The effects of estradiol-17β or progesterone on the contractility of neurotransmitters on pig oviductal isthmic smooth muscle were investigated. The motility of the isolated smooth muscle was recorded by using physiological recording system. The results were summarized as follows : 1. The contractility induced by histamine or prostaglandin F2α was depressed by the pretreatment of estradiol-17β but was not by the preteatment of progesterone in follicular or luteal stage. 2. The contractility induced by acetylcholine was depressed un follicular stage but excited in luteal stage by the pretreatment of estradiol-17β or progesterone. 3. The contractility induced by norepinephrine was depressed by the pretreatment of progesterone in follicular stage but was excited by the pretreatment estradiol-17β in luteal stage.

<P>New phenylpyrimido[1,2-c]thienopyrimidinones 4A and 4B were easily prepared in good yields by the one-pot reaction of formamidine derivatives 2 of 4-aminothienopyrimidine 1 with phenylacetyl chlorides. The application of this convenient and reliable method could be used for the synthesis of a variety of pyrimido[1,2-c]thienopyrimidinone derivatives of biological importance. Some of the compounds synthesized showed strong IL-6/STAT3 inhibition.</P>
항내 부유쓰레기 수거처리 장비 및 하천 부유쓰레기 차단시설 개발 계획

본 연구에서는 항내에서 발생하여 정체하는 부유쓰레기를 자동으로 수거하기 위한 소형 무인 이동 선박 개발사례를 소개한다. 무인선박은 항내에서 무선조종을 통하여 정해진 동선을 이동하며 부유쓰레기를 자동 포집하게 된다. 컨베이어 벨트 방식을 통해 수거된 쓰레기는 선박에 설치된 수거함에 적치된다. 일정량이 수거된 이후에는 정해진 장소로 돌아와 수거함을 교체한 후에 다시 작동을 시작한다. 충남도에서는 이러한 수거장비 시범개발 연구를 진행 중에 있으며, 2022년 상반기에 실해역 테스트를 진행할 예정이다. 이와 함께 하천 부유쓰레기 차단시설을 확대 보급하기 위한 연구도 진행 예정이다. 기 설치 운용되고 있는 강성구조물 형태의 차단막은 대량 강우시 부체의 훼손 우려가 있다. 또한 고정장치 훼손 시, 안전사고의 위험까지 있어 가볍고 내구성이 뛰어난 형태의 차단막 개발이 필요하다. 이에 따라 충청남도에서는 소하천 설치에 적합한 새로운 형태의 하천쓰레기 차단막 개발 연구를 시작 예정이다. 디지털뉴딜 기술을 접목한 연구를 통하여 지자체에 필요한 맞춤형 해양쓰레기 관리 장비를 개발 및 확대 운용이 기대된다. This study introduces a case of developing a small unmanned mobile ship to automatically collect floating waste generated and stagnant in the port. The unmanned ship automatically collects floating waste by moving through a predetermined route through wireless control in the port. Garbage collected through the conveyor belt method is placed in a collection box installed on the ship. After a certain amount is collected, return to the designated place, replace the collection box, and resume operation. Chungcheongnam-do is conducting a pilot development study of such collection equipment, and the actual sea area test will be conducted in the first half of 2022. In addition, research will be conducted to expand and distribute floating waste blocking facilities in rivers. The barrier film in the form of a rigid structure that is pre-installed and operated may be damaged in the event of massive rainfall. In addition, there is a risk of safety accidents in the event of damage to the fixture, so it is necessary to develop a lightweight and durable type of barrier. Accordingly, Chungcheongnam-do plans to start a study on the development of a new type of river waste barrier suitable for small river installation. Through research that combines digital new deal technology, it is expected to develop and expand customized marine waste management equipment necessary for local governments.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of neurotransmitters and the source of $Ca^{2+}$ in the effects of neurotransmitters on the motility of pig oviductal isthmic smooth muscle. The motility of the isolated smooth muscle was recorded by using physiological recording system. The results were summarized as follows; Acetylcholine, norepinephrine, histamine and prostaglandin $F_{2{\alpha}}(PGF_{2{\alpha}})$ caused the contraction and the contractile responses were increased in a dose-dependent manner from the concentration of $10^{-7}$ to $10^{-4}M$. The maximum contractility of acetylcholine, norepinephrine, histamine and $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ was 65.99, 28.66, 83.99 and 47.33% of 100 mM K contraction, respectively. The contractile response induced by acetylcholine$(10^{-6}M)$ was completely blocked by the pretreatment with cholinergic receptor blocker, atropine$(10^{-6}M)$, the contractile response induced by norepinephrine$(10^{-5}M)$ was blocked by the pretreatment with ${\alpha}$-adrenergic receptor blocker, phentolamine$(10^{-6}M)$ but was not blocked and rather increased by the pretreatment with ${\beta}$-adrenergic receptor blocker. propranolol$(10^{-6}M)$, the contractile response induced by histamine$(10^{-6}M)$ was completely blocked by the pretreatment with $H_1$-histaminergic receptor blocker, pyrilamine$(10^{-6}M)$ but was increased by the pretreatment with $H_2$-histaminergic receptor blocker, cimetidine$(10^{-6}M)$. The contractile response induced by acetylcholine$(10^{-6}M)$, norepinephrine$(10^{-5}M)$ and histamine$(10^{-6}M)$ was weakly contracted response in $Ca^{2+}$-free medium, but the contractile response induced by $PGF_{2{\alpha}}(10^{-6}M)$ was disappeared. The contractile response induced by acetylcholine$(10^{-6}M)$, norepinephrine$(10^{-5}M)$ and histamine$(10^{-6}M)$ was powerfully depressed by the pretreatment with $Ca^{2+}$-channel blocker, verapamil$(10^{-5}M)$ but the contractile response induced by $PGF_{2{\alpha}}(10^{-6}M)$ was completely inhibited.
