Parameter Estimation of 2-D Stochastic FM Model based on Two Step Estimation Procedure
Jia-Rui Cui,Qing Li,Guang-Da Hu,Zhen-Yu Lu 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2013 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.11 No.3
This paper considers the problem of estimating the parameters of two-dimensional (2-D) stochastic FM models. First, the estimators of the parameters of 2-D stochastic FM model are obtained using two step estimation procedures by Kronecker product and least square method. Then, the asymptotic properties of the estimators are given. It is shown that the estimators are to be consistent and to have a distribution which converges to that of a normally distributed random vector under fairly general conditions. Finally, the performance of the proposed methods is illustrated by examples.
Asymptotical Stability for 2-D Stochastic Coupled FMII Models on Networks
Jia-Rui Cui,Qing Li,Guang-Da Hu,Zhi-Yu Tao,Zhen-Yu Lu 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2015 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.13 No.6
In this paper, computable stability criteria for two dimensional stochastic coupled FMII models on networks are studied based on Kronecker product and nonnegative matrices theory. Necessary and sufficient condition for two dimensional stochastic coupled FMII models on networks is presented, this is the first time that has been proposed. Then, computable mean-square asymptotic stability criteria are derived via Kronecker product and the nonnegative matrix theory. The criteria are only sufficient conditions. Finally, illustrative examples are provided.

In order to optimize the technological process of the water distributor and do further sturdy about the interference pattern of the injection layers in China, we needs reasonable and reliable methods to obtain the dynamic parameters of water injection layers. In this paper, a novel DC power line carrier technology based on the Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) technology is proposed, aiming to save the difficult communication problem between the underground and the surface. Using the signals on the power line, it includes the modulation and demodulation techniques and filter encoding technology to transmit the data. Experimental results show that this new communication technology has high noise resistance and low error rate, provides reliable technology support and data to optimize the injection process and build the model of the dynamic parameters change among all the layers.

The free radical polymerization of styrene was carried out in the presence of a new found chain transfer monomer, p-vinyl benzene sulfonyl chloride (VBSC), which possesses both a chain transfer group and a polymerizable double bond. Branched polystyrene was formed during the polymerization, as indicated by multi-peaks gel permeation chromatography (GPC) curves of the products, the increase in the number-average molecular weight and molecular weight distribution along with monomer conversions. The structure of the obtained polystyrene was analyzed by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. The results showed that with increasing VBSC in the feed, the degree of branching and VBSC unit in the copolymer increased and a shortest polystyrene arm arose from the highest VBSC content in the feed, suggesting that the composition and structure of the branched polystyrenes could be tuned by the amount of VBSC in the feed. By tracing the structure change in the copolymer at various stages of polymerization, the main polymerization process can be regarded as the copolymerization of VBSC with styrene first and then chain transfer to polymeric radical to form branched polystyrene. This strategy is facile and less expensive than the other method.

Branched polystyrene was first obtained via a reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT)process in the presence of chain transfer monomer p-vinyl benzene sulfonyl chloride (VBSC) in benzene at 60 oC with 2-(ethoxycarbonyl)prop-2-yl dithiobenzoate as the RAFT agent and 2,2-azobisisobutyronitrile as an initiator. During the RAFT polymerization, VBSC played the role of branching agent. It could not only copolymerized but also acted as a chain transfer agent due to the polymerizable vinyl group and sulfonyl chloride chain transfer group in the VBSC. Gel permeation chromatography (GPC) traces demonstrated that the number-average molecular weights and molecular weight distributions increased along with monomer conversion. Compared with the RAFT process without VBSC, the resulting polymers had broad molecular weight distributions and the sulfonyl functionality of the resultant polymer at the branching point, indicating the formation of branched polystyrene. The structure of the obtained polystyrene was further analyzed by proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) spectroscopy. The findings indicated that the branched polystyrene was mainly formed via the RAFT copolymerization of VBSC and styrene firstly to form polystyrene bearing pendant sulfonyl chloride group, and then the pendant sulfonyl chloride group acted as the chain transfer agent to generate the branched structure. In addition, the degree of branching and VBSC unit in copolymer increased along with the VBSC in the feed, implying that composition and structure of the branched polystyrenes could be tuned by the amount of VBSC in the feed.

The potential physiological role and technological application of the premature termination of DNA polymerization through the off-switch of exo+ polymerases were studied using 3` phosphorothioate-modified or unmodified primers with single base mismatch distal to the 3` terminus. With exonuclease-digestible unmodified primers, a gradient premature termination of DNA polymerization was observed when amplified with exo+ polymerases. With 3` allele specific phosphorothioate-modified primers, an efficient off-switch effect occurred in the discrimination of a single nucleotide polymorphism when directly using genomic DNA. Clearly, the off-switch of exo+polymerases is useful in biomedical research.
Efficient Synthesis and in vitro PDT Effect of Purpurin-18-N-Aminoimides
Cui, Bing Cun,Cha, Min-Uk,Li, Jia Zhu,Park, Ho-Sung,Yoon, Il,Shim, Young-Key Korean Chemical Society 2010 Bulletin of the Korean Chemical Society Vol.31 No.11
A simple and efficient synthetic route for making purpurin-18-N-aminoimides is described. The purpurin-18-Naminoimides are obtained by treatment of purpurin-18 methyl ester with various amines. These new compounds have long wavelength absorptions in the range of 706 - 711 nm. In preliminary screening, the purpurin-18-N-aminoimides have shown promising photosensitizing activity for the cancer cell by in vitro study in photodynamic therapy.
