The Effect of Baidu Netdisk Channel on Travel Motivation and its Consequences for Chinese Tourists
Jiao Bai,Chulmo Koo 한국서비스디자인학회 2023 한국서비스디자인학회 학술대회자료집 Vol.2023 No.1
Korean drama has become popular with Chinese in recent years and Chinese go to the South K어Tan to the dramas or movies shooting locations for a film tourism. Baidu Netdisk as a video website media has been used for watching Korean dramas, movies and programs by Chinese. In this process, Baidu Netdisk as an information source plays a role in promoting people to go for the travel. This paper aimed to explore the ejfect of Baidu Netdisk Channel on the travel motivations, such as personal identity, social identity, audience involvement and destination attributes and the visitorsf satisfaction to the destination and place attachment. The results showed that the Baidu Netdisk has an effect on personal identity, audience involvement and destination attributes but has no effect on social identity. In addition, the visitors ’ satisfaction to the destination can be influenced by the personal identity, social identity, audience involvement and destination attributes. Moreover, the destination satisfaction has an effect on place attachment. At the last, the limitation and future studies are discussed fallowed by theoretical implication and practical implication in this paper.

Larvae of a previously undescribed gall midge species have been feeding within malformed flower buds of goji berry Lycium barbarum L. (Solanaceae) in China, preventing fruit development and causing damage to the fruit industry. The new species is named Gephyraulus lycantha Jiao & Kolesik, its morphology is described, the COI mitochondrial gene segment is sequenced, and the biology is outlined. In order to taxonomically accommodate the new gall midge, the scope of the genus Gephyraulus is broadened and now encompasses also species that lack dorso-apical sensoria on the female cercus.
Effect of UV on Stability of Collagen with Consideration of Hydratation and Fibrillogenesis
Jian-Yu Xing,Bo Bai,Wen-Jiao Xue,Ming-Yan Yang 한국식품과학회 2013 Food Science and Biotechnology Vol.22 No.5
Collagen is an abundant extracellular matrix protein that is widely used in the biomaterial, food, and medical fields. Most extracted collagen is soluble in acids and assembles into fibrils under neutral pH conditions. In order to study the effect of UV irradiation on the stability of collagen with consideration of hydratation and fibrillogenesis,UV irradiation of collagen under acid and neutral pH conditions was investigated using electrophoresis, turbidity analysis, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The relationship between the collagen structure and sensitivity to UV radiation was assessed by studying the effect of UV on collagen under different pH conditions. Results showed that structural changes in collagen caused by UV depend on the degree of hydratation. Soluble collagen completely loses fibrillogeneic ability after exposure to UV for 40 min. Fibrillogenesis of collagen can relieve the UV effect to some degree.
Streptomyces xinghaiensis sp. nov., isolated from marine sediment.
Zhao, Xin-Qing,Li, Wen-Jun,Jiao, Wen-Ce,Li, Yan,Yuan, Wen-Jie,Zhang, Yu-Qin,Klenk, Hans-Peter,Suh, Joo-Won,Bai, Feng-Wu Society for General Microbiology 2009 International journal of systematic and evolutiona Vol.59 No.11
<P>A novel actinomycete, strain S187(T), was isolated from a marine sediment sample collected from Xinghai Bay, Dalian, China. Growth occurred on ISP medium 2 containing 0-9 % NaCl and at pH 6.0-9.0 and 10-45 degrees C. The cell wall of strain S187(T) contained the isomer ll-diaminopimelic acid as the diagnostic diamino acid. The predominant menaquinones were MK-9(H(6)) (40.8 %), MK-9(H(8)) (38.2 %) and MK-9(H(2)) (8.8 %). The major fatty acids were iso-C(16 : 0) (29.6 %), anteiso-C(15 : 0) (14.0 %) and anteiso-C(17 : 0) (11.6 %). Cells contained phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylinositol mannosides and one unknown phospholipid. The G+C content of the genomic DNA was 72.01 mol%. The 16S rRNA gene sequence of the isolate had similarities of 98.1 and 97.5 % with those of Streptomyces flavofuscus NRRL B-8036(T) (=DSM 41426(T)) and Streptomyces albiaxialis DSM 41799(T), respectively, showing that the novel strain should be assigned to the genus Streptomyces. DNA-DNA hybridizations with the two above-mentioned Streptomyces species showed 31.4 and 46.9 % relatedness, respectively. Moreover, the three strains differed in some physiological and biochemical properties. Thus, on the basis of phenotypic and genotypic analyses, it is proposed that strain S187(T) represents a novel species of the genus Streptomyces, for which the name Streptomyces xinghaiensis sp. nov. is proposed; the type strain is S187(T) (=NRRL B-24674(T)=CCTCC AA 208049(T)=KCTC 19546(T)).</P>

Da-Hong Li,Chen-Xi Li,Cui-Cui Jia,Ya-Ting Sun,Chun-Mei Xue,Jiao Bai,Hui-Ming Hua,Xiao-Qiu Liu,Zhan-Lin Li 대한약학회 2016 Archives of Pharmacal Research Vol.39 No.2
Three new xanthones, paucinervins H–J (1–3), as well as eleven known compounds (4–14), were isolated from the leaves of Garcinia paucinervis. The structures of the new compounds (1–3) were elucidated by 1D, 2D NMR spectra and HR ESIMS. In vitro antiproliferative activity against human promyelocytic leukemia HL-60 cells was tested, among which, compounds 2, 5, 6 and 7 exhibited strong growth inhibitory effects with GI50 values ranging from 1.30 to 9.08 lM, respectively. Preliminary SARs were also discussed.
