attention to and knowledge of practices of radiation safety are required for pain physicians. (Korean J Pain 2012; 25: 16-21)
Effect of Radial Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy in Patients With Fabella Syndrome

The fabella is a small sesamoid bone generally located in the tendon of the lateral head of the gastrocnemius behind the lateral condyle of the femur. Fabella syndrome is the occurrence of posterolateral knee pain associated with the fabella. It is a rare cause of knee pain that is often misdiagnosed. Fabella syndrome can be managed with conservative or surgical treatment. We applied radial extracorporeal shock wave therapy as a new treatment strategy for fabella syndrome and achieved a successful outcome.

본 논문은 실외 주차장을 위한 실시간 주차관제 시스템 개발에 대한 연구이다. 지자기 또는 초음파 센서를 주로 사용하는 실내 주차장과 달리 실외 주차장은 야외 환경 변화로 인한 센서의 내구성이 큰 문제로 대두된다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 센서 없이 CCTV 카메라만을 사용하여 주차장 관제를 하는 방법을 제안하고 실증하였다. CCTV 영상으로부터 차량의 위치 정보를 검출하고 사전에 입력한 주차 구역 위치와 비교하여 해당 주차 구역에 차량이 주차중임을 식별하여 주차장으로 진입하는 운전자에게 여유 주차 공간에 대한 정보를 제공하였다. 제안한 방법은 공공 주차장에 설치되어 한달 이상 운용되었고, 센서를 사용한 것 대비 적은 비용으로도 안정적으로 서비스를 제공할 수 있음을 실증하였다.
